We had a great stay. There was plenty for the kids to do and they loved the pools. Very quiet, clean and relaxing.. Most of your staff were friendly and helpful.

We stayed thru the week and there were no activities. We were tenting and where we were put was so loud. You could hear the highway traffic as if it was beside you and then the train coming by tooting its horn was too much. The bathroom facilities were handy and fairly clean, although that is hard to control. The store had a good variety of things but $7.25 for chips is a lot.

Very disappointed friends paid cash for a night and my credit card was charged anyway, (staff was informed that card was not being charged for the second night )emailed without a resolution.

My wife and I agree that most camps have one , two or all three features; located near a major highway, by a rail shunt yard or on the landing or takeoff route of an international airport. Sussex did not disappoint. You threw in a silent movie to boot. Oh and the 30 amp plug was installed upside down with the ground pin at the bottom not the top. I had to install it with the cable jammed up.

Very expensive. Internet was not included, it was pay as you go! (We've camped extensively across Canada and the USA in both KOAs and private campgrounds and never encountered this). Movie night, not included- $35.00 extra. Extra charge for early check in (before 3pm) $5.00/hr. Stopped at the office at 9:30 am and they're not open till 10am. So many seasonal campers there it's like a trailer park.

Hi Just got to it’s an amazing place but when you pay 125.00 for a Day and because we arrived about 1 1/2 early and you get charged 5.75 because we we’re early. That’s not good business. It’s not the 5.75 it’s just insulting. Also the park was haft empty. Sorry but no thanks

The power shuts off at night or maybe it was just my tent site in the morning it worked but I needed it in pm. so pay extra for the power that didn't work after 9:00 p.m. also woke up and we had earwigs all over our tent I had one in my hair. The site had an aggregation. I asked for half hour late check out and they refused and didn't care about the power or earwigs at all. Was not happy.

The location of the park was good for our needs. The park was nice but in my opinion KOA is very over priced...30-35% more than other parks with similar offerings. That said, except for the crazy distant location of the garbage bins, the park was fine.

We always enjoy our stays. Friendly staff in office, clean buildings, well maintained lots, beautiful fire pits. Our grandchildren will love the modern play equipment and the pools when old enough.

This was our third stay on the way to PEI. Only complaints: wet grass access to restroom; the poorest toilet paper known to man. Showers are great. Dog park is too small for good dog play.

We didn’t have a reservation, but Rebecca at the front desk went above and beyond to help us find a site on short notice—even one with full hookups. Thanks to her excellent service, we’ll very likely stay here again on our return trip to the West Coast.

I think it is ridiculous that you have to pay for wi fi as you are already paying a high price. All the other KOA's we stated at gave wi fi included. I think it is a misrepresentation to say you have wi fi. You should specify you have to pay for it

We travel across Canada and your place is the most expensive KOA for a basic pullthru we encontered. At the price of 95$ elswhere we can have a concrete patio and a table and chairs.Your sites are mostly in grass. And it is the first time we are charged for asking to have side-by-side sites because travelling with another couple. Both were charged 15$ just for asking. Abusive techniques. Too bad.

Stayed two nights on my way to Nova Scotia, campground was clean, sites were all on slopes with no privacy. Store was overpriced. Lack of clear signage for showers,laundry. Not enough bathrooms or showers for the amount of sites.

KOA reservation system allows you to use points against your stay but upon arrival this KOA said I could not use points again a single night stay. Had to be multiple nights. Said it was their policy. There was no flag in the reservation system identifying this. Otherwise I would have stayed elsewhere due to the high cost. Wifi was only free for an hour, then its pay as you go.

What a beautiful campground! We loved the trails to the river. Everything nicely maintained. The staff even came to let us know they were closing the office a little early as they knew we wanted ice cream!
