Pros - Drive in theater,great experience! Jump pad & park was awesome. Cons - Before we could unpack we had to wipe down our cabin beds & mini fridge. The next morning I went to shower, the stench of pee in the showers was �Ͻ in the bathroom stall there were bits of poop smeared on the walls. The activity center stayed closed the whole time we were there & girls working in the office were

Nice and large camp ground. Small lots. Lots of seasonal trailers. Garbage area wasn’t the best and was overflowing, didn’t like that.

This was our second stay this year and we brought friends this time. We all love the campground and it’s very helpful and wonderful staff. It’s a nice clean spot with fun amenities and we are highly recommending it to others.

We rented a cabin 311 Floors were dirty upon arrival The fan that hangs looked Like it was ready to fall off . And you can’t keep the fan on without the lights on . No air can circulate with one window . Extremely hot , no garbage can in the room .

An incident with our dog and another guest was handled quickly, professionally and with empathy - we really appreciated that. The office staff were wonderful with our girls, they couldn't have been happier with their camping trip, thank you�ϋ�

Site I was assigned had no electric hook ups. The nature walk was the best feature. It would be nice if the office had radios for the movies.

The KOA is a great campground with lots of amenities. We stayed at the riverside camping out back on our sussex sxs trip this weekend . Its very peaceful down by the river and your still able to use all the facilities at the campground. I really enjoyed the pool and showers by the rec center . The staff was super friendly and well be sure to come back again for more adventures.

Great location friendly staff, however the washrooms/showers could be a bit cleaner. They charge you for getting to the site before 3 P.M. check in even though the site is empty and available. They have NO WI-Fi you have to pay a third party provider. Actually this campground seems to have several seasonal people so I am not convinced the transiant campers are a high priority

We broke down on Rte 1 on a Saturday. We made it to the KOA and found the management very solicitous. The amenities make it a bit better than many Journeys KOAs.

One issue i had was the amount of vehicles allowed at the water side tents. My group had 2 small cars and we had tons of room for both. Other than that everything was great

We enjoyed our stay! It was our 2nd trip there, but our First time using our new tag along after having a tent trailer for 17 years. We had great water pressure. The fire pits look really nice with the bricks around them. We will definitely return!

The off grid cabin was perfect a resting spot to relax and be in touch with nature. I was a solo camper with two pups. It was serene and I felt safe in my cabin and surroundings. Entrance are from trailer park to the offgrid lane could be a little more defined. More signage etc. "Cart" on-site staff were helpful and very pleasant. Office staff at main checkin where not on the ball. Frazzled.

Amazing staff and service! They try to be as accommodating as possible. They communicate and so friendly along the way. The sites, ten sites and cabins are clean and well kept. A great place for family!

Good stay, just would like there to be some barrier between the tent camping sites by the little pool. A row of trees between each spot would make for better camping! One hour of free also seemed cheap when Other KOA's offer free wifi with no restrictions.

Nice family campground. 30A plug was very worn, and our cord just fell out. 20A plug was taken up by campground wifi repeater (for which there was a charge). 4 stars because of the power issues and wifi charge

Positive side was the fact that late check-in was excellent. Negative would be only WiFi for one hour and then had to pay whereas other KOA was free. Could do with a path to the shower block which was good but on wet grass meant brought grass back with you.

entire site was unlevel. sewer connection on campground side was cracked preventing a good seal for sewer connection. the first 2 days the power pedestal repeatedly tripped causing the lose of power. however the grounds over all were clean and staff was friendly. I would stay there again.

OUR Stay was comfortable the surrounding area is lovely, a trip to Alma for lunch is a must. Arrived at 1:15 pm., because check in isn't till 3 p.m. (which is absurd) we had to pay an extra $10.00! Disgraceful, unnecessary money grab! We paid $100 a night. Just rubbed me the wrong way, We won't be back!!

Site 64 gravel pull thru (when entering but we had to Koa Sussex Site 64 gravel pull thru (when entering but we had to back out, which would have been a problem if the site behind us was occupied). Uphill slope but level if you leave the rv toward the rear of the site. Our site was very long and narrow with beautiful thick grass, a fire pit & picnic table. Super friendly helpful staff Drive in movie theatre on site - there were 2 rows of sites between our site and the movie parking lot. back out, which would have been a problem if the site behind us was occupied). Best campground ever! Have been coming since I was a little one and now I get to enjoy bringing my son. So great for everyone and lots of trails for biking and walking down to a beautiful area on the Kennebecasis River.
