Cabin was very dirty and had terrible odor. Tap water smelled and was cloudy.

I have been RVing for more than 25 years and have held a KOA reward card for about 20 yrars .I booked a site about 2 hrs before checking in . When I arrived my first impression of the campground was not good ( the person at the desk was ok) The campground looked like campgrouds 25 years ago…Bumppy road and awful site.Left 30 seconds after and did not bother to ask for s refund.Worst KOA in my l

Got a delux cabin ..very clean very nice site ..quiet place great for family's...would recommend adding more stuff for adults to do other than that good time

The campground was neat, nice sites, clean bathrooms, clean pool, friendly staff. 2 minor issues. Wifi was hit or miss. The bigger issue was the dog park is faraway from the campsites. My wife just had knee replacement surgery and that hill was a killer from the dog park to to the site. There was a green area by the cabins that would have made a better alternative as much closer

KOA Deluxe cabin for 4 nights. Pros- outside of cabin was well kept and nicely setup. Loved the outside furniture, large yards & selection of TV channels, and well- equipped kitchen. Cons-Floors in unit could have been cleaner & mini-splits in our unit were not working (temporary units were provided but difficult to regulate), store was very sparce.

The campground is beautiful and the employees are incredibly friendly! Reason I did not give it five stars because we were camping with our dogs for all of us to be able to enjoy the campgrounds together and the only place that the dogs were really allowed were in a very tiny pen that wasn’t well taken care of, and are of the beach that wasn’t really accessible from the nature trail.

We came in Wednesday thru Saturday in your glamping tent 14 by the pond with it's own rowboat. We enjoyed it very much. Was nice and close to playground and to the beach, pool area. Was, me, my son and granddaughter.

Disappointed with staff and Wi-Fi. The staff closed Office an hour before closing time on door. After standing around a while someone finally came out, handed us a package and requested we return in the morning. We tried calling a few times about the Wi-Fi and their answering kept dropping the call. Finally, a guy came out, tried to connect, said his was having trouble too, and said Wi-Fi is bad.

Activity staff (TJ et. al.) were amazing with the kids. Plenty of fun activities planned. Our site (105) was clean, shower building was clean and the golf cart was amazing! One idea would be for your store to sell more food items, like pizza and breakfast sandwiches. Good ice cream and snack choices. Just noticed nice and clean laundry facilities. The campground is immaculate and the staff seemed to never stop working. The downside is the title of South Winnepesaukee is quite deceiving as it is about an hour min to the lake. Second issue i had was having issues w my rv and needed to have a part shipped overnight. Although the rules state “will not accept deliveries” i called and was told they would. They did not which cost me!!

I would not recommend this campground due to the fact that it’s not close to lake Winnipesaukee at all. It’s a 40 minute drive away. PrettY misleading name that makes you believe it is close.

Our location, just south of Winnipesaukee and just west of the Maine coastline, offers guests the opportunity to experience much of the beauty of New Hampshire and Southern Maine. Wifi was terrible! It needs to be improved if you want people to stay there that need to also do business. Very slow and could not stream. People next to us were up and making noise at 7:00 am on Sunday. Also, was not comfortable signing all those “rules”. Not one would hold up in court plus its a total turn off to stay there.

Deluxe Cabin OK, but 6 person cabin only stocked for 4 people. Bed good, AC excellent, firepit great, bbq is old/small charcoal one (should be gas) Pool, waterslide great. Pond great for fishing & board/kayak rental, not good for swimming. Day/kids activities OK. Wi-Fi horrible to non-existent in cabin. Nice small campground. Lots to do in surrounding towns/areas.

First time, and had a great time! Sadly the change machine in the arcade wasn’t working our whole time, and they were very reluctant to give change in the store so that made for a few bored kids when we did end up getting rain. Would have been great to be able to spend more time in the arcade, but without change not very helpful.

Camp was clean and staff was very nice! However the swimming area of the lake was about 12 feet wide and only was about waist high. I had called ahead of time to ensure the campsite was dog friendly. I was told dogs could swim and the only place they weren't allowed was on the sand and in the store. Upon arrival we were told dogs couldn't swim in the lake and the whole beach area was off limits.

We appreciate the effort put into keeping the grounds neat and clean. I've never been to a campground where staff continuously drive around in golf carts collecting trash vs guests having to walk to a dumpster. I also noticed firewood being delivered to campsites by staff - a nice touch. Staff always smiled and waved, were all friendly. The karaoke was unexpected fun. 6 yo loved glow party!

I was expecting more communication and a cleaner pool area. The splash pad had hair coming out of the spouts. The pool area had hair, Bandages and others debris around the concrete. I strongly recommend closing so the pool area can be cleaned halfway through the day. I was also annoyed that I wasn’t informed the trash is picked up at the site. One of the store clerks flipped off my son as well

sites next to ours had group of 75-100.a lot of people. Bright lights, loud conversation,volleyball etc. We felt unable to sit outside and relax peacefully. massive group enjoyed all amenities. We were unable to use pool. Sites and roads very dirty-Sandy and muddy. No gravel on road. Unpleasant experience

Nice resort. Just kind of in the middle of nowhere....wish it was actually on Lake Winnipusauke....would have been a little more fun.

Loved all the shade and big trees! The sites were large and grounds were very well kept. Bathhouses were very clean. Lots of activities for kids! Best KOA we’ve stayed at!

We stayed for a week in one of the deluxe cabins, and had a wonderful time. The cabin and campground was very clean and well kept, and the personnel were helpful and friendly! The only points for improvement: the kitchen could be a little better equipped with dishes/cooking tools, the screen door did not close properly, and the hot water had a funny odor. Otherwise, we had a very good experience!

The customer service provider by Emily was very poor, she was rude, she give me the worst tent site that anyone can have... the site’s for the tents is supposed to be ground with grass and she simply gave me a site that was meant for RVS and when I kindly asked her to move me to a different camp site without any gravel, she simply told me that it couldn't be done because everything was booked o

Not impressed.On arrival Asked for site next to family. Was told none avail unless paid an extra $60. site next to our family stayed empty whole time. price off wood-outrageous $9 for 6 small pieces. Price gouging in store. Many out of order signs, lights in bathroom go off within 2 min of entering. And were closed at random times. Worst KOA and I won’t return.

We had put a request on our booking in advance that we were camping with another group and would like sites close by and ideally together. The other group called a day in advance inquiring and we were opposite ends of the campground, they moved us closer but refused to move next to eachother despite the site next to them being open when we got there and sites next to me being open our whole stay.

Beautiful (mostly) quite campground. This is the 3rd KOA that we've stayed at recently. Much better than the last one. Not as good as the one in Bar Harbor. Clean. Quiet, mostly. Pool was super crowded. Kids running amuck, diving in, chicken fights, jumping in on one another with no thought of those around them and no campground staff to be seen

It is a small koa a very clean Koa, but felt more like a 55 plus environment most staff were friendly. Prices of the wood is bit over priced.

This past weekend there was a very large group on site 33, which was right behind us. The size of the group at times reached around 50 people. At times they were extremely loud, especially on Friday evening. We along with other campers were not thrilled. In addition, they kept cutting through our campsite and getting tangled up in our cable wire, which they broke. We ended up leaving a day early.

Really nice property with lots of room to maneuver around as we parked. Love the site extras with most having patios and campfire chairs, etc and the nice built up fire pits. Extremely well kept. Landscaping is a nice touch with the hostas plants scattered around. We had severe rain and was impressed with the drainage that has been carefully designed with that in mind. Kid and dog friendly. Everything was perfect, except for two things: the WiFi was virtually nonexistent. Even when supposedly connected, there usually wasn’t a signal. And the sewer connection was difficult — up hill. The nature trail was just lovely. We really enjoyed it.

Huge waterslide, waterpad and sprinkler toys for the youngings beautiful campsites and they do alot of activities throughout the day unlike lebanon koa I literally have daily events weekdays and weekends it's a very small campground but if you're looking for quiet and peaceful and not a lot of kids this is the KOA to go to.
