Very convenient location. Drone view looks like it’s in the middle of a huge industrial area. It is, but it’s surrounded be trees so you can’t see that area. It’s quiet and nicely kept. It’s on our list of ‘be backs’.

I can’t say enough about the staff at the. St. Louis/Granite City KOA. We had a broken leaf spring on our trailer and ended up having to stay an extra 4 days. Schelly was Very helpful and accommodating in giving us suggestions on who the contact about getting the part we needed. We would come back in a minute.

The pool was shut down hours before dusk and with the high humidity, it needs to stay open. Very cool stuff in the koa store! The staff was extremely helpful. Very nice staff!

Yes the pool was closed due to a blown gasket on the pump. We cant run it that way so we closed it. We got the part the next morning and replaced it. Unfortunately with the weather conditions it took 2 days for the pool to be clear and safe for campers to use. Safety first. Sorry.

Need more KOA signs. It was hard to know we were going to the right place. Bath rooms were clean, and had quality toilet paper!��� Staff was very friendly.

Very clean campground. Staff were very friendly. Heated pool. Only negative I would say is location. Set behind industrial park. You could not see it because of fencing and brush around the grounds. So it wasn’t that bad. Get place to stay if you’re going to the Gateway park. Our site was up in the shaded area near the fenced Dog Park.

We just stayed overnight, but this is a great place to stay if you want to visit St Louis. It is close enough to all attractions but far enough to just enjoy peace and quiet. The flyer they give you has all the attractions on it plus how to get to each one.

Super hot and the wonderful office staff made sure I had a spot with shade. Only about 20 minutes from the Gateway Arch and quite with clean bathrooms.

Just one night; Put me in a pull thru long enough to fit Motorhome and catamaran. Though the area had substantial rain, my site had standing water and mud on my door side; If I had seen it before leveling, I would have asked for a dryer spot, since many were still open, to include the following morning. Pool was great, along with restroom. Staff was very friendly!

The KOA is located in an industrial area but close enough to make a trip in to see the attractions in St. Louis. The parking area is gravel, and the grass could be better maintained, but overall, not a bad stay.

A little gem where you would least expect it...right off historic Route 66...Clean and peaceful, staff was very helpful and welcoming, definitely will use again when in St Louis.

The staff was friendly, clean bathrooms and sites, pool was clean which made it nice for swimming when it was so hot. It’s in a strange area, but once you are in, it’s homey and you feel safe.

Very convenient especially for a one night stay. The staff was very friendly.enjoyed the pool as well. The park needs attention to the grounds. Mow the grass, weed wack areas, and trim the trees/bushes. Some progress is being made with new site gravel. Could be a very nice park. But again, needs attention to detail.

Campground definitely needs some upgrades. Not at all well maintained. Without a doubt this was the worse KOA we have ever stayed at. Not worthy of the KOA name. It is right beside a railway track and located in a busy industrial park with big trucks roaring by all the time. Peaceful is not in the books. The staff were very friendly when we checked in

We enjoyed our stay there. Nice campground, not many places locally you can take your dog to. But pool was great, laundry room nice and clean. Whole park is clean and well kept.

The location is awful in a horrible part of town. The campground is ok, but they dump gravel in the sites and dont spread it iyt so there are water catch basins as a result right where you step out of the camper. Turned into a muddy mess when it rained.

The staff was very helpful booking our same day reservation. Our site was clean and the campground had nice amenities- especially the laundry room. We appreciated and took advantage of the rep’s advice to book tickets for the Gateway Arch tram ride. If it weren’t for her, we would have missed out on a great experience. Once again, KOA didn’t disappoint.

The manager, Shelley, was very helpful and even stayed late to make sure we would get into our spot OK. Very easy pull in and has a lot of good amenities.

Staff was Amazingly HELPFUL the only thing that wasn't perfect was the Dog Park: No Poop Bags and the Poop Bag disposal bin was SO FULL of waste bags Flys were swarming in it !!!

It was quiet and clean. Amber and Shelly in the office were friendly and helpful. The pool was delightful. Very relaxing evening on the road.

Dog park needs some equipment, like agility dog walk, weave poles, etc., and more space. Adding mini golf would be nice, too, for people. Showers are nice but spray is super fast only.

Sites were close, fine for overnight. Roads were tight to get around in a big rig. Pool was ok. Not a nice area, thought we were driving into an industrial area.

Needed to find a mobile RV repair person and they pointed us in the right direction to someone who was fantastic. Office was very understanding of our situation and worked with us on keeping us comfortable until the repairs were completed.

My second stay here. The staff is really nice. Gave directions to the arch. Not far from St. Louis. Bathrooms are clean. Sites are nice and level. Escort to the site must of been having a bad day. We all have them. He not very friendly

Really nice staff, but it seems the wifi gets shut off or gets turned down in strength when office closes and get turned back on temporarily when office opens. Very frustrating. Also, although the patrons here were very quiet, it's an industrial area and they work all day and all night making heavy equipment and big truck noises. Did not sleep well here. Liked the shade trees.

Easy check-in, staff was helpful. Showers and bathrooms were new and clean. Internet was almost nonexistent as I couldn’t even check my email on it. Sewer hookups are old school as they are at the very end of the site and you need at least 20 foot of hose to hookup. Only stayed overnight so wasn’t as big a deal as if we were there a week to see the town.

Very helpful staff. There are trains that go by periodically and blow their horns at least four times during each passing, so if you're staying in a tent bring earplugs.

I can't rate the rooms as we had our own camper. This campground had friendly staff, clean bathrooms and showers, a refreshing pool after a hot day spent outside and our kids loved the jump pad. Very close to the city but safe (don't let google maps make you think otherwise). Close to train tracks but wasn't to loud for us. We'd stay again if in the area.

Looking for a RV site close to the attractions in St Louis, found this park wasn't to sure about it after reading the previous reviews but we pulled in without a reservation. Desk crew was very helpful and was in a site in just a few minutes. Good gravel interior roads full hookups, cabins and tent sites also. Park is located in an industrial area but once you are in the park you wouldn't know it. Pool, propane, laundry closes at 6pm, clean bathrooms with showers. 10 miles from the Arch 4 miles from Chain of Rocks bridge. Like all KOAs it's a little bit pricey but definitely the best park we found close to town. Seems safe easy in and out WiFi worked great would have given 5 stars if the laundry was open later. First post is from 2024 Stayed again in 2026 WiFi is slower and laundry is now open 9-5. They have done some work on the sites that's a plus
