What an oasis in the middle of the desert. Great amenities and friendly staff. The store attached to the KOA has a good selection in case you left anything at home. It even has a decent selection of fishing gear as well.

We had a great time at Starbuck/Lyons Ferry. Nice camp sites, plenty of room for the kids to ride bikes and play. Our electric trailer hitch went out and the staff was so helpful! Could not recommend this location enough!

In June, I stayed in the Conestoga wagon for a night and it was a fun experience. It was hot and very windy outside and, upon arrival, I happily found the cooling unit on and the wagon nicely chilled. With the very windy conditions, the canvas on the wagon was a little noisy overnight. The inside of the wagon was spacious, the bed super comfy. Palouse Falls is nearby and amazing. Would stay again.

Wonderful people work here. Quiet, clean, peaceful and safe-feeling campground, especially for a woman traveling solo.

Lyons Ferry KOA is officially one of our top 5 favorite campgrounds. This was our first visit and it did not disappoint! Everything was great...clean, quiet, staff was very friendly, and the scenery was gorgeous. We will definitely be going back soon!

Lovely evening! Reservation, communications and check-in were all excellent. Site was as advertised and made for a comfortable camp-out. The only improvements that I would make would be to have, at least, one shared water source for the tent sites and at least one trash receptacle. Sorry I didn't have room for a piece of your cheesecake...maybe next time.

The campground certainly served its purpose, but wasn't the best KOA we've ever stayed at. Definitely caters to boaters; given the remote location, it was adequate. It was a bit annoying that we arrived at 1:15pm, and was told to actually wait 15mins till the designated 1:30pm check in time. When we arrived back at the counter at 1:27pm, others were already being checked in. Uncool.

What a wonderful campground! Friendly staff, clean grounds and even a dog park. We spent hours fishing the Marina. Can't wait to go back!

Staff was friendly, the KOA grounds were clean. Beautiful location. Not a lot of events going on at this KOA compared to others. The wifi was horrible, very spotty. The deluxe cabins were enjoyable but could have been cleaned better. The windows had stuff on them the shower had cob webs & bugs in it. The deck had dried food & goop on it. Didn't get a chance to eat at the diner. Decent stay.

Staff was amazing, maybe a little for enthusiasm. Our only negativity would be the tent camp sites had no shade and the shower area, don’t like watching people shower. Awkward conversations in the shower. Weird.

Finding our way to Lyons Ferry KOA was a relief and a blessing, as we were having a hard time finding a space on the weekend. It is a beautiful, well-maintained facility with friendly, helpful staff and full amenities, including a fenced dog park. We would have stayed a second night except for the steep terrain of the canyon. We would recommend it to younger, more physically able people.

There was no safe swim area at KOA. Host Mike /Lori Coones, JoAnn & Jill are fabulous. Very helpful. Mike/ Lori would visit with guest after work. Kept us informed of a storm coming in. Joann gave me permission to water my site as it was very dry. Host Jack got pissed cause I was helping reduce fire risk. Other mean on staff not too friendly. Mike and ladies; thank you for a lovely time.

Owners and staff to a person were totally helpful and friendly. Made us feel like we were staying with friends. Campground was totally full as it was Memorial Day weekend yet it was quiet and calm. No traffic thru the campground; people came and stayed, no coming and going. Grounds were very well cared for despite the dry weather. Will definitely be back.

We loved this campground & caretakers. Shade on the upper loop right side would've been nice, but realize the newly planted trees will take awhile to grow. An RV dump on site would be nice. They offered for us to use the sewer on a vacated site on the loop below when we checked out, but the spaces that were vacated were narrow and we didn't think we could maneuver our long trailer into the space.

Very friendly staff. Great marina. Will stay again. We had a 27 foot fifth wheel.
