The bathrooms have no ventilation. One of the ladies showers was a trickle of water, I told the cleaning staff 3 different times over the weekend before an out of order sign was put up. Also, the cleaning of the bathrooms left a lot to be desired. It was like showering in a sauna and you felt as sticky leaving as you did walking in. $4 for a can of pop is also robbery.

Second year staying in cabin 113 . Camp ground is awesome . Only issue with cabin is that it’s boiling inside . You can open window but not air comes in as the wind blows the other way . The ceiling fan worked but seemed a bit sketchy . Our light in the cabin that was not on the fan was almost burn out . Very dim

We had a wonderful stay at the KOA in Sussex. The only thing that could have been improved is the cleanliness of both pools. The skimmers seemed to be off and the pools were very cloudy and not the cleanest.

This is the must beautiful campground I have been in. The staff are fabulous, it’s clean, well organized and the tent sites by the water are amazing.

Very unprofessional staff running around yelling at kids taking pictures of trailers for Minor Details very immature it's like you have a Karen running around as a staff

We had such an amazing time. Everybody was so nice and my 4 year old just loved all pools, jumping pillow etc. we stayed in one of the cabins which was great but my only complaint would be that they had no ac and I wish they would of had just a little table that you could pull out and put stuff on and than put back, other than that we loved it so much.

The cabins are extremely hot and it smelt like a skunk sprayed it BUT it was a nice clean cabin. Only bummer was nothing was open until after 11 so we could enjoy the last few hours of the morning. Would be nice if the pool was open early and stayed open later. The jumping pillow was all blown up at 9, it only disappointed all the kids to see they had to wait until 11 for it to be unlocked.

Only KOA we have been to where you had to pay $5 per hour for every hour you were early You also had pay for WIFI. As well, a lot of sites have a bad slope to them, ours in particular Sewer hookups were up above ground about 6 to 7 inches S—t does not run up hill

We had a great stay. It was just one night but we had a nice big site, clean bathrooms and showers, nice laundry facilities and the kids enjoyed the pool! Will definitely be back again when passing through.

The picnic table was useless and the site itself was VERY unlevel;I carry more blocking Than I usually need ,but I had to borrow more to level my 25 ft trailer….

First site we tried, 45, was so unlevel side to side and front to back we couldn’t level our trailer enough for us to get our steps down. Moved to site 46 which was also unlevel but we were able to get it level enough for our steps. Unfortunately campfire ring for site 47 was right outside our bedroom and lots of smoke kept going into our trailer.

WiFi not free. Paid service is unreliable. Shower pressure was a dribble. Staff was friendly. Our site was no where close to being level and huge divets in grass like ankle twisters. Nice trail, good for biking.

Ridiculous that I could not buy a pass for my daughter to bring her car into campsite. Ample room for multiple cars..Your also loosing a revenue stream . It's not like the cabins are close, probably a 20 minute walk.

Good location, close to Fundy Bay, easy on and off. Large, clean sites. Quiet, well maintained.

Amazing ! My children and I love going ever chance we get. The staff make me feel right at home and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a family get away for a weekend ! Whether it be tent or trailer , it’s a wonderful place to be

My family of four stayed in our pop up trailer for 5 days and 4 nights and we had a great time!!! Cannot wait to come back again :)

Space provided okay. Power post into. Power kicked off. Surge proctor indicated problem with L-1. Site 39. Notified office. Space adjacent was vacant. Fortunately I had 30 amp extension so able to have adequate shore power.

The washrooms were a mess, the stall doors would not close or lock the shower stall walls were falling apart. A 3pm check in time is out of line with all other KOA’S. The pull though space we were assigned was so slanted I needed x locks just to hold the trailer in place to get it off the truck. All in all the worst KOA I have seen this trip.

The staff was extremely rude, The $10 minimum on debit purchases is not clear until after you purchase something, I brought it up several times but no sign was put up. This is very scamy. The description of your offsite cabins was not how far away it was. Also, it says no power no Wi-Fi, but it did not mention no water. Popcorn took over an hr at the drive in, Popcorn is made per order not prio

We had a great time. Campground and washrooms were nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The drive in is a fun experience. We would definitely recommend and go again.

If we had known that only one of us could use the KOA discount card we would not have become members. Lesson learned. But overall a great experience.

Stayed in the cabins. Great little spot- had twin bunk bed and a separate queen bed. Mini fridge was a nice bonus. Didn’t use the microwave. Bathrooms were near by and very clean! Playgrounds and pools were amazing! Only complaint was the noise from the drive in movie theatre traffic. We would stay again but father away from the driveway location.

Lovely end site! We’re booked again in a month. We are a couple traveling with no children or pets, and we noticed how families really enjoyed the amenities in the park! There was a group of friends or campers having a great time in an open field and we were a bit concerned about ongoing partying, but for the most part they were very respectful and quieted down at the appropriate time.

We had a great stay. I was worried about the bathroom because at the drive in there are usually a lot of spider webs but at the camp ground all the bathrooms I used were very clean. My only complaint is that the pools and jumping pad are not open in the morning before check out. We would have loved to have used them in the morning.

Nice big park, big sites, unfortunate looks like 75% long 25% short term (I DO NOT AGREE) with the 3pm check in (my opinion all should be 1pm most are ) got there at 1pm told to come back at 3 or pay $5.00 an hour early fee, gate card return when leaving or $50.00 charge till they get it back Ok !! If not for the 3pm check in would of given 10 stars and 5 stars but I will not return to this KOA

Amenities were great, however, our site was a 30 amp and had power issues. 30 Amp would flick on and off. Then didn’t work. 120 also didn’t work. Both nights I was outside in the night trying to figure it out. Ended up plugging into the next site, with 120 as my 30 amp wouldn’t reach. Not good. Told employees and manager is supposed to call, hasn’t yet.

I was told there is a 10 dollar charge for every hour you are early so they wanted 30 dollars for that Then we walked in to pick a site and they wanted another 10 dollars for taking a look before choosing a site I understand they have policies in place but we travelled all over PEI and Nova Scotia and never had this happen and were never asked to pay that much 111.00 for one night camping

Weather was great, we had a great site for our tent. Lots for the kids to do and the grounds and washrooms were very clean.Also the staff were friendly and welcoming

Site 64 gravel pull thru (when entering but we had to Koa Sussex Site 64 gravel pull thru (when entering but we had to back out, which would have been a problem if the site behind us was occupied). Uphill slope but level if you leave the rv toward the rear of the site. Our site was very long and narrow with beautiful thick grass, a fire pit & picnic table. Super friendly helpful staff Drive in movie theatre on site - there were 2 rows of sites between our site and the movie parking lot. back out, which would have been a problem if the site behind us was occupied). Best campground ever! Have been coming since I was a little one and now I get to enjoy bringing my son. So great for everyone and lots of trails for biking and walking down to a beautiful area on the Kennebecasis River.
