Always a great place to stay in Steamboat. Efficient, convenient and clean. They also have a lot of activities for kids.

Had 2 separate one night stays this trip. Both times campground was full. There were a few inconsiderate campers and the staff did a good job of managing expectations. Front desk staff very helpful. Told us about the transit station as a place to park since we arrivedl early. Wish I could remember the person's name. Kylie maybe? Anyway she went above and beyond in our opinion.

The bathrooms needs more attention. 2 mornings in a row one bathroom toliet was out of toliet paper. That is a problem when you only have 3 toliets and a full camp ground. Also only 3 working wash machines. I have been coming here the last 10 years. This has been the worst. The workers are very friendly but they need new managers

Pull through facing scenic stream. Amenities all well maintained, friendly and efficient staff, and big bonus feature: Bus stop #1 for free town shuttle to town and ski slope/bike park.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Stayed in the new section on the other side of the bridge. Clean and well maintained park. Great setting along the Yampa River. Would stay here again if in the area.

We were able to get one of the paw pens and it was the nicest pens we have seen anywhere! The dogs loved it and the site was private next to a cabin. The staff was wonderful and took amazing care of us. The location is beautiful with the Yampa river running through it. And the bus runs downtown for free. Would definitely stay here again!

The KOA in Steamboat Springs was wonderful! Great experience for sightseeing in the town and the mountains around. Special thank you to PJ and Laurie for all their advise on what to see, great places for picnics, and overall adventures around this KOA park. We'll definitely be back whenever we're back in Steamboat springs. Thank you!!

Friendly people, very accommodating. Older but clean bathrooms. Excellent location to town. Free shuttle service was very convenient. Best mini golf course!

I came out to your camp ground because of your location and a heated pool only thing I really use at the campground. When this is broken it’s really bad I feel for me. Great location lots of stuff for family and kids for sure. It’s funny this is the second time a koa camp used the same excuse heat pump is broken. Last time was at the beginning of the season. Not sure maybe to save on electrici

The ladies at the office are all truly terrific and customer service is superb. Lolo, we appreciate you. The maintenance men were friendly and helpful. Everyone was cheerful. We enjoyed our stay here. Lots of fun souveniers in the shop with icecream and beer too. There is a free bus into Steamboat Springs and that is cool. Showers and laundry are nice and clean. A+

Initial charge was about 120 then they added 80 dollar charge with no explanation. Washing machine did not work. Reported it. No refund. No explanation.

Highway noise and pool heater not working caused a lower rating. Everything else was great: super clean, friendly welcoming staff, nice outdoor furniture at most sites, well stocked store.

Great place to stay and beautiful location on the Yampa River. Very organized, clean and lots of amenities. Has a bus stop for the free Steamboat Springs Transit system to take you into town.

The class A big rig site with patio was a little small. We have a 43 ft class A towing a Jeep. We barely had room to park our Jeep sideways behind the RV. The RV was pulled as far forward as we could go as well. Otherwise, our stay was great! Thanks!

You have a very friendly and nice staff. My only complaint is that the bathroom code issued to us on Sunday was 8760 and when I tried to get in on Tuesday evening the code didn't work. I tried numerous times even texted my wife to see if I had the right code. Luckily there was someone inside that opened the door to leave and said the code was 7233.

Stayed during very hot weather. Would recommend site towards front of the park. No shade in the back and camper was very hot (>80 degrees) until around 8pm. The host tho were awesome. Office personnel very very friendly. Very clean park. Shuttle available to take you into town. Communication very good. We will return.

We really enjoyed our stay at Steamboat Springs KOA. We had our RV club from our community HTC there. The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Everything was great. We are planning a return next year. We want to get our reservation in early so we can get them in the new area across the bridge. That looks very nice. The hwy noise was the only minor complaint. We will be back. Thanks.

We had a wonderful stay at Steamboat Springs KOA! It was a very relaxing experience, and we truly enjoyed our time there. The ambiance was peaceful, and we had a lot of fun during our visit. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind and have a good time!

Very nice facility. Customer oriented. Lots of amenities including lots of dog stations, dual waste portals on sites, clean grills, cable, strong internet, patios with very nice furniture. Recommend expanding the dog park or building a second one across the bridge. A wonderful stay.

While in town we received a call from the lovely KOA front desk ladies telling us a storm was on the way and our awnings were out. Really appreciate their thoughtfulness.

The staff at the Steamboat Springs KOA was amazing - very professional and eager to please. When my husband was not feeling well, they even permitted us to terminate our stay early. The park is super clean and hits all the buttons. Only hesitation is the size of many of the sites - super small although there is some shade from mature trees. As well, the traffic noise is pretty high.

The campground staff was very friendly and welcoming. The grounds were always.clean. Love the access to the Steamboat Shuttle to town. Our site was clean however, it was quite small and our extended arming was inches from out next door neighbor camper. There was very little room at the site to enjoy being outside. The campground was nice but I would reconsider it because of the size of the site.

It was fine until checkout at 11am. I was hooking up my trailer to leave at about 10:57am and someone comes over and says, “If you aren’t out of here in 10 minutes, you will be charged $25.” I found that really rude. It wasn’t like I was sitting there reading a magazine or something. I was preparing to leave, and I was out of there in less than 5 minutes. That treatment was not very hospit

This is a great campground in an easy to access, yet beautiful location. They have numerous options for kids and a free local shuttle that runs into the main town for transportation/sightseeing if you want. Highly recommended
