The campground is adequate and characteristic of KOA campgrounds. However, I was shocked to incur a charge for guests to come to the campsite for dinner and games in the evening. This may be a standard KOA practice, but when already paying what I consider to be an exorbitant price for a campsite I think a fee for guests to visit the campsite is unnecessary and excessive.

It was great! We have a 44ft RV, The sites accommodated all sizes. Bathrooms were very clean, trash pickup was great. I highly recommend.

Our site was kind of weird, up on a slant. The park is nicely located to the National Park, which is very convenient. The campground itself was a real pain. They have a gated entrance which they give you a code for, none of the codes work. We went with friends that had a different code and we tried both codes and then had a man try his code and still couldn’t get into the campground. I Not fun!

Very nice stay at this KOA. My site was shady and not too close to other campers. Nice fishing pond and camp store. Showers and laundry were nice and clean.

The site (710) was unleveled and it had lots of roots in front the door side. A train pass passed so closed and whistled so loud on each nights at 11h30PM, 12h30AM even 1h45AM one night.. We tough that the train entered in our motorhome. Finaly, we didn’t sleep very well during our stay.

Would have been a 5 but the WiFi was down. Clean, we had a nice large spot and met some good neighbors. About 445 minutes from Cleveland and the Rock And Roll HOF and 45 minutes from canton and the pro football HOF. Those were a couple of our intended destinations

It advertised there is wifi but when you check in they tell you it's not working and it appears it's not a new problem. I booked there based on it having wifi. They need to remove that it has wifi.

Beautiful, clean, quiet campground. Pool is nice and store is well stocked including very good ice cream. Would highly recommend staying here.

Campground itself is pretty nice. People working there were very cordial. The only negative is it's close to train tracks and lots of activity which provide a good deal of noise

Lack of water pressure is a real concern. Understand the issue is intermittent but when in the shower with head full of shampoo and lose water pressure to rinse the shampoo out of your hair this is problem that I can't recommend this park to anyone

Made reservation months in advance and requested sat friendly site, didn’t get this. Moved to second site to attempt to get level and it was just as bad. Park is not big rig friendly. Lots of seasonal campers. Park needs some maintenance. Staff was friendly.

Our stay was GREAT! It is in a quiet area and close to Cayahoga NP, Downtown Cleveland, Akron and other attractions. The Staff made us feel like we were all family.

Camp staff was great as always. Pool is well-maintained. We had a pleasant stay again this year. Two concerns ... the shower house down towards the playground has no lights on the side where the ramp and steps are. Very tricky to safely approach at night. I know the campground likely does not control the game room, but the pool table is missing several balls. Game room needs much attention.

RV sites are nice. We enjoyed our stay very much. Grounds are well maintained and pleasing to walk around. Staff is wonderful to work with and very nice. Only suggestion for an improved stay would be stronger wifi access. We were in site 512 and wifi was almost non existent for us. perhaps some booster stations would help.

Site was lopsided. Felt like I was sliding out of bed. Was explained how to get thru gate and tgey would raise bar. They never dod and camper came by and helped us get in.

The staff were helpful when we arrived, the park and equipment were all first rate and the park property was nice. We'll consider returning when we are in the area again.

I don’t have much to say about this campground but to start off on a high note the pool was nice. WiFi was nonexistent, everything was dirty and run down. Our RV site was ok. Family rented a cabin and it was disgusting. Dirty furniture-dishes-run down. Toilet looked like someone died in it. For $250 night-pathetic! Letting sites fly all sorts of political flags makes this KOA unwelcoming.

The staff is great as always. Restrooms are always clean and kept up on. Only downfall we found was the game room change machine was out of order but didn’t have a light lit up. My son put 5.00 in and received nothing back. There is a sign there stating they are not responsible which I find a little disappointing seeing as it is their facility. Other than that it was a great stay.

We were there to attend Browns vs Cowboys and cant hold the campground responsible for Browns poor showing. Staff is friendly and grounds are pleasant and well maintained. Our stay was very nice.

I find that some outside RV/ camper lights left turned on during the night to be very disturbing. It would be appreciated if there be a limit enforced just as there is with noise limits past 10 PM. Other campers are grumbling about the bright lights.

Escorted to site, but the young man went way around the long way to get us there. Provided map had line drawn to get there but he took us way around. Restrooms clean. Site level. Place was quiet. However if you say you provide WiFi, it would be great if it worked. Signal was basically non existent and not functional

Very convenient to Cuyahoga NP, the main reason for our visit. We are in a 40' rig with a tow car. The roads are a little narrow, but doable. Our site was not flat, but doable. If you are looking for shaded sites to protect from the sun, the park would be perfect. We have Starlink, so trees present a bit of a challenge. We booked late, so that just comes with the territory. Would stay again.

Water consistently drops to a trickle with no explanation. 6” of large stone dumped without compaction on our site made it tough to walk on it let alone try and back the camper on to it. We had to used 4WD and my husband had to rake the ruts so we could leave! Unacceptable! The “WiFi “ was in name only. There was a signal but no internet was associated with it. Will not stay here again.

Being my first time at any KOA, I was very impressed with the amenities, services and supplies available at the Kampground. The bathhouse was clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and were quick to deliver ice and wood I purchased to my kampsite. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay at the Streetsboro/Cleveland KOA!

KOA Streetsboro has exceeded my expectations in every way possible! From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The facilities are impeccably maintained, with clean restrooms and showers that are a lifesaver after long shifts at the hospital. The laundry facilities are also top-notch, providing the convenience I need to keep my scrubs fresh and clean. The RV sites are spacious, allowing for easy maneuverability and privacy. I particularly appreciated the full hook-ups, which made my stay hassle-free. The campground is beautifully landscaped, with plenty of green spaces to relax and unwind after a busy day. One of the highlights of my stay has been the sense of community among fellow guests. Whether it's sharing stories around the campfire or joining in on the weekend activities, I've made some great friends here. We had a WONDERFUL stay at this campground! We have even made this a great stopping point when passing through. Yes, the prices are high, they are KOA prices, so really, they are expected. The staff was extra friendly and helpful! We were able to walk our dogs around and met so many friendly campers! The showers were clean, the bathrooms were clean! The sites are KOA sized, so if you think are you are going to get tons of space, you don't want a KOA, but honestly, I thought the sites were a really decent size! We enjoyed our stay!
