The campground was nice and clean and the sites were good sized. The staff there were very friendly. Our only complaints were that the site was unlevel and we did not have a 20 amp outlet to plug into our hot water heater. We were able to use a converter to plug into a 30 amp outlet.

We enjoyed the campground and would come again. A suggestion is to add a small at able or shelf in each bathroom so people have a place to set toiletry bags when brushing teeth, washing face, etc

Very well kept campground. Only complaint was very low water pressure and poor Wi-Fi.

Grounds and facilities were clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. This campground advertises that it has WiFi. Just before we got there, we received a message from them saying the WiFi was not working. When I checked in, the employee stated their WiFi is just not very good. I couldn’t get WiFi the length of our stay.

Very nice campground, people are very kind and patient. The only negative was that Wi-Fi was not working at all campsites.

Nice campground, better value than other KOA, service was good. Nice location for visiting Cuyahoga National Park. As communicated by the campground, WiFi was not functional in the grounds except at the main check in area. Also the grounds entry procedure - to enter a code in a device that was too low for me to reach without getting out of my truck each time - can be improved.

A very nice camp ground with a friendly staff. It's location is perfect for site seeing and trying new resturants. Streetsboro is a clean and diverse town. A mix of colonial homes and modern brick and morter buildings. Breweries, coffee houses, glass blowing and great trail systems to walk

Very nice, well kept campground. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and knowledgable. We were in the area for a wedding and did not participate but there seemed to be a full weekend of entertaining options provided.

We loved this campground! The staff were so helpful and friendly! While we didn't participate in the festivities, it was so nice to see the decor all around the campground. Everything was so clean! Thank you for a great stay!

We always have a wonderful time at this KOA. The only issue we had this trip was our inconsiderate neighbor. We had a patio site and didn't think anything about needing to use our own chairs until about 10 pm on Friday night when they came over on our site to return all 4 chairs! Additionally, their leaking/running water connection flooded our site. We told a staff member, but nothing was done.

Another great stay at the Streetsboro KOA! We didn’t realize it was the Halloween weekend when we booked our reservation but it seemed that the staff ran the festivities very well. I did like the text messages we received from the office letting people know what time activities were starting and where to meet. Keep up the great work!

Very nice location just outside of Hudson , Ohio and convenient to CVNP and a number of Metro Parks between Akron and Cleveland. Facilities are a little worn, but clean and staff were very friendly and helpful.

always stay with you on our way to visit our son in Indiana. pull thru works perfectly for us. campground is clean and well run with the exception of wifi which doesn't seem to work any more.

Not enough words allowed to totally describe all the issues. Site horribly unlevel, gravel barely covered the area for coach, dog park disgusting, bathhouse very dated & not cleaned, false advertisement of WiFi when it has been down for months(per staff member) Total disgrace to the KOA Members. Plan to send pictures and details to KOA Corporate. KOA Corp needs to drop this location.

Lack of internet even though you advertise that you have WiFi. The data was terrible. There are trains running at 2:30 am and again at 5:30 am.

It was a very rainy weekend but liked how it wasn't very muddy. The craft day should of said more for kids as we didn't know what to expect. Also my friend booked after I did bur was told all sites full but they were not and he could've been closer to us. Other then that. It was a pleasant stay and will be back

Nice park! Great location for visiting Kent state near by, go north to Rock & Roll hall of fame (Cleveland) and south to Football hall of fame in Canton. If yo go to Cleveland you must go to Sylman's Deli best corned beef and pastrami! Not to be missed!

Great stay. Our only issue was bad WiFi…prettty much non-existent. Other than that, clean, nice sites. Had all we needed . Clean laundry room. Ok Showers. Nice folks! Great ice cream!

The only problem I had was the gate code not working when I came back at night. A very kind woman behind me saved me by getting the gate open for me though and I wish I could thank her again. Everything was clean, and everyone I met was kind and loved to chat. Was a perfect place for exploring Cleveland and Cuyahoga in my 4Runner. If I swing through here again I won’t hesitate to stay here.

We had a WONDERFUL stay at this campground! We have even made this a great stopping point when passing through. Yes, the prices are high, they are KOA prices, so really, they are expected. The staff was extra friendly and helpful! We were able to walk our dogs around and met so many friendly campers! The showers were clean, the bathrooms were clean! The sites are KOA sized, so if you think are you are going to get tons of space, you don't want a KOA, but honestly, I thought the sites were a really decent size! We enjoyed our stay!

We stayed here one night in October. We had an issue with a turn signal on a truck so we stopped and made phone calls to dealers hoping to get in the next morning. When I checked in at the KOA I paid for two nights since I didn't know what to expect with repairs. Fortunately, a dealer was able to quickly diagnose the problem and made the needed repair. We were ready to be on our way that day about an hour after check out time. I spoke with the manager of the campground about the situation and they agreed to a partial refund of our second night's stay minus a later check out fee. I felt that it was very fair and I greatly appreciated their understanding. It was a very nice RV park and I would stay here again if the opportunity arose.
