Nice campground. Stayed here 5 days. Pickup trash daily from 9-12. Most surprising benefit was the wifi and internet setup. For most of our stay, internet speed was a whopping 145 mbps down. Way better than any other campground in our 13 years experience. There were a few slowdowns but fixed quickly! Great place!

Our site was not level and had no shade. The size was adequate.

Lots of shade and two large ponds. Disk Golf and walking trails. Very friendly staff. Some roads are rough with tight turns. Small fish in the catch and keep pond - but fun to fish. Close to Wal-Mart and places to eat.

Pleasant staff upon arrival! Site was gravel and could use some raking to level it a bit but power, water, sewer utilities were all in good repair. The 30AMP receptacle has a broken housing around the ground post, needs to be replaced site 604. Bathrooms were very nice! Grounds were clean amd well kept.

We loved our stay. The location is great for Cleveland, Akron and Cuyahoga NP. Super friendly & helpful staff.

The shower house in our area had consist wet floors and rooms were always humid. Addition ventilation would be nice. Camp facilities such as laundry, store and pool were very good. Our site was easy to access and adequate for our rv unit. Location of the KOA was close to city services such as gas and groceries. It was easy to access the tourist sites we were interested in attending.

This is a nice convenient location for visiting the area and the staff that check us in was pleasant and provided information to the areas we wanted to visit. The only reason for not scoring higher was the pull through sites where we stayed had a significant slope making it tricky to level and the sewer was running up hill. A suggestion would be have the sewer moved back !

Spaces were 90°. They should be slanted where you can get in and out easily. To back in, the other campsite across from us, had to move their vehicle. The roads were so skinny to get in and out. It is doable, but it is not very camper friendly

Great service Campsite was terrific. Just 1 suggestion post sign in restroom to not walk through other people's campsite, use the road. We had several people do that and when we asked then not to they acted like it was fine. Thank you

We were placed on a newly created gravel pad. Fortunately it did not rain. If it had, it would have been a disaster. Too much gravel and dirt for the roads and lots. When it’s wet, it would be challenging.

Friendly staff welcomed us and supported our stay. The campground was clean and spacious, with lots of seasonal sites, but the transient sites were well maintained as well. The bathrooms/showers were as clean as possible for being so outdated; they really need refurbishing or rebuilding since the floors were soft from years of water soaking through the floor and shower stall seams.

Deferred maintenance made us leave! The dump station has been neglected for a while and the smell was awful. We complained 1st thing the morning after arrival. By end of day the manager admitted to complaints but could only say they were developing a plan. No sense of urgency! Then the other manager butted in and asked me if I missed the sign in front that said “happy campers only”. I have pho

This is a close campground for visiting the national park. Our site was shaded and level. The roads within the campground were a little rough. It seemed they were making repairs before the busy camping season begins. Would stay again if in the area.

The wi fi did not work. I tried by phone and text to get help and no response. In fact, the phone number on the flyer would not go through. I've never had a problem with KOA wi fi in the past.

We stayed in a lakefront site. We were off season so it was quiet and peaceful. Beautiful pool and amenities for the whole family. Would definitely recommend it.

Camp was very clean, neat, and well-kept. Workers were all very friendly. I loved the fun activities they offered on Saturdays. Only negative was firewood bundles were too expensive and too small for such a high price. Otherwise a great place to be! A beautiful park.

My stay at Streetsboro / Cleveland SE KOA Holiday was exactly what I expected from a KOA—and that's a compliment. The campground was clean, well-maintained, quiet, and relaxing, making it a perfect stop during my travels. Bella and I felt right at home, and the pet-friendly atmosphere made the stay even more enjoyable. The highlight of the visit came early the next morning when I woke to a beautiful foggy sunrise. 15 minutes from the national park and very close to many food stores including costco. Some sites are nicer than others but roomier than I expected. At arrival during business hours, you are guided to your spot. The campground is gated which is nice. Many folks around fishing in the catch and release pond or walking their dogs riding bikes or are hanging in the pool. Good amount of families with kids here. Quiet at night. Utilities work well though sewer connections seemed to be pretty far out from where you rv is on your site. Laundry was $2/load only quarters but there is a cash to coin machine.
