Our stay was good, staff were friendly and informative. The bathhouse was clean. We were on site 603 and there was a heavy rain before we arrived so there was standing water on the rear and side of our site where our sewer hookup was located.The standing water had a grayish black color to it with a sewer smell to it.I think there was a septic issue in that area. The site itself was dry.

Campground was nice. But the power was out for over 5 hours on a warm day and the WiFi was very spotty. Plus the water pressure was very low.

Beautiful campground close to town. Great feature having the lake to look at and fish too. Very clean and the staff are super nice!

The dump station has a leak and raw sewage seeps up. Looks like this has been a long term problem that is ignored

Staff was knowledgeable, kind and worked with us as I made an error on the arrival date. Thy not only changed the date they also helped with extending our stay as we had repairs needed to our rv. Thank you for making our stay a great experience! Great park and would highly recommend to others!

Poorly kept grounds. The pavilion liked like it was going to fall over. My wife and I both twisted an ankle at the site we had. Poor attempt to grow grass there and not even fill the "trench" dug out. Not what we have come to expect from a KOA.

Our deluxe cabin was full of ants. Sitting on sofa had ant crawling on us. The blinds in master bedroom was full of ants with food crumbs ants on kitchen counter ants in loft crawling on my kid who slept up there. Had problem with TV went to office was told to go back and try something and call back, called back before 8 but office was closed. Staff didnt seem to kind no grill supplies in kitche

We did not spend much time in the park because of the nature of our trip. But we found the office staff friendly and accommodating and the grounds pretty. About the only suggestion I could make is to clear some trees to make it easier for big rigs to park or at least have an area for big rigs.

Stay was very nice - it was centrally located to the Cuyahoga Valley National Park and Cleveland area. Our site was a little unlevel but it was nice. I was disappointed in the store. The KOA directory says they have onsite made Fudge but the girl in the store never heard of it. I even showed her the book. Must have been an old ad for the KOA from prior owners but I do not know.

Very nice campground, and the restrooms were very clean. Only complaint was the large rut running through our site from a previous camper. It had been very rainy in the area for the past two weeks, and the grounds were very soft. I know that they can’t do anything about Mother Nature, but felt the rut could have been filled, or smoothed out before we got there. Would camp here again.

The highway noise is pretty close to unbearable if you’re staying in a tent. Bathrooms could definitely use some renovating. There were a few sites that looked like previous permanent sites that have not been cleaned up, creating a junky feel to the area I stayed in.

First time staying at a KOA in years and we found your park was nice and looks like you are sticking time and money into making it only better in the future. We also found the private shower rooms clean, the only thing we noticed is shower room #1 has a comfortable temperature for hot where the others showers seemed to not get hot enough. Thanks for the nice stay.

We enjoyed this beautiful camp. Everything was so well cared for. The staff very pleasant. We will return during future visits to Cleveland Clinic.

Issues: we were given a site with known electric issues. Besides being dangerous, it was a major pain to have to change sites on our third night, during the middle of cooking dinner. To add to difficulty of unhooking, and setting up again, the areas around the water, sewer, and electric hookups were very muddy. We appreciate the $23 credit given but don't feel like that came close to making up

We enjoy staying here. Everyone was friendly. Loved the new Blackstone grill on our favorite site. But I would like to see the WIFI IMPROVED! We will be back on Sept.

Campground was extremely wet, stayed in site 112 for an overnight. Had to unhook and back into a pull thru due to a big rock and conditions. That said, this is a favorite campground and will stay again and recommend.

Short 2 night stay on our way to South Dakota- mostly to go to the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame. Stay was fine- no problems or issues. Will stay again if we are ever in the area.

Sites are difficult to level without having ties off the ground 39' motorhome. The placement of the FHU are too far forward in the sites. This made it difficult to dump without totally unhooking and moving the rig forward to reach. TheBathrooms had no heat for early camping season. There are No mirrors in the bathroom to comb your hair or dry it. The area was wet around power pole.

Nice place to stay. Small but nice only issue is all of the rain. Need to bring in some more gravel to keep the mud down. Spent an entire day cleaning the truck and camper after our stay.

Nice folks running the place. Much rain in the area before and during our stay made things a wet and muddy mess. You can’t help the weather, but drainage in the area of our site drastically needs improvement to alleviate the waterlogged side and mess this caused for us and others.

More spacious than other KOAs. It was a little muddy because of work on the sites, but that only shows they aren’t letting it get run down. New gravel. Ice cream was a nice treat after a day of hiking. Staff was great I will be back.

The managers are good at their job. they are welcoming and provide programs appropriate to the time of the year. The camp store is one of the cutest and well decorated i have ever seen. the game room is great for kids and the fishing opportunities are excellent. sites are clean and well kept. they do need some TLC as far as level and gravel/grass boundaries. will stay and bring more campers

We enjoyed our stay at Strretsboro.Staff was friendly and helpful. Grounds were pretty-although it was early spring and the recent rainfall had made the ground a bit mucky-the sites were maintained (with a few being unlevel) and great options for wooded or water front sites. Plenty to do with fishing, hiking and swimming. Great location to explore Cuyahoga Falls National Park and neighboring towns

The property seemed to be going through many changes and construction. Water does not drain from any of the soil on the property. It did not matter if you were in high ground or low ground - everything was wet :(. Cabins looked like they all needed some TLC. Only one pavilion was usable. All back play area was under water. Dog run areas were rough.

I love this campground; the staff is really kind and courteous. The grounds are always clean and well-maintained.

15 minutes from the national park and very close to many food stores including costco. Some sites are nicer than others but roomier than I expected. At arrival during business hours, you are guided to your spot. The campground is gated which is nice. Many folks around fishing in the catch and release pond or walking their dogs riding bikes or are hanging in the pool. Good amount of families with kids here. Quiet at night. Utilities work well though sewer connections seemed to be pretty far out from where you rv is on your site. Laundry was $2/load only quarters but there is a cash to coin machine.

Facilities were as advertised and well maintained. We had a problem with the fridge in our cabin and they took care of it within a half hour of us reporting it.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Streetsboro KOA! Right from the start, we were thoroughly impressed by how incredibly clean and well-maintained the entire campground is. It is truly the perfect place for families. ​The staff here are exceptionally friendly and welcoming. A special shoutout to Quinn, who gave us a tour of the grounds! For being so young, he was incredibly funny, charismatic, and made the entire tour so enjoyable for all of us. ​A few highlights from our trip: ​The Pool Area: There are plenty of chairs and great shaded areas, which made relaxing on those hot summer days completely stress-free. ​The Arcade: When the heat got a bit too intense, the arcade was the perfect indoor retreat to keep the kids fully entertained. ​The General Store: You absolutely cannot leave without getting some ice cream from the general store. The Tennessee Toffee flavor was absolutely delicious! ​We had a fantastic time and will definitely be back. Thank you to the wonderful staff (especially Quinn!) for making our stay so memorable!
