Ridiculous rules, sign more papers to camp there than you do when you mortgage a house,$11.95 a day resort fees for what? amenities, that are free at other parks, grossly overpriced probably reason half empty. Wood policy is a joke, whats the difference is I buy wood on other side of KOA entrance gate. They force you to but their wood, naturally at an inflated price. This KOA is out of line!!!!!!!

Overall great stay. The grounds were awesome and with the water slide being broken it was appreciated letting the kids have free slush drinks and use the pond boats all weekend. It was a great stay.

We had a wonderful stay, however, one of our beds fell off the bed frame and we couldn’t get it back on. I let the office know twice and asked for someone to come help. I was assured that someone would be there and no one ever came resulting in sleeping on a sideways bed for two nights. Aside from that hiccup, the staff was friendly and we enjoyed our stay!

Nice pull through patio site. Staff very attentive and helpful. We came in and one of our tires was low. Our neighbor who turned out to be the maintenance manager, Dale let us a gage and helped us with the tires. We need two new tires and the campground was very helpful as we found someone to come and take care of us on site.

The cabin was nice. However the kitchen did lack quite a few utensils. There are no hooks to hang up towels. The staff was great..and very friendly.

We tried this campground for our annual family reunion camping weekend! We were impressed. We loved our cabin, the cleanliness of the campground, the activities for the kids, and how spacious and quiet the place was overall. We will be back next year!

The main draw for my kids was the huge water slide, which apparently is broke for the rest of the season. We wouldn’t have booked it if we knew it was being replaced by free slushies.

I have been camping here for 12 years back before it was KOA and have always enjoyed this campground. I like that it's small which usually helps keep it quieter and more family friendly which is what I prefer. This year felt different then every past year. The bathrooms were not cleaned to their usual standards even when you asked, water slide broken all season. Things in disrepair.

It’s a great place for a family with kids. There’s lots to do. It was a disappointment for me due to fact I was looking for a campground on or near Lake Winnepausakee. There’s lots map I saw said this one was on or close to the lake but the nearest landing it actually is 45 minutes away. I’ll investigate better next time but as I mentioned, it’s a great place with lots to do

Your rules and regulations are over the top ,I respect and understand that rules are important,but forcing your guests to initial and acknowledge multiple rules is to much ,also the constant rotation of security,It's a campground, People come camping to relax to be guarded ,and the fact that you want to use our image and recordings at your discretion is unexceptionable,I will never choose KOA agai

We had an amazing time. It is such a a family friendly place with so much for the kids to do and really no need to travel outside the camp. Everything you could need is right at the campground. My only complaint would be the firewood is ridiculously expensive, for only 5 pieces of wood per bundle. One nights worth of firewood shouldn't cost the same as one nights stay.

cabin cleanliess was not great. on the last two occasions we stayed there, we found items left behind from the previous stay, small toys under the bed, blueberries next to the fridge etc....so whoever is cleaning is not doing a thourough job.

Your people are great very helpful. The pool and splash pad were fantastic. Oak tree road bathroom very clean but soap dispenser empty and exterior light not working. We will definitely visit again. My 4 year old grandson caught his first Bass in your pond.

Perks: DJ TJ was amazing! He was kind and patient. Bathrooms/pool was clean Free boat rentals Opportunity: My tent had watered down soap Activities were bare Arcade was open til 10 but my kids had to be back at 8. However this changed at the weekend. Stayed here 5 years ago and it was our kids favorite campground. Now has an unfriendly vibe to the point where the kids did not enjoy themselves. They charge resort fees for a non resort stay and at 8oclock at night everyone is ushered from the lower section of the campground where all the activities are back to their sites excluding the arcade. Just not family friendly and will not be returning

The Wi-Fi is no good and the bathrooms were very very dirty. It is a beautiful campsite though.

This was the 2nd time we’ve stayed there that the slide has been down. Little disappointed. I went into the office to buy a sweatshirt and a particular staff member didn’t acknowledge me. She looked at me and just kept doing her thing in the store. Didn’t buy a sweatshirt. Glamping tent was a little dirty. Found dirty socks on the bunk bed. Glowsticks on the floor. our only issue was the first site we were assigned was full of tree roots and sloped down hill significantly. we were not able to level and had to request another site which the office quickly found and offered.

This is the second "HOLLIDAY " park we've been in recently with dirt roads. If you look around, the grass and everything else is tinted brown from the dust. They need to use clean gravel. Not a good look.

This is our second year camping here. Grandkids always have a great time. We were disappointed that the water slide was not in use this year. TJ was amazing with my grandson again this year.

Great stay, only suggestion would be to include towels and bedding in cabin stays. A mat for the shower is highly needed for the bathroom as well. Otherwise a great cute campground.

This is our 5th summer at KOA. Our cabin was VERY dirty. The floors were filthy, dog hair everywhere. And we were very disappointed that the water slide was down- wish we knew ahead of time.

There were approx 25 of us that stayed here for a family reunion camping weekend-in rental cabins, in trailers, in tents. Campground was clean, sites were very big (which is not the norm in most KOA's we've been to) and staff very helpful. Only complaint candy bar bingo ended about 5:30 then DJ was at 6 so not much time to fit in dinner. We rebooked for next year and hope they move DJ to 7 pm.

The staff this year was exceptional. Always had a smile when dealing with campers. My grandchildren and I thoroughly enjoyed the glamping. I have one minor suggestion. It would be very helpful if pegs, or a shelf were put up in the bathroom.

The bathhouses were not clean. Dead bugs and spider eggs in the corners. Gross! Aldso should have separated showers from toilets. Too many golf carts. Only staff should have golf carts. Was not that big of a park that people can't walk. Other than that it was a nice stay. Staff was very friendly and other then the bathhouse it was clean.

Huge waterslide, waterpad and sprinkler toys for the youngings beautiful campsites and they do alot of activities throughout the day unlike lebanon koa I literally have daily events weekdays and weekends it's a very small campground but if you're looking for quiet and peaceful and not a lot of kids this is the KOA to go to.
