We booked a cabin since we have a baby and the water was terrible!! We couldn't even use the water without the entire cabin smelling disgusting, the smell was so bad we would gag. The cabin it self was clean and spacious. It would have been great if we were able to use what we over paid for. The splash pad was also too slippery for the kids to play on, a lot of kids fell

This was a dream getaway for a family with three small kiddos. All the comforts of home with everything you could ask for in amenities. We especially loved the pool and the playground. The unit was peaceful and had more than expected plus it felt like home. The fire pit and table/chairs outside was so cozy, and the screened in porch was my favorite place to hang. Would recommend over and over

Please clean the ceiling fan in the deluxe green cabins in the bedrooms, please move the sofas and vacuum underneath them. Enjoyed our stay immensely as always, staff is great, the campground is immaculate and many fun activities to keep busy having fun. Always a pleasure to stay and Thankful for all their hard work making camping memories for all. Truly Grateful!

My husband,dog,and I had a great time in the deluxe cabin. Our grandsons, who where RV camping with their parents on a different site love the bunk beds! The staff was amazing!

The splash pad was extremely slippery. Many of our children fell and got very bad, bloody, scrapes to the point where it was not okay to swim anymore. Informed the staff and they just said okay. We couldn’t use the splash pad because it was unsafe. The water slide was also broken. We were told unlimited free slushies which also ran out. No amenities accommodations

We rented a cabin. Upon arrival they will not allow you to check in a minute early. Instead they have a line form out the door so you have to wait. Staff seemed scattered. Our golf cart was not ready upon arrival which we had paid for the rental ahead. The bedding we paid for was also not at the cabin upon arrival and the cabin was dirty, it hadn’t even been swept. Waterslide was not working, bummer considering it was the main reason we booked here. Camp offered free slushies for this inconvenience but we declined. As for our cabin, the water smelled HORRIBLE— both sinks and shower therefore no one bathed or brushed their teeth for the 4 days we were there. TV in master bedroom did not work. Hornets nests on the cabin were taken care of immediately though.

Had Lots of fun but was disappointed with how dirty the pool was. Also the cabin was not what we have previously experienced at other KOA sites. We had no trash bags toilet paper paper towels or even soap of any kind in the cabin. We made it work but was disappointed

Staff is very friendly and helpful, but they were perhaps understaffed for peak times based on phone/text response times and occasional delays in opening amenities. Kids had a phenomenal time - there is enough to do that we could redirect them when something wasn’t open or ready for them quite yet.

Renting a golf cart was a highlight since we stayed in a deluxe cabin furthest away from the hub of the campground. Very friendly staff and had a great time at the pool area. Loved the cabin with a wonderful screened in porch.

Unsafe conditions nothing done about. Glamping tent was set up day of arrival after 3 months advance reservation and still wasn’t properly put together, missing equipment.

We have been coming for the last 3 years and have always had a great time. Was disappointed this year that there were no craft activities, which my granddaughter looks forward to and that the pool had to be closed all day due to a diaper incident.

We very much enjoyed our stay. This location is smaller than ones we’ve stayed at in the past. With it being smaller there was much less to do. Activities were sparse. The majority of the staff was friendly but big shout out to Elizabeth, Lydia and Alexis.

Our stay was very nice. Our cabin seemed like it was relatively new with nice furnishings. If not currently being done I would recommend that especially cabins should have a walkthrough before campers check in. This would make sure everything is in place. The pool was great and had ample chairs and fun things for the kids. There also seemed to be many activities and an arcade. Would recommend.

We used our cabin as an anchor in order to set forth on adventures around the area. Hiking mt major, swimming at weirs beach, hiking up in Franconia at the basin, and touring ogunquit. Staff was absolutely amazing helping to accommodate us and going out of their way to buy a new tv when ours stopped working. Facility is clean, pool is fun along with the water slide and little “lake”.

3rd year campers. 1st year we rented an RV, 2nd year we rented a cabin and this year we rented a glamping tent. All lodging options were terrific. My favorite was the glamping tent at site 39. Just such a peaceful place. We always enjoy the pool area, water slide and splash pad. The staff is amazing!!! We'll be back again next year. Not sure which lodging option we'll choose, but they're all great

Stayed with a group for a softball tournament. Some camped and some rented cabins. When checking in and finding out which cabin we had. I was a bit disappointed to find out I was way in the back of the campground furthest away from everyone else and everything else. No other cabins around were being used. Disappointed to be placed so far away from our team for the kids to have team bonding. Time.

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was super friendly. I was disappointed though that there were no emerald on gem bags to go the the mine with. I was really looking forward to that. I did ask if they had a left and they said no. In the future I would recommend that you keep these in stock. The rooms were super clean except all the spiders I found. If i wasn't so afraid of them it wouldn' matter.

We love coming to KOA in Strafford. There are a few things that need attention. Cleaning the cabins needs to be paid more attention to. The oven was not clean. Cobwebs inside. Supply more than 1 trash bag for both bathroom and kitchen. Water pressure for showers are not good. Hoping these get addressed because we look forward to coming back next year

We have stayed here for 3 years in a row now for the same holiday weekend. This has to have been our worse experience. The refrigerator was full of flies, the coffee pot was not clean, and there was a layer of dust on the ceiling fans.

Our cabin was very nice, new & clean. Spacious enough for the two of us (would be tight for 5 or 6). The one thing lacking was storage space - even a few wall hooks to hang jackets or shirts would be a welcome improvement. As for the campground itself, the staff was excellent - bummed that we couldn't swim as the pool heater was on the fritz. It's a great location for day trips around the area.

The camp ground was very clean. There were fees for just about anything. A resort fee and car fee more specifically. At any other KOA I have stayed in I have never paid extra for two cars and I definitely had never pay a resort fee on top of lodging. $9.00 a bundle of wood is a bit expensive especially considering you cannot bring your own fire wood in. I would stay at a KOA but maybe not this one

Huge waterslide, waterpad and sprinkler toys for the youngings beautiful campsites and they do alot of activities throughout the day unlike lebanon koa I literally have daily events weekdays and weekends it's a very small campground but if you're looking for quiet and peaceful and not a lot of kids this is the KOA to go to.
