We had a cabin, which worked out well but became it had been wet, had to unload at the fence and then park in visitor parking, which was ok but they didn’t give us a gate key so we felt a little left out of the campground and couldn’t drive to the laundry or the pool. There are not really enough bathrooms and a doorknob with an occupied/unoccupied indicator would be really nice. The hosts ar

Quick overnight stay. Staff were friendly. Lots of room on the sites. Washrooms were clean. No complaints, will stay again

Met the owners, Don and Tina, who were great hosts. They have really improved the campground since they took over 5 years ago. Worth the trip to see a drive- in movie and walk the nature trails.

Didn't realize that the tent camping was behind where you have trailers park. So for that reason I would not camp there again.

Had to pay for WI-FI , had to pay for drive in if you wanted to see it $35 which was visible to all. No showers. It is not like other KOA camps. But functional for 1 night

The stay was great as always but I did hear from a fellow camper that they were asked not to drink by the pool and it wasn’t even alcohol. That doesn’t fly with me but other than that. The stay was awesome as always!

Site was not at all level side to side. Site sewer hookup was uphill from site and thus unusable. Dump station inlet was higher than motorhome outlet and was difficult to use. washrooms we’re very clean.

Enjoyed our stay. However, my partner commented that the toilets would benefit from having grab handles to assist the less mobile to get up off the toilet. My partner is having a hip replacement in 2 weeks time and had difficulty in this area!

Hard to get level, sites somewhat close, many sites are seasonal and kept nice. Bathrooms and showers not convenient for us. Not a bad place just not a great one

Wonderful family oriented camp ground. If I had to give a negative was that the fire pits are to low in the ground and it made it hard to keep a fire going, other than that we had a wonderful time and will be staying again!!

The campground staff were very friendly, and the campground property was clean and aesthetically pleasing. We did find the campground crowded, which is not uncommon however, for most KOA. Activities were fun, though a list of events would have been handy prior to the trip as it was Christmas in July and knowing to bring decorations and a small gift for the kids would have helped.

Site and service was OK. However we had strong odeurs from the septique system during our 3 days there and had to leave the site regularly to get a breath of fresh air. Our worst stay in the maritimes. Ron Paradis

Our site slope was too steep and the grass was not mowed when some of the other larger sites were mowed otherwise it was a good experience.

The people at the front office were outstanding. They were friendly, kind, patient, and helpful. The site was great. We do appreciate all that you have done to improve the campground. I only have one little recommendation. Please put a different doorknob on the two bathrooms down by the 240s. The ladies room was locked over 50% of the time because the locks are tricky. No one's fault.

-Seamless booking and check in experience -Clean lot, plenty of attractions for the kids -Kids splash pad was nice but staff rudely shouted that our three year old had to stop pushing the sprinkler button and wait two minutes between. I suggest a different and friendly approach or relocate the button to an adult height + add instructions sign.

They are unbelievably kind and helpful! Everything was amazingly clean and well maintained. The best campground I have ever stayed at! I cannot talk this place up enough! Don't sleep on it, make sure you book and stay as soon as you have the chance! :)

Really big. Clean. Organized. Great playground structure. I was a bit disappointed that the pool and the jumping pillow opened at 11 when it was time to check out. Other than that. Enjoyable

This is one of the best manicured, clean and well maintained campgrounds we've stayed at. Owners were very helpful, friendly and welling to do about anything to make our stay great. They really care about their campers. I highly recommend them to anyone.

The cabin was cute and clean. The pools were in great shape. Campgrounds were clean. I didn’t appreciate having to park away from the cabin. The inconvenience could have been compensated somehow, even if it was to waive the early check in fee.

LOUD! Latest quiet hours of any KOA we’ve been to, and they’re not enforced. Caters to seasonal campers and local events. If you’re traveling, don’t stay on a weekend. Being a KOA VIP member does not benefit you at all at this campground; we lost our whole deposit for our return trip.

Sussex Koa was a fantastic stop over for our family of 6. Plenty to do to keep the kids busy while mom and dad relaxed after a twelve hour drive.

B+ camp w/clean baths, but NO Wifi, they will sell you access through what they claim is a third party but it is $$$$ and doesn’t work well at all, don’t waste your $! Advertise a river trail but was an inaccessible mud pit the entire 8 days.

This campground is a diamond in the rough!!! So much to do for the kiddies...drive in theatre, swimming pools, amusement areas galore and ample space to ride bikes. Sites are spacious with nice grass with all the hook ups. The campground overall is very well kept and most importantly bathrooms are clean. Bravo �

The drive in had horns honking multiple times for long periods of times and woke our children up, the kids activity's closed early, and were not open till after check out time making the pool and other things not of use to us. And the price was not good for what we actually got to enjoy.

The stay was great other than someone cut a big slice in an L shape in the side of my tent! Not impressed, first time using the tent since I bought it! Other than that, the concert was wonderful, and was organized well. Hopefully have it again, and have all country musicians this time! Blackjack Billy was the least favorite of all!.

The site was so small we couldn't open our awning as it would hit the power lines and it was crazy swampy, our fire pit was full of water when we got there. Even the gentleman checking us in knew it was too small for our trailer and was told by someone over the radio, it was fine...

We were there for country music fest . Great time . The campground is very clean and we had no breaker problems for the first time staying at different campgrounds . Loved the pool And spacious campground . We will for sure stay again and recommend . Nice frendly staff

Site 64 gravel pull thru (when entering but we had to Koa Sussex Site 64 gravel pull thru (when entering but we had to back out, which would have been a problem if the site behind us was occupied). Uphill slope but level if you leave the rv toward the rear of the site. Our site was very long and narrow with beautiful thick grass, a fire pit & picnic table. Super friendly helpful staff Drive in movie theatre on site - there were 2 rows of sites between our site and the movie parking lot. back out, which would have been a problem if the site behind us was occupied). Best campground ever! Have been coming since I was a little one and now I get to enjoy bringing my son. So great for everyone and lots of trails for biking and walking down to a beautiful area on the Kennebecasis River.
