Water was out from January to April, at random. Management did not bring in professionals to fix the issue or try to make amends with guests whatsoever. Just kept messing around with a crane while we had no water for months on end.

Best KOA I've stayed at. Great locatioon close to Steamboat, but you feel like you're in the country. Staff are very friendly and always helpful.

Al of the staff members were friendly and attentive from the moment we arrived. The bathrooms/showers were nice and clean and that is something we always appreciate. We loved our little cabin on the river.

Wout of town but e had a nice space with plenty of room. The campground owner moved us to a better spot when we checked in since there was a lot of snow melting near our original location. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a great location just out of town but very close to everything.

It was very nice except when we went to leave and tried to take out our trash. The trash bag used was not a strong enough to pull out of the garbage can without ripping on us.

Easy check in especially for after hours! The cabin was very clean and we always have such wonderful stays! We always feel safe! The staff is amazing and helpful! Can’t wait to stay again!

First time renting at “primitive “ cabin. Was constantly woken up by the mice who were chewing at the wood siding trying to get in. The sleeping mattress was worse than a 20 year old wrestling mat. Staff was helpful but I won’t rent this wooden shed again

The maintenance people were not very kind, but the front desk staff was extremely friendly. I was sad that snow was piled up everywhere, blocking most of the advertised amenities. The cabin was nice besides the slippery slope to the door.

We stayed at the campground to ski. It was convenient because it's right on the bus line. It was nice having electricity for our camper. The facilities however, were not cleaned the entire weekend. The men's toilets were overflowing. We contacted the office and they did get maintenance on it, however, the restrooms should have been cleaned on a more frequent basis. They were somewhat dirty.

Cabin was clean and comfortable. Even in 5 degree weather the cabin stayed warm and cozy. All Staff super friendly! Especially Shannon and Charleen! Bathhouse very clean and amazingly warm. Showers had great water pressure.

All good and very happy with the facilities and service. Bathroom was always clean and accessible. Having the bus stop at the KOA was a huge benefit as well.

Bathrooms were clean and warm. Access to electricity and laundry was great. Our spot was really muddy (I realize it’s spring melt) and we actually got stuck trying to get out. I’d come back if those spots were paved. It made for a mess getting in and out of the camper.

Clean, nice spot. Close quarters for 7 but it worked. We had only 1.5 toilet paper rolls for 7 people for 2 nights and ran out. Due to closed offices we had to get our own. Otherwise an ok stay.

We had a very nice experience. Cold outside temperatures were not uncomfortable in the heated camper cabin. Late night walks across the well lit bridge were spectacular, with the icy, moonlit river and a sky full of stars. Please fix the creaky bed and flat foam mattress in K6. It was difficult to fall asleep and the noise of the beds woke me often when I moved in my sleep.

There was no grill on the patio as advertised and the snow banks were super high which made it hard to turn on the corners to get into our spot. They could have been pushed further back . We ran out of power at 3 am and couldnt get it restarted so we had to leave camp due to the -8 degree temperature. i asked for a refund for the following night and they said no we dont give refunds. Not good

Though winter, had what we needed for a few day stay. Staff were very helpful when our camper van got stuck in the snow. They seemed to be working diligently at clearing snow from a record-breaking season.

The roads to get to the spaces were impassible and I needed a tow truck to get my car out of the lot. The bathrooms were nice and clean but wish the roads had more care

Convenience and local bus shuttle service was a huge plus for choosing SteamBoat KOA. The staff was friendly, always accommodating and visible plowing and shoveling. The negative was the cleanliness and upkeep of the Rest Rooms. The were frequently neglected as days went by without apparent thorough cleaning. Would not return, however it’s the only winter game in town.

Beautiful campground with lots of amenities. My son had a camping spot and I had a deluxe cabin-both were awesome. The cabin was cleaned and well-maintained, with kitchen supplies, toilet paper and soap. Staff were great, contacting us to give details for late check-in. Store next to office is great!

Great option to stay in town in the winter. We travel in our Sprinter 144 and there are not a lot of options for stealth camping in the winter. On one of our nights the temp dropped dramatically and well below the forecast. Woke up with a nearly dead battery and some diesel that was gelled. The staff supplied me with a trickle charger and a propane heater to point towards the undercarriage. Got the engine running in now time. The guys there helped me out big time.
