Our stay was a great experience and the staff was excellant! The area was clean, organized to the max! We would recommend this KOA to all we know who travel . Weather it be tenting, or RV the experience was grest !

It's a cute spot. I think it could use a few curb appeal things. First thing I noticed is the bittersweet that is taking over all of your campsites and the woods. I realize this is really hard to control but if it's not dealt with that whole campground is gonna be nothing but bittersweet and you won't have anygood nature vegetation left. Perhaps that could be on the in between seasons to do list

Very nice campground with very clean bath and showers. We were only there overnight so we didn't use the facilities but they looked terrific! The staff was very helpful and friendly.

traditional camping, good prices. Nice to have the trees and not a lot of lights at night. They have a pool, splash pad, playground and paddle boats. Lots of cabins and tent sites with bathrooms conveniently spread out. RV sites come in a variety of sizes. Site 40 was good for our 36' 5th wheel.Trash pick up each day at your site. Very friendly staff.

As we were driving in, we felt a little duped from the photos online. The photos online make it look a lot larger than it actually is. The water slide was down and we were not told this prior to check in. They thought a "slushie" was going to make up for it being down, but my kids do not eat those. I was highly disappointed. Staff didnt seem like they knew what was going on half the time.

The waterslide was broken which we were not told about at all until we saw the sign at the pool. Slushies were free because of this but melted. You get nickeland dimed for everything there. My brother in law came to visit and paid $10 to park however, he couldn’t even park inside the campground or drive in to drop stuff at site. They did tie dye but had only baby sizes or xxl available to buy.

We offer free slushie refills—grab a fresh one or enjoy it in the A/C! Visitor parking is $10 and allows access inside the campground. For tie-dye, you're welcome to bring your own gear if sizes run low. Thanks!

The staff always makes us feel welcome. We have been staying here for years. Booked for next year. Any concerns they address, they are there willing to assist. Place is kept clean, bath houses clean. As most we wish quiet time would start at 23:00 or 11:00 PM as all of us are on holiday, vacation.

From book to the minute we pulled out to go home everyone was friendly, kind, and accommodating. The bath house was one of the cleanest I've seen in a campground regardless of the time of day. The area felt safe to let the kids run around. Definitely a more rustic vibe but exactly what we as a group of 35 people were looking for! We were certainly Happy Campers!

The emphasized rules were an immediate turn off upon checking in, along with the pile of paperwork we had to complete (highly recommend make this paperwork digital to complete before someone checks in). Quiet hours starts at 10, at 9 we were asked to turn music down. Neighboring campsites weren’t ever asked to quiet down and were just as noisy. People camp to relax and have fun, not be watched.

They had to many rules and had us sign to say we didnt have Covid we are 5 years from the Covid crap we have been to probably 30-40 KOA s all over the country so this KOA was a little over the top with all their rules and they need gravel at the check in area its all dirt.

The roads are very dusty and not watered. W got dust all over the camper, cars and everything. The toilets are scarce and not enough for a park this size. They always clean around 8 o’clock and not before or after the rush each morning. The soap keeps running out and just watered down instead of replacing it. The air dryer to dry your hands is hundreds of years old and doesn’t dry well.

Beautiful campground. Our site was so spacious and well kept. We only stayed one night but would stay again if we are in the area.

It was very nice. Camp sites were spread out. Staff was very pleasant. We had a good stay, and it was close enough to town.

Stayed three nights at site 102. Easy walk to pool and pond. Pool was nice with comfortable chairs. Splash pad was really fun. The water slide had an issue that kept it shut down but they gave everyone free slushies. The pond was nice with paddleboards, kayaks, pedal boats, and canoes for use. A Swimming area. Catch and release fishing. An amazing playground. Nature trail. Dog park.

There were too many barking dogs. We were also next to a loud group that not only played music loudly during the day but kept us awake until after midnight. The quiet times were not enforced by the campground staff. Also, why were the bathrooms being cleaned at 7:30 and 8:00 in the morning? That’s when everyone wakes up and needs to use them!!

Way over priced. Dirty dusty roads. Forms to sign that make you feel like your in a court! Ive never paid $129. Per night and $11.99 resort fee, even in a 5 star resort! This is not a 5 star! Price gouging to the max!!!!!

The activities guy (Dj TJ) absolutely made the trip for all of the kiddos in our group! They loved doing karaoke, candy bar trivia & bingo. Our sites were great (site 99, 100 and 101) & the pool area/splash pad and access to free boats was an added bonus! The bathrooms weren't great....with only 2 toilets which included a shower, there was often a line of people waiting..also not very clean...

The ONLY thing we would love to see is just one night where the DJ plays music and does not allow Karaoke. A dance party and beach bonfire would be awesome for kids and adults. People could bring smores, swim and dance and you can do song requests, but no singing on stage. We can't wait for next year, we loved it!

We were on our way to Maine and just stayed for the night on the way up and on the way back home. It was such a lovely clean Koa we wished we could have stayed longer. Our site was so sweet and loved the wooden swing. If we ever come to the area again we will be staying here. Thank you

All in all liked the campground very much. Sites are very spacious and afford privacy. Was a little disappointed that the pool was not open on one of the hot days. Also thought the bathroom could have bern cleaner But would return to camp again. Found the staff to be very pleasant and helpful

The campsite was very well maintained. The staff were helpful, friendly and made our stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend this KOA. From registration through check out, this KOA is top notch. Big 'thank you' to the staff there!

Be careful about check-in time because they will charge you $30 if you arrive early and ask you to move your RV out of the reservation lot, and there is no parking on the road outside the campground……! The sites are uneven and you will have a hard time leveling your rig. Bring everything you might need as there is nothing nearby and be careful when you arrive as there are no KOA signs directin

Luiz- Our check-in time, and early fees, are communicated clearly on our website, your reservation confirmation, and the subsequent reminder email all guests receive. There is no parking in our fire lanes- or any fire lanes. Rochester is less than 9 minutes away. We hope this helps!

Found that the initial orientation was more of a don't do this or don't do that. When wanting to go into the camp store, hours were shorter than other KOA campgrounds. Our spot was mostly dirt, no grass or gravel. Was centrally located near amenities.

The staff is rude and inconsiderate and clueless. They drive around the campground in their golf carts and yellow t-shirts harassing campers constantly. We have never felt so uncomfortable in our 20+ years of camping. Definitely never going back there again.

Beautiful campground and friendly staff. We have been coming here for about 7 years. It seems that when it was taken over by Blue Water the level and amount of daily activities went way down. There used to be activities throughout the day, especially on weekends, but now there are very few. Bring back Nerf wars, Puppy Palooza, the Foam Pit, Chili competition, cash bingo…Miss those times.

Rules were appropriate and lots of fun activities for the kids. They loved the water. Given that you had to buy the wood from the KOA it was expensive and wet had a hard time starting the fire that was the only disappointment. My team of people did make note of an unfriendly staff member on several occasions, but we certainly would recommend this campground to others. Thank you the great stay

Didn't like the trees and sap on my Denali. Low limbs and no spotter to help with backing in the spot. Thanks for that.

bathrooms were clean, site was clean, recreation staff was great, probably could have used more staff in general, seemed a little stretched thin. some significant tree work needed, looks like a lot of dead trees and limbs around some of the camp sites

The campground was nice and shaded, and the bath houses were clean and close by. The store only had limited hours for summertime. That was my only complaint. Lots of kids and dogs, very family oriented. Golf cart rentals available. Free paddle boats. Tent sites, trailer sites and cabins. Cool campground.

Huge waterslide, waterpad and sprinkler toys for the youngings beautiful campsites and they do alot of activities throughout the day unlike lebanon koa I literally have daily events weekdays and weekends it's a very small campground but if you're looking for quiet and peaceful and not a lot of kids this is the KOA to go to.
