This was our third stay. The cottages are lovely and the upstairs are so cozy for sleeping us and our two kids. One issue that we had this time in #7 was with the giant futon blocking the access to the kitchenette. Our last time in another cottage was perfect with sufficient space to move around.

Really enjoyed the location and grounds. The cabin wasn’t what we expected. The full bed mattresses were so thin we could feel the wood base and decided to double them and sleep together. That wasn’t very comfortable either. In addition the toilet is so small that an adult hardly fits and our knees touched the walls. The parking was very tight. The outdoor seating area and grill was nice.

The Steamboat Springs KOA was amazing! Friendly staff, and very close to just about everything. The campsite was very clean and well maintained. Hands down one of the nicest campgrounds we have visited.

We always have a great time. The KOA is always clean, friendly people, and there are many things to do. The cabin was nice and fit us nicely, but we would have liked a screen door since there wasn't any air conditioning. We'll be back next year!

The campgrounds were great. The cabins were clean. Kids could run around and play. I started coming up more than thirty years ago and it’s a great place for families to get together and enjoy. Staff is wonderful. The family wants to come back next year. Thanks for a nice stay.

Campground is expanding and they have done a great job with it. Bathrooms are clean and well maintained. Bus comes every 15 minutes.

Very clean and tidy. It is pretty with all the hanging flower baskets. The deluxe cabin for family was very nice. The RV back-in site put us in front of a lovely meadow. My suggestion is at least one unisex shower on the island for handicapped. The kids loved the bikes, pool, movie night, and golf. We enjoyed using the bar-be-que fully stocked.

We had a great stay, great location, cabin and cabin sight had everything you would need. KOA staff were very friendly and helpful. One of the best camp grounds we have stayed at.

Really liked site 114. Clean, neat, well maintained. Please consider at least one shower on the island. My husband is disabled and it was too far to walk to the showers at the store.

Wonderful stay . We were in the area visiting relatives and stayed in lodge 101 . It was clean and convenient. The staff we interacted with were polite and pleasant . We would stay again .

I have always loved this park. My prior stay was disappointing with increased rates and terrible mattresses. On this stay however there was new mattresses but they also improved the cabins with new heaters wood inside even re caulked the exterior. The whole park has had improvements. This made the stay much more pleasant I still think the rates are to high but at least you get more for your buck

I lived at this campground when it was Ski Town Campground in 1989-1990. It has been so beautifully updated and expanded. And the staff are very friendly. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Boonie was very standoffing made every excuse why I could check in early Then magically a cabin became available, why behave in this manner ? Most expensive cabin on my entire trip and it offered zero Worst experience with a staff my entire trip home everyone else was excellent

The KT-7 cabin was very nice, but the WiFi was unusable. First time I haven't been able to use WiFi at this campground.

We really enjoyed our stay, the property is beautiful and the facilities were clean. The one issue is the mattresses in the cabins are not comfortable at all, in fact they are almost painful to sleep on. Please make an adjustment.

The experience wasn’t what I had hoped for for location wise and the cabin wasn’t cleaned well when we arrived with dirt and such all over the floors and floor definitely wasn’t mopped. There was hair and dead flys in the shower and the windows were left open so it was freezing inside. When I complained before leaving all I got was a “Sorry, we’ll look into that”. Not offended a refund

Cabin smelled of cigarette smoke which made my eyes water all night. Proximity to the road meant I didn't sleep (my sound machine couldn't block out traffic).

The cabin beds were super uncomfortable had to use the two mattresses from the bunk beds to even get any extra support. No pool access closed due to off season but still charged full rates. Small dog park. Bathrooms were not cleaned as throughly, had a guy walk in looking for his wife into the female Bathroom. Cabin had broken door frame and cracked window with tape on it. Staff was friendly.

Wonderful!! Stayed in cabin next to river. Beautiful view! The heater was perfect for the cold nights. Friendly, helpful staff, very clean restroom, bear-proof: trash, sink for doing dishes, & refrigerator/freezer. Great to be able to enjoy an evening campfire under the starry sky!

We spent (4) nights at this KOA in June this year. From check-in to check out, everything was great. The staff are friendly and always doing stuff to make their guest's stay better. The maintenance guys are always cleaning, tending to and making sure everything is good. The bathrooms are clean, the grills are clean, the patios are in great shape and everything works as it should. The setting is beautiful alongside the Yampa River! They also have a free shuttle to downtown SBS that runs about every 15 minutes. All of that said, we'll be back.
