The RV rentals have been old for way too long Glad your finally doing something about it. Our weekend was ruined because the RV rental became unavailable the day of our trip. Rented an RV site and a RV camper rental for the same weekend.

It was a very nice campground. My son loved the pool and splash pad. Only down side was all the golf carts where abnoxious and the pool area needed to be cleaned up a little more. We got in the pool one morning and there where tons of bugs, even a large bandaid floating in the pool. The sites where large and spacious and well kept.

Awesome campsite, we had a patio site. A bit disappointed that the pool was closed down on the hottest day of our week. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful!

Nice place, nice people. Found it frustrating that cabins / tents have a 2 night minimum. It was raining, got in late and didn't set up our tent. So slept in our van. Would have paid extra, but not going to pay for 2 nights when I only needed 1 night.

We have had mixed results at KOA with our 40ft motorhome. This park was a pleasant surprise. The site was a bit unlevel, more gravel could be used but we made it work. The site itself was spacious and woodsy with good power, cable and water pressure. Would stay again at this park.

We stayed in a waterfront glamping tent and it was amazing! Loved the whole site, and having our own boat to take out was fantastic. There were 4 of us in the tent and we didn't feel cramped at all. Love all the amenities st this campground as well! The only thing I would suggest is putting signs that the docks are for the tents, had so many people walking through our site throughout the day.

Great location. Glamper not a camper. No need to leave the campground. Plenty to keep kids busy at campground. Relaxing for adults. Cabins were great. Staff friendly and helpful.

Site was nice. Tent and furniture was good. Facilities were a little dated but the pool was a hit with the kids. Prices on wood and ice were a little over the top. I wish there were more toilet stalls and shower stalls available for use. Having to wait 20+ minutes to shower or use the bathroom - especially with a young child was not ideal.

We stayed in the Deluxe RV. It was very clean and very spacious. Having a baby, it was very convenient that cooking supplies (dishes, coffee maker, utensils, etc.) we’re all supplied. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! There was so much to do as a family at this camp! Thank you for making our stay special.

Park and amenities were nice although a 6 acre lake is a bit of a stretch. The not nice part was the sewer stench - section 129 and lower are on the septic field - site 125 right on it and smell is overwhelming. Many other campsites pulled in and then relocated, wish we had done the same. Would return in a different area of campground

We love visiting, but it was a different experience this time around. The staff was GREAT. Amenities were not quite up to the standard they normally are. There was very little for activities beside the pool or playground, and it felt less like a family campground and more like a fraternity in some places. We will back - hopefully it was a one-off experience.

They had reservation wrong booked premium site got regular back in and golf cart was booked for the check out day sorry not coming back

I prefer a heavily wooded campsites with some separation between campsites. This doesn't exist at this location. It seems to me if you are advertising wifi then it would be available at each campsites, it's not. One rainy evening and couldn't even log in to Netflix to entertain

This is a nice KOA. The pool area is very nice with splash pad and slide. Our site was not very level. The front wheels were off the ground. I liked that they recycled.

The staff is amazing, they never seem to stop but are beyond friendly and helpful. T, the manager, seems to have a good knowledge of the campground and how to manage her people. Everything and everyone were great, I really can't say enough.

Staff were exceptionally helpful, particularly Zack who remained past his shift to get us to our site. Very clean and spacious sites nestled in the trees. Easy access even for tall and long rigs. Definitely planning to visit again.

Overall we enjoyed our stay and the staff were great. It shouldn’t have Winnipesauke in the name, it is misleading since it is over a half hour away. There were a few things that could have been better. The hot water switch in our cabin would not stay on, there was no wifi in the cabins as advertised which caused issues. Did not like being forced to buy firewood, especially wet fresh wood that wouldn't burn. NH law is local wood purchased in state within 50 miles is allowed to prevent bug infestation. Also having to pay $10 per day for an extra vehicle is ridiculous, we're already spending a lot to stay a few days. Felt nickel and dimed. Other than that the staff was amazing and the grounds were very clean.

The $9.99 a day fee on top of your high summer rates is ridiculous. We used nothing that that fee covered. I would not recommend this KOA sadly. Other KOAs we’ve stayed at include activities, wood, ice, pizza delivery, site escorts (which we did not get here), pool, beach, playground and movie nights included in the site rates. This place was ok but have stayed at much nicer KOAs.

The new general manager has turned this formerly wonderful place into a juvenile attempt at a money grab. The “daily” rental for golf carts is actually for overnight use! Who uses golf carts at night? When I read the fine print (after orally reserving a cart) I immediately tried to cancel my reservation but they would not let me. No wonder why “T” keeps her name a secret. She should be emb

Our long standing golf cart rental policy goes hand in hand with our site rentals. Check-in is 3pm and check-out is 11am. You were issued a refund for the golf cart as a one-time courtesy. Ultimately, we had to ask you to leave due to your conduct and continued mistreatment of our staff. -T.

Lot was terrific however there was a terrible smell outside. Like rotting garbage. The only think we could see is a mulch pile in the woods next to us. It must have been the rotting pile from grass clippings? It was bad.

We spent several days here at the end of September. Lovely site, very quiet (especially during the week). Incredibly friendly and helpful staff (including Caleb, Jay, Marvin, and Haley). Quick walk from our site to very clean bathrooms, easily accessible showers. I think you may be closer to the Seacoast than Lake Winnie but that's less relevant. This is a great spot for just relaxing if you're trying to escape the rest of the world for a while. (FYI, Door Dash delivered some Pizza Hut from Rochester. We met them at the front gate, but it definitely saves a ride into Rochester.)

This KOA is ideally situated and offers a variety of accommodations. The grounds are clean and well-appointed. There is a pool, playground, basketball courts and a pond. Paddle boats, kayaks, and canoes are available for a fee and in good condition. We stayed for a week and enjoyed it very much. It was located within driving distance of Maine, Vermont, and Massachusetts. We would have spent more time exploring and relaxing at the KOA if not for our travel itinerary. I recommend this place to anyone traveling through the Granite State. Check it out!

Although we only went for the last weekend of the season this year. We had a great time. We love coming here. The kids always look forward to it every year.
