Excellent but if you have a Motorhome towing a vehicle don’t take lot 65 , had a hard time getting out

First KOA I've been at that charging if arriving in this case 3pm. Can understand poor internet if free but had to pay and over50% of time I couldn't connect. Was told site had 50 amp service but actually 30 amp.

se hard to pay for wi-fi. It was our first stay in New-Brunswick where we had to pay in 3 weekend. The reception for wi-fi was poor. Last year we went for 4weeks in Newfounland and had never to pay for wi-fi. I will surely not recommend Sussex Koa. The showers where not very clean.

Generally clean and well kept, however the laundry facilities need work. Only one washer working one day and quite cramped if another camper is also in the tiny room. A

Some nice perks, but in general the campground seemed run down. Our picnic table was partly rotten. Smaller pool had a missing drain cover on the bottom; a significant safety hazard. Dog park had very little to interest dogs, and no chairs. Prices in the office store were incredibly high; we paid $15 for a small propane tank that would cost $8-10 in a hardware store.

Well maintained, lots of things for kids to do, friendly staff and comfortable sites. I held off on the 5th star because of the number of freight trains that pass in close proximity, even night passes - very loud and bothersome!

Beautiful, large KOA. All the amenities. Very family friendly. Access to walking trails. Only about an hour to the Bay of Fundy.

We enjoyed our stay at Sussex KOA. Beautiful view from where were situated and we had a really spacious campsite. We found the staff very helpful as well, when we had an issue with sewer. The day we were leaving, one of the staff came around and took our gate card, so we wouldn't have stop and drop it off at the office ourselves. Much appreciated! Thanks for the great stay!

Started by dragging our car over speed pretty bad within in campground. Noticed lots of scrapes on this 1 certain speed bump where everyone bottoms out there cars. River side campsite was great and private but feel it could be more upkept by mowing the grass and maybe graveling the road down to the river. Also 1 more portable toilet would be nice as the one there got dirty quickly

Very loud area. Unable to get much sleep at all which caused us to leave a day early in the stay. Campground was very well maintained and clean though! Drive-In also a nice bonus to have.

They should advise a train goes by on the middle of the night and the pool is too small

We ended up in the tenting area close to a small functional toilet but a long way away from the showers and laundry. Garbage located at the entrance to the main entrance so again long way from camp site.

Very nice campsite, clean, and well maintained area! Staff is amazing, Jessica in the main office was wonderful! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely will be coming again next year!

The Sussex KOA is absolutely phenomenal! The staff are all extremely knowledgeable and friendly! The park is gorgeous! Front desk staff Katie and Michaela are very kind and helpful! The park has so many amazing amenities for both kids and adults! Can’t wait for my next stay!

We found out on check-out that we were given the wrong site. The one we got had no trees and wasn't as nice as some of the other sites.

Beautiful campground lots to do with kids. Beautiful Park, Pool, Drive -In. Quiet Only thing cabin only got two plugs. One for fridge and microwave. No other plug inside or out.

The campground is clean and good amenities but it is not inclusive for people with disabilities and the staff were very rude when asked about how they accommodate people with mobility issues. They basically told me there was nothing they could do! Very disappointing and disrespectful. Won’t be back. We went for the Country concert and the grounds were not accessible and the organizers were rude

We camp there often and always love the laid back atmosphere, the amenities for kids (and adults!), the proximity to the Drive-In, and the cleanliness of the sites.

The website is not user friendly. Apparently we were meant to “reserve our spot” when we booked but had no idea and ended up with the worst campsite in front of the bathrooms far away from the other rent sites. I tried to call multiple times leading up to our stay to double check our information and reservation was correct and never got through to talk to a person, just the automated message.

First time stay in on a KOA property and I am so happy with my stay! Such a beautiful piece full spot for tenting by the river. The other centers were not even loud and we were spaced out perfectly. The customerbservice and security that were hired for the Sussex Fundy Fest were all so polite and all seem to be in good spirits! Thank you all so much for making our night fun and safe!

The staff was nice but did not give a full orientation to the grounds. We had difficulty finding the pools and the big one was closed due to a mechanical issue. We understand they could not prevent or change that but they should have told us. Too much train noise at night made sleep difficult into early am.

Nice park with lots of amenities. Our trip resulted in us being early for check in and we were charged $5 per early hour. I see this as a petty way of making money on travellers.

At checkin the hostess presented us with a swipe card with the #of each off grid cabins. Drove 5 mins down a dirt road to discover the swipe card was only good for the gate, she did not give us the cabin keys. After trying the phone # 3 times we finally got through she laughed it off and said she did not give us our lanterns as well. Big pool closed and nitre time and jump pillow.

Very disappointed. Will not be back. The whole reason I booked the stay for me and my toddler was for the splash pad, pools and jumping pillow and all were closed except for one pool that was not big enough for all the kids that were there so we had to leave. We didn’t stay the second night-my son was so bored.

This was a quick stop for us. Was nice campground. We got a good rest and the movie at the drive-in was a real treat. The showers and bathrooms were clean. The grounds were well kept. The hook up on our site was easy.

Site 64 gravel pull thru (when entering but we had to Koa Sussex Site 64 gravel pull thru (when entering but we had to back out, which would have been a problem if the site behind us was occupied). Uphill slope but level if you leave the rv toward the rear of the site. Our site was very long and narrow with beautiful thick grass, a fire pit & picnic table. Super friendly helpful staff Drive in movie theatre on site - there were 2 rows of sites between our site and the movie parking lot. back out, which would have been a problem if the site behind us was occupied). Best campground ever! Have been coming since I was a little one and now I get to enjoy bringing my son. So great for everyone and lots of trails for biking and walking down to a beautiful area on the Kennebecasis River.
