Very nice pool, RV sites with room. We had a Deluxe Patio site with concrete, teak table and bench, plus grill, 4 separate chairs and fire pit. We had our dog and found everyone picked up after their dogs, which was very nice!! The people were all friendly and helpful!! However, there were a couple places that must have underground springs because they stayed wet and muddy, even with no rain.

This was our first time staying at this KOA and wow!! This campground is the blueprint of how all other KOA's should be! The grounds are so beautiful, grass is lush and well kept, pool had just opened and it was very clean and nice. Sites were spacious, level and clean. There are 2 workers we wanted to take the time to recognize for their outstanding commitment to delivering top notch customer service. Let's just be real, the workers at campgrounds can't be making much more than minimum wage, making it really easy for them to be disgruntled, rude or easy to not do anything above the absolute minimum. But that is not the case here. The 2 workers that stood out to us enough to take the time to recognize them are Amy and A.J. Amy is the employee that checked us in. She was so welcoming and kind. Her checkin process was thorough and she informed us of everything we needed to know about the park. Our kids were rambunctious from being cramped in our truck for hours and were acting up in the store, but Amy was so patient and engaging with our kids. One day we came up for ice cream and she scooped it for our entire family and never stopped smiling and was generous with her scoops too! (***Go to her if you want a healthy scoop of ice cream!) Every time we saw Amy throughout our stay, she greeted us with that same sincere and kind smile and just made us always feel good and feel welcomed at the campground. A.J. was the other worker we wanted to recognize. We first met A.J. at the bath house when I took my daughter to shower the dirt off of her. Without hesitation, A.J. greeted us so very warm and kind. She was in the middle of cleaning the showers and here we come with a dirt covered kid to ruin her hard work - and yet she didnt care at all, she even insisted that we go into the big one she had just finished cleaning. When I told her I felt bad going into her freshly cleaned stall, she giggled and said it was no problem at all and that she wanted us to have a clean hot shower experience and that she would come back around and clean it again when we were done. Who does that these days?! The other amazing thing I wanted to recognize that she did was on our 2nd day there, my husband took the kids to the Walmart in town and I stayed behind to get ready and take our dogs out to potty. While I was walking one of our dogs I started to feel light headed and needed to sit down. A.J. was driving by on her cart and noticed this. She stopped and pulled into our site. She asked me if I was okay and sat next to me on our picnic table. I told her I needed to call my husband because I was not feeling well. I realized I had somehow locked myself out of our RV and couldn't get my phone or anything, so I started to panic. A.J. offered me her phone to call my husband and while I was calling him, she took my dog leash from my hand and finished walking my dog for me while I sat and tried to gather my composure. I feel that most of us including myself usually only take time to speak about an experience when it was a bad one. But we really need to put that same effort into recognizing when someone or somewhere heightens an experience and makes it a better one. So between the clean, warm and inviting swimming pool, the vast grounds that are lush with green grass and beautiful ponds, the spacious and clean sites and the top notch customer service, we would give the Streetsboro KOA 25 stars if we could! Whatever you are doing with your employees, keep it up because they are wonderful representatives of your business! Cheers! Reba and Anthony
