The overnight area needs more gravel and need to be widened, they are too narrow and by the time you get set up and put your steps out they are in the mud.

Everything was perfect. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. We arrived with a tire that was going flat. Ajay was so nice, she called someone to bring us and air compressor. Adam came to the rescue, left the air compressor for us. He came back to help us use the compressor. We got the tire fixed and came back to camp and Ajay drove by to check on us and make sure everything was good. The best

It was a very nice campground. We would return. The staff at the front desk were great, especially Adam. He came to our rv and helped us program our tv. We loved the pull throughs. The park gets a lot of attention because of the staff, and it looks great!

We stayed 3 peaceful nights in October 2024, while we explored Cuyahoga Valley National Park. The setting is stunning! The staff was great pleasant and very helpful. We would stay again if/when we are in the area.

Nice place, the staff was very friendly but the WIFI wasn’t any good. Also our Verizon data wasn’t picking up on our phones. Really need to work on the WIFI !!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Wonderful staff! The campsites were nicely set up. The facilities were clean and convenient. We would gladly stay here again. :)

Campground was nice, the one staff member I encountered was very friendly. Bathrooms were clean. The sites were narrow and muddy. Was disappointing that we booked so far in advance and they still could not put us closer to family we were meeting up with. Over all would probably stay again if in the area.

When we arrived Adam greeted me at the desk. He was very personable and friendly. We had a couple of good laughs. The campground its self is lovely. Spacious sites and very tidy. Will definitely go back!!

Site 203 is narrow and slopes down on both sides making exiting the RV unnecessarily dangerous. Otherwise, the park is nice with nice activities.

Great location! Staff was very pleasant, site 709 was perfect for our needs. Restrooms were clean. Utilities were readily accessible and functional. Can’t comment on showers as we didn’t use them. Site 709 has a bit of exposed dry dirt around the picnic table area so if it rains, it could be a little muddy. All in all, we love this campground and will stay here again.

Was visiting relatives, baseball game& Induction Ceremony so we were there to sleep. Did interact with the front desk and they were very helpful and friendly.

This is a beautiful park with a lot of planned activities for kids. It’s quiet, yet close to restaurants and shopping. Registration staff was friendly and gave excellent directions to downtown Cleveland. Sites are a little close together, but not so much that you’re on top of your neighbors like some parks. It’s a fun place to stay, and we would stay again if we’re in the area.

There was nothing special about it. Not a bad place just nothing special. Wifi was out of service and wasn't notified till day of arrival. This is apparently an ongoing issue with the provider for the campground. Still a discount or other accommodations should be afforded the campers because it's advertised they have it.

1. The site I was given was wet and muddy. When I asked to move to another site the counter person went to a back office and when she returned she said that the campground was full. None of the dry pull through sites were available. The next morning showed that this was a lie. Lots of the pull throughs were empty. Somebody's pants are on fire.

Excellent experience. 3-night visit to explore Cuyahoga Valley National Park. KOA campsite is centrally located and allowed easy access to all the major Park attractions.

Great park and even greater staff. The staff was always helpful from guiding in campers to putting on events for the children of the campers ( pumpkin painting, organized the campers for trick or treating, hay rides around the park). The location of the park to Cuyahoga National Park is about 15 minutes and is convenient to restaurants and the Aurora Farms Outlet Stores

The campground was nice and clean and the sites were good sized. The staff there were very friendly. Our only complaints were that the site was unlevel and we did not have a 20 amp outlet to plug into our hot water heater. We were able to use a converter to plug into a 30 amp outlet.

We enjoyed the campground and would come again. A suggestion is to add a small at able or shelf in each bathroom so people have a place to set toiletry bags when brushing teeth, washing face, etc

Very well kept campground. Only complaint was very low water pressure and poor Wi-Fi.

Grounds and facilities were clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. This campground advertises that it has WiFi. Just before we got there, we received a message from them saying the WiFi was not working. When I checked in, the employee stated their WiFi is just not very good. I couldn’t get WiFi the length of our stay.

Nice campground, better value than other KOA, service was good. Nice location for visiting Cuyahoga National Park. As communicated by the campground, WiFi was not functional in the grounds except at the main check in area. Also the grounds entry procedure - to enter a code in a device that was too low for me to reach without getting out of my truck each time - can be improved.
