We were very late arriving due to a flat tire and had phoned the office and they were very accommodating, leaving our check-in information for us. They also booked us into a site that was very easy to park in after dark. This made the end of our very long day easy to settle in and finally relax. The dump station was very easy to access and was very well set up for quick and efficient use.

We booked with a 34ft RV and it was impossible to get level in the site that we selected. I expected more from a KOA Campground. This was an expensive campground compared to others. And the campground was dirty. Loose, cut grass was inches deep in our campsite and made a mess inside our camper when it stuck to our shoes. No effort was made to pick up after they mowed.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay tremendously. I am looking forward to going back next year. We stayed in one of their cabins. I will be recommending this beautiful campground to everyone �ϋ�

Sullen person at check in. Uneven site. Wedged in. When asked if we could change told all booked. Half campground empty all night. Severe train noise. Worst KOA ever been to.

I think the campsite is a seasonal campground where non-seasonals are merely an inconvenience. I really would love to have at least one redeeming quality but I’m stretching. The shower was warm. That’s all I have. Sorry.

To expensive. Took full payment months in advance. Stated no return of money if we canceled. Previous owners were responsible. We’ve stayed at many koas in Canada and US. This is the first disappointment.

We stayed for the balloon fiesta and it was great with them landing in the campground Pools were both clean and enjoyed Very well kept and clean

Website says Wifi (but it’s $8 via third party). They expected us to have a joint connector for the sewage. Wood chips all over our site which we tracked in the trailer each time. Our site was not very level at all. Finally, we travelled by RV in ON, QC, NB and NS and no other site called ahead to say there is an extra $5 per hour fee for early check-in. All others checked us in early for free.

We had an awesome stay � camping & enjoyed drive in movies too. Was great in town for balloon fest and finally on Sunday morning the � balloons had the all clear to launch after wind delays all weekend. A balloon pilot even landed her balloon right at camp ground she was from USA. That made our stay seeing the balloon flight only 2 minutes away from fair grounds. Can't wait till next year .

The positive about Sussex KOA are the staff. Lovely people. very friendly and welcoming. The negative - seems that the majority of the campers are permanent campers. Very little transient sites. Potholes and uneven gravel. Tired Park.

We enjoyed the clean lots and the size of them. Except for some late night partiers on Saturday night, quiet time was observed and the campground was very quiet and peaceful.

Sites were not level. We were on a downward slope to the point we could not empty our waste tanks. Levelling the trailer was also difficult. Sites are all grass, which when we got there was wet, making for poor traction trying to back uphill . If not for 4 wheel drive I would not have gotten into my site.

I would recommend this campground to everyone. It was very clean. Visit the Hussars museum in Sussex. Very informative.

This was our second time staying at KOA Sussex and we loved it. Our kids used the park for a few minutes so we have yet to take advantage of any of the amenities there but what I love about KOA is the proximity to local events, camp site sizes and cleanliness, and the friendly staff members we have encountered. Can't wait to go back in summer of 2024!

I enjoyed my stay but have to admit the trains in the middle of the night certainly made it hard to get a good nights sleep!

It was our first weekend camping without our children or any of our friends. We enjoyed our time alone at your campground. The park was quiet, clean and very friendly. We will be returning next year! We wished there were more showers available and closer for the tenting sites in the cabins area. We walked the park each night. Our favorite part was the fireworks!

Stayed 4 nights as a family, always clean campsites and friendly staff. The kids love all the weekend activities and especially love all the goodies at the office! Staff were great and super attentive to our kids, we absolutely love coming here. Rebecca made rounds throughout the weekend asking if we needed anything, how thoughtful is that! We can't wait to go back next Summer.

We had the best weekend with family and friends. The kids learned to ride their bikes, loved the pool, playground, wagon rides and all the extras that you did for the long weekend. Bingo was a hit for both the adults & the children � We can’t wait to come back again.

We enjoyed our stay at your campground. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It was our first time to visit the area and found it interesting. Your location is very easy to reach from the main highway and close to town with all the amenities.

It is unfortunate that our tent trailer was too long for a normal water and electric site and we had to pay extra to have a 30 amp even though we didn't need one. It was unfortunate that the only movies were r rated. We booked with the idea that kids could expereince a drive in theatre. It would have been fine even if it was older kids movies.

Great campground. Everything is clean & tidy. Shout out to the activities committee. Those people are the rock stars of this place. So many things to do & the seasonals are very welcoming. We were happy to finally have a weekend without rain! Thanks to the "Super hero's for a lovely Sunday Brunch.

Our stay was a quit over night on our way to Nova Scotia but I would definitely stay longer! The facility was beautifully maintained and had some of the best restrooms and showers that I have seen at a KOA. Everything was very clean. It looked as though there were lots of play ares for kids for those with young family members. The hooks up were excellent and easy to use and access.

We always have a great stay the the KOA! there's always lots for kids to do. River tenting is a great spot to put a kayak in and it is always a great experience.

WE LOVE THE SUSSEX KOA WE STAYED IN CABIN 311 , THIS TIME WE HAVE STAYED INCABIN 312 A FEW TIMES BEFORE , THIS TIME I THINK BECAUSE THE WAY THE WIND WAS BLOWING WE HAD SMOKE IN OUR CABIN FROM THE BONFIRE SO WE HAD TO PUT IT OUT , AND AIR THE CABIN OUT BUT IT SEEM TO HANG AROUND FOR QUITE AWHILE WHICH CAUSED OUR GRANDSON WHO HAS LUNG ISSUSES TO TAKE A N ATTACK AND HADTO TAKE PUFFERS ,

Site 64 gravel pull thru (when entering but we had to Koa Sussex Site 64 gravel pull thru (when entering but we had to back out, which would have been a problem if the site behind us was occupied). Uphill slope but level if you leave the rv toward the rear of the site. Our site was very long and narrow with beautiful thick grass, a fire pit & picnic table. Super friendly helpful staff Drive in movie theatre on site - there were 2 rows of sites between our site and the movie parking lot. back out, which would have been a problem if the site behind us was occupied). Best campground ever! Have been coming since I was a little one and now I get to enjoy bringing my son. So great for everyone and lots of trails for biking and walking down to a beautiful area on the Kennebecasis River.
