It was our first time staying at KOA. We have been to many campgrounds and thought we’d give KOA a try. This was by far the best. The sites give you a lot of space, everything was clean and well kept and we were blown away that they have a trash pick up service!

Except for the hot, wet weather, we enjoyed the stay. We miss the way this KOA used to be when it was run by Cathy and Tonya and her family. I wish KOA's wouldn't concentrate on fancy sites with concrete pads, gas grills, and furniture. KOA's are getting too expensive.

The campground was close to Cuyahoga Valley National Park, which was the reason we came. Loved the full hookup and WiFi. Our first time staying at a KOA. I appreciated the emails and text messages. The weekend we stayed a group rented the pavilion and there was karaoke. Didn’t love that but it was entertaining. Thank you!

We stayed in pull-thru site #514 which is on the end of a row with good length and decent spacing. It is shaded with large mature trees but we had no issue with Starlink. Gravel site with a slight downward grade but easily manageable without extra effort. All utilities were good. Staff was super friendly and campground seemed well maintained. We are returning in a month on our return trip.

Ignore the rotten reviews from others. It rained HARD the day before we arrived and there wasn't a single place there that had water issues. Our site was mostly level only requiring slight adjustment with our levelers. Every staff member we dealt with was nice and professional. The salt water pool was clean and fun. The showers/bathrooms were clean the entire time. Great fishing in the ponds too!

Everything is grast employee we're great, only issues. 1 wifi doesn't reach last tent site 2 shower/bathrooms need to be updated with drainage mats, so your not standing in the last person's puddle

I only stayed one night, but I would definitely return for a longer stay. It was serene, well maintained and sooo quiet at night. I slept well after a long drive.

Everything was fine except the Wifi With the increase in prices that went beyond true inflation, it would seem you could provide a reliable WIFI. I think every camper today needs Wifi.

Check in process was simple. The park was clean and the amenities were good. The bathrooms were clean. It was a peaceful stay.

The staff was all very nice and accommodating.The park was clean and well taken care of.It was fairly close to all activities we did:Chyahoga National Park,Cleveland Zoo for Asian Lantern Festival and Viaduct Park.A nice stay.

The grass needed to be mowed. The grass was high and that brought the mosquitoes. The fire pit was never cleaned out. Otherwise, it was a nice campground.

Loved that garbage is picked up at your site daily. Staff is friendly. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was a birthday party with a very loud DJ at a nearby pavilion that prevented conversation around the campfire.

Small campsites. Grass was overgrown. Street noise/construction noise in the area and train horns interfered with having a quiet atmosphere. Probably not a problem for those in RVs but is a problem for tenters. Bathrooms were clean.

This was my second stay at the Streetsboro/Cleveland SE KOA. This stay was a simple overnight but I would definitely recommend this campground for longer stays as well. The new gate card was a nice upgrade from the gate code the first time I stayed. Thank you again for a nice, easy to access pull-thru site to recoup on after a travel day.

Our stay was uneventful. The only disappointment was the space we had for our 5th wheel. We had 3 small grandchildren with us and no area around our site they could play so we could watch them while we made meals. We saw a few empty lots that we may have been able to get but those were not mentioned when I called ahead.

Booked a FHU site. Did not get. Water was 13psi at site and not enough to shower/flush toilet/etc. At office, was told "working on it", by 9pm staff finally admitted they have been down to just "1 well" for awhile. Said "just wait, it will come back", It did not. Dishonest- did not tell issue at booking, check-in or when 1st asked. We had to fill fresh tank (took hours) and use our pump.

Park was quiet. Close to the national park. Pool was nice. Only downfall was that the grass on our site wasn't mowed in probably almost a week, and the grass under the picnic table was twice as long.

Very nice campground. Restrooms were clean. Friendly staff. Very pretty area. Pool was nice just busy due to being weekend. Laundry was nice. $2.00 per load and dryer. Only negative iron in the water, could stain whites. Pet friendly. Lots of shade.

Nice staff, great pool, great location. Sites are in bad shape unlevel and rutted. Grass growing through gravel and large holes. Interior roads are falling apart with gravel/broken asphalt on roadway making it difficult to walk or bike. Need a walking path from camping area to pool/ office as you have people and kids walking in road to get to pool, there is plenty of room for it. amazon!

Great overnight stop! Conveniently located right off the highway with easy access to gas and stores. Friendly staff greeted us and guided us to our clean site. The campground was well-kept, and the pool looked inviting. We’d definitely stay again!

My stay at Streetsboro / Cleveland SE KOA Holiday was exactly what I expected from a KOA—and that's a compliment. The campground was clean, well-maintained, quiet, and relaxing, making it a perfect stop during my travels. Bella and I felt right at home, and the pet-friendly atmosphere made the stay even more enjoyable. The highlight of the visit came early the next morning when I woke to a beautiful foggy sunrise. The soft light and misty landscape created wonderful photography opportunities and made for a memorable start to the day. 15 minutes from the national park and very close to many food stores including costco. Some sites are nicer than others but roomier than I expected. At arrival during business hours, you are guided to your spot. The campground is gated which is nice. Many folks around fishing in the catch and release pond or walking their dogs riding bikes or are hanging in the pool. Good amount of families with kids here. Quiet at night. Utilities work well though sewer connections seemed to be pretty far out from where you rv is on your site. Laundry was $2/load only quarters but there is a cash to coin machine.
