We enjoyed our stay at the Steamboat KOA. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The grounds were very clean and well maintained. The office and restrooms were extremely clean. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!!

The Cabin heater was not working properly so it was very cold in the night. We reported it and workers came but did not fix the problem. The team was not flexible when we wanted to change our reservation.

We have been coming here for years and I have to say I was really disappointed with the “new” area in the back! Those beautiful big old trees were all cut down! It reminds me of the song “Pave paradise, put up a parking lot!” I personally would not want to stay back there.

Seriously overpriced, run down and staff is horrible!! Manager is rude and they seriously could care less if you are there.

Crowded. Just so so. They added a section for elite camping and ruined the only open area they had. All asphalt now.

I was happy with the staff and facilities at your campground. Sadly, however, I can assure you that I will never return nor recommend this place. The music blaring from the bowling alley next door was uncalled for and ruined what had promised to be a pleasant weekend.

Spaces were adequate but tight for big rigs in old section. Staff was great and new section rivals premier resorts.

There is a newer part to this park that is wonderful. Thats where they put us. Out of all their new sites, we were the only ones that had gravel, which came in really handy when the rain storm came through. Everyone else was in the mud but out site was great! I hope they continue to rock the rest of the sites, rather then grow grass (weeds) like we were told was planned.

Booked a delux cabin last minute and was so pleased with the experience. The staff was helpful, the facilities were well kept, the cabin was adorable and the views were amazing. Thanks for a great stay!

Staff is very nice. This was the second time for us to visit and this time we decided to stay in the newer section where there was a bit more room. We had booked one of the longer pull through sites but did not lock it as any of those longer sites would be fine. However, when we arrived, we had been assigned a short pull through and had to park our truck separately. A big inconvenience.

We stayed in a cabin and it was very nice and clean. The staff was friendly and the grounds were well kept. It was such a beautiful place to stay and close to downtown Steamboat. We’ll be back next year!

I had the most wonderfully quiet, restful stay next to the creek (space 002) ever! Very delightful gal at the counter! Great showers! If I'm able to,next year I'll be back !!

Campground facilities worked for us. Better campground for those with children or those who want access to river. Back section where majority of larger RV 's were parked had very limited trees and not as appealing.

Very friendly staff. A river runs through it. Nice trees. My only complaints is no paper towels in the restroom. I know that is “saving the planet”, but quality campgrounds have paper towel dispensers rather than screeching air blowers.

Great location, great staff. The GM is really helpful. My stay was on the Island which is new this year and it was a great location in the camp ground.

There was dog poop at my tent site. It was very loud there with it being next to hwy 40. And there are a lot of lights left on all night.

Beautiful campground with lots of amenities. My son had a camping spot and I had a deluxe cabin-both were awesome. The cabin was cleaned and well-maintained, with kitchen supplies, toilet paper and soap. Staff were great, contacting us to give details for late check-in. Store next to office is great!

Great option to stay in town in the winter. We travel in our Sprinter 144 and there are not a lot of options for stealth camping in the winter. On one of our nights the temp dropped dramatically and well below the forecast. Woke up with a nearly dead battery and some diesel that was gelled. The staff supplied me with a trickle charger and a propane heater to point towards the undercarriage. Got the engine running in now time. The guys there helped me out big time.
