The office staff were fantastic! They went above and beyond in service. They took the time to find my daughter a safe 10 mile running route, and were friendly and helpful every time I went to the office. Best KOA ever!

Facilities / staff are great. Property is v clean & well-maintained, employees are helpful, kind & patient. The only issue we had was re billing questions that did not get answered. Billing adjustments were confusing, appeared incorrect, & we got no answers to the questions we asked. Great location, convenient to town but not so close it's noisy. Our site was right down from the road, but the road noise wasnt loud enough to prevent sleep. Great river access, and amenities (thought the mini golf could use some repair/updating). Great store, friendly folks, and nice property all-in-all!

I was disappointed. When we booked we had 3 sites together. When we checked in you split us apart because we didn’t pay the extra fee to lock in the site number (which is ridiculous that you charge more for that). You said the site in between us was taken but no one ever came during our entire stay!! You said that the campsite was “full” but there were plenty of open spots.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The only thing is didn’t enforce the rules of no fireworks or noise after 10 pm or children in hot tub, plus children throwing chest pieces at each other look like they was trying to break them. We stayed for two weeks will come back and also tell friends and our family.

It was fun to stay at your side. Lovely staff and great activities. Clean and spacy slots and a wonderful landscape around. Using the free bus made it easy to join steamboat springs Summer activities. Thanks a lot!

Our site was level. Utilities worked fine. Staff was friendly and very willing to answer questions about Steamboat Springs area attractions. We enjoyed hearing and watching many kids playing. The social atmosphere at this KOA was excellent.

We adore coming to this KOA :) Emily and Sharon are our favorite people!!!! We don’t want to stay away, the river spots are amazing, everything about this place, the pool is always clean and fantastic. The employees are the friendliest people EVER! Thanks yall!!

This was our first time staying in steamboat and this KOA did not disappoint! The yampa river runs straight through campground! Stunning! Staff were all super friendly and helpful. My 3 year old loved the playground and other amenities. I liked that they hosted little activities like movie night and tie dye! Will stay here again!!

We had truck problems and needed to stay an extra couple of days during a very busy week. The staff were very nice and accommodating, moving things around to help up keep our original site. They also enforced the rules where so many other places don’t. The campground is beautiful and well kept. The free shuttle to town was a plus. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Staff was very friendly (and understanding when I messed up my stay date), showers were clean with plenty of hot water, and the shuttle into town was very helpful for the boys. Missed a 5th star with the road noise, but it went quiet at dark. I also liked the shaded spot - no air conditioner used. Finally the pool was great - one of the few amenities we could use with our soccer camp schedule.

We arrived around 4 pm and left the next morning around 7:15am. The entire time the shower house was a mess, not cleaned. Wanted to shower when we checked in but waited til the next morning at 5:45, still not cleaned! Kids driving rented bikes everywhere not watching traffic, and the smoke from campfires at night was so thick it was hard to fall asleep inside our closed up unit with a/c on.

The team at the Steamboat KOA were awesome. The kids loved the pool and mini golf, and it was great they had air to pump up inflatables, that saved us a lot of time.

The road noise was loud. There was no water at our campsite (put a spigot in!). The cable did not work but was fixed by our last night. The bathroom combination changed when I needed it most. Perhaps you texted my wife, don't know. I almost s**t my drawers waiting in line to ask your busy short staffed front desk to give me the combination. A pretty mediocre camp stay for $90 a night.

The women's restroom floor had standing water continuously. It was very difficult to enter without stepping into the water. It seems as if the handicap shower and other floor drains are not positioned properly to catch all the waste water. Also, the nightly rate seemed high for the site. It was nearly $300 plus for a three night stay. I realize that is still better than any hotel but.....

We've stayed here before but this visit was a bit disappointing. The women's bathroom was always wet and dirty. I went to the front office to inform them when it got beyond bad, they said they would address it. When I went back in the morning, the bathroom still hadn't been cleaned. There were unattended children at the pool so I think they probably need to do a better job of rule enforcement.

The staff at the Steamboat Springs KOA were very helpful. The campground was full but it was still clean and well maintained. It's a beautiful location and a bonus was that the city bus runs to the campground and it's an way in and out of the town of Steamboat Springs.

Everything was fantastic. However, the bathrooms specifically the men's and women's stalls did not appear to be cleaned on a daily basis. Other than that, my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The amount of activities and atmosphere were exactly what we have come to expect from a KOA. We will be back.

The staff is fabulous! Everyone of them is kind happy and helpful!!! The park is beautiful and most spots are ideal. The park is well maintained and perfectly located near Steamboat with the added bonus of the city shuttle picking up campers every 20 minutes to take to various locations in Steamboat. Just a perfect place to stay!!!!

If you plan to be in Steamboat springs, the location is great. There isn't room between spaces to be comfortable. The gift shop is really good. There's a lot of warning about bears and not leaving food out but the joke is the dumpsters are way too full and can't be closed. And okay place to stop for the night.
