Staff was incredibly friendly. The grounds are impeccably kept. Lots of fun amenities, such as swimming, pedal go karts, movie night, and other special activities in the evenings. Our site even had a little yard for our dogs. We can’t wait to go back.

The campground was well maintained and the site was well kept. The movie on Saturday night ran much past quiet hours and my tent site was so close to both the pavilion and the next tent site that we could hear the movie and our neighbors the entire time late into the night

Location was on point and campground was really nice. The room appeared clean until we noticed how dirty our feet were from the floor. By the end of the weekend we had cleaned the floor ourselves with our socks and feet. That was a huge turn off. The team that helped with tie dye and bingo were great!! Just need to clean the cabins a bit better.

Gorgeous river, well lit, fun activities. I removed two stars because it was a very noisy campsite with loud screaming children sometimes past 10pm, and because the bathrooms were not very clean. Women's room was puddled water, hair everywhere, not great, kinda gross. Staff were helpful though and the location was nice.

It was a wonderful stay! We loved all of the amenities and activities available to us at the KOA site, and the store had everything we needed that we may have forgotten. Our only complaint / suggestion would be on a better bear-proof dumpster solution, just for the safety of everyone (bear included!)

We had a wonderful stay, enjoyed several of the nightly activities. Such a great place to stay, very friendly and accommodating staff. Whether traveling as a family or a couple this place provides a great stay.

Campground was nice with large spaces. It is a little close to the road with road noise. Bathrooms need a bit more attention as by the end of the day they are flooded with water from the showers.

Very nice campground. Lots of shade (we appreciated after a long hot drive). Pool was very nice. We didn't use very many of the amenities because we came in late & left early. We loved the using city bus to go into town for dinner. We come to Colorado often. We will be back.

The camp was very clean. The staff was friendly and offered to help us if we needed it. We will stay here again.

We stayed in a three bedroom cabin with 5 adults and two children. The cabin was cosy and very well air conditioned! The kids loved the pool, playground and mini golf. Will definitely stay here again.

The campgrounds are beautiful friendly staff and the free bus to town was awesome! 5 stars only complaint would be the bathroom could be a little cleaner but it was very busy while we were there so its somewhat understandable.

Love the location! The employees were wonderful. But yuck, the cabin was so dirty. Silverware and pots were dirty. The toilet had urine around the base and the floor was so sticky. Our feet were black from the cabin floor. The sheets for the bunk beds looked like they were reused and not cleaned. No extra trash bags. 6 pods of coffee for free, then charged for extra? Just provide a regular pot!

We loved all the activities and amenities. Down side our 400dollar a night cabin that said it came with a full kitchen was not. NO OVEN AND ONLY 2 BURNERS. Feeding a family of 6 on 2 burners was a mess.

Park had a lot of Activities and Catered a lot toward Family and Children. Each Site had nice furniture and a Gas Grill. Drought conditions so activities in the river were discouraged. We spent most of our time away from the Campground touring around the City and Surrounding area which had a lot to offer. Enjoyed our Stay in the area.

The charge way too much and are not flexible about changing dates. The air was bad with smoke from the Fish Hook fire and they would not refund our money if we left. My wife has lung damage and uses a Smart Vest, but they refused to acknowledge her medical situation and would not refund us our almost $100 per day fee if we left. We also found Steamboat is NOT dog friendly. No dogs allowed everwher

Relaxing! Bus transportation onsite extremely convenient and made visiting downtown with family streamline. Free daily themed events. Relaxing public pool and multiple campground amenities. Would stay again! Staff helpful and genuinely friendly.

Too many mosquitos and the kids riding bikes/scooters were not watching for cars/RV moving around the campground. Additionally, kids were cutting through our RV site even after we asked them not to.

Campground is clean and sites are easy to get in and out. There is river access for kids to play in the water. Two sides to the campground. One paved and one just gravel. Close to all steamboat attractions.

As a tent camper, I found the road noise to be very loud, and it interrupted my sleep. We had friends camping across the bridge in some of your cabins. Our kids would ride back and forth, but I felt like them sharing a narrow bridge with vehicles wasn't very safe, and I wish you had a smaller sidewalk/pedestrian bridge for them to use. The kids really enjoyed the pool and large chess set.

$5 per day per dog for three small dogs is excessive. Should be a flat rate. Charging $10 per night for an extra vehicle that fits in your camping site is a money grab. We asked if we could check out an hour late and were told yes and no mention of fee, only to be charged a $25 fee. Toilets were often gross, no river access but no reduced fee for reduced amenities? Never again.

This KOA really is the worst one I've ever been to. We were camping right next to the highway right under their bright as the sun KOA sign with a free shuttle bus running through our camp every 15 min, We all have to be quiet after 10pm so should they. Do not let them put you in site 13A. We really had a bad time here. The employees have better accommodations in the back then the guest do. Shame.

Very nice and well-kept park. Staff was friendly and hard-working. My one complaint: if you are going to charge for dogs (unusual policy), you should have a MUCH nicer, and larger, dog park.

Most of the staff was kind and helpful except one lady who seemed to be the queen bee- Barbara, Karen, Janet, I don’t remember her name. She was condescending and rude. Camp host Josh was fun and has made the park very nice! We stay almost every year and saw a difference this year! This park is so beautiful we come back over and over, thanks for the amazing memories!
