Very clean, bathrooms have nice showers, lots of hot water. Very cool, there is a drive in to watch movies, which is basically in the same driveway.

We paid in advance for a pull thru site. Was directed to an uneven back in among seasonal sites. If we tried, our trailer would have bottomed out. Returned to the office and, after some discussion with the staff, was given an appropriate pull thru site. We learned from another guest that they tried to give them the same site—for a class A! This was not like our other experiences with KOAs.

The only KOA in New Brunswick is clean and well organized and the staff is friendly. We were disappointed that check in time is not until 3 pm and we are charged $5 per hour if earlier than 3 pm! Also there is no free wifi….even for one night’s stay we are expected to pay for a 24 hour time slot….this is cheap ‘nickel and dime’ rules!

Great staff. Very pretty facility and clean laundry. My rating reflects a comparison to KOA Holidays which offer more services and facilities. As this one is a KOA journey, it was as expected.

A bit expensive but the place i very well kept, close to town for quick access to shopping for supplies. Probably will visit again in the future.

Found the staff constantly complaining about the smallest things didn't make you feel welcomed and nobody wanted to be there. Would call 2 hrs prior to check in asking when you're going to get there.

The river tenting site was beautiful, calm and clean. The only negative comment we have is that a few hours before our reservation i asked over the phone if we we're allowed to use a charcoal bbq and we're told yes and the next day,mid stay,got told we're not allowed to use it. Luckily our friends that we're camping on the side next to us had a propane bbq but it made meals more time consuming.

Stay was fine but had a few issues: 1. Pull-thru was on an incline so pulling thru would have bottomed out our RV. We were forced to back out. 2. Laundry only had 2 working washers for a 400 site campground. Makes no sense. 3. Map showed garbage bins outside the front gate so we expected to drop off garbage when we left. Just the off-grid nature escape we were hoping for. Staff were fantastic and guided us on our way. Gorgeous and serene spot near the river! We were excited to see deer and a blue heron . It was a short drive to the main park to have a hot shower (spotless bathrooms btw) and we enjoyed both pools and playground. We missed the drive in theatre this time, but we will definitely be back.

I have already called your head office to explain the situation. Please read the responses on Google review to all reviews that are un favourable. The responses speak volumes to the character of the person responding and hopefully do not reflect KOA values.

Will not be returning. Rude staff. Had to drop trailer off and return to take family vehicle in separate. This place was excessively strict and enforced with large fines. Fine for pressing splash pad button more than once. Fine for having dog in rec hall yet they allowed their dog all over the Registration room and at our children. $200 fine for garbage. Charge for any spill from Sewer removal.

Nice park ,fairly clean. Very children oriented. Unfortunately adult pool was full of kids. Just saying. Would have been nice if they used the kids pool

Terrible atmosphere, nobody is around after 9:00, campers 2 spots away from us had a fire going on Saturday night and nobody from the camp ground was around to tell them to put it out.

we stayed at many campgrounds have always been taken to our site by a workers so there was never any confusion but this time we were given a map with not much direction, the numbering system was very confusing went a while before finding our spot, the sites for RV's are not level/down hill makes it hard to get a trailer level, the staff wasn't very helpful or friendly.

I had a few trailer campers yelling at me and my friend in another car to slow down while going 5km/h, the bottom of my car got scraped up from to tall speed bumps, the map was very confusing to follow to especially to get to the tenting area, and the no 2 cars on the lots for tents was hard to work with with my friends. The security was very helpful one of our favorite parts of the campground.
