Nice cabin, shower and men's room very clean, air conditioning, comfortable beds and TV. Staff is friendly and courteous. I've stayed here at least 10 times over the years.

The two ladies that greeted me and checked me in, were very polite and informative. This was not my first stay at this kampground. Look forward to staying in the future.

Office staff are very friendly and accommodating. It was our first time camping in an urban area and so it took a bit to get use to the sounds but able to enjoy being outdoors and to sleep at night. Good location to enjoy the St. Louis area.

We very much enjoy this KOA park. It is very well maintained, clean, safe, with lots of amenities and a great staff. St. Louis arch and Cahokia Mounds is nearby.

We’ve stayed at 6 KOAs in 6 months with great experiences—until the St. Louis N.E. / I-270 / Granite City KOA. Our cabin had cobwebs and felt run-down, the grounds were unkept, staff unfriendly, and the pool was green and dirty �Ͻ. We won’t return. For a great stay, try the Eureka, MO KOA by Six Flags—we’ve been 3 times and loved it!

The only complaint would be a bathroom complaint, because the only bathrooms are attached to the office. They do need another location within the campgrounds. Other than that, it's the usual experience, very nice! Great Staff!

We reserved a 2 room cabin for 2 nights, but the air conditioner broke so moved to 1 room cabin with air. We were a little tight with 3 adults and 1 kid in the 1 room cabin but we made it work. The campground was very generous and comped us 1 night because air conditioner wasn't fixed for the 2nd night. We would definitely stay again. Thank you.

We have traveled to several KOA’s through out the country and would definitely recommend this one to others. Although it sits in an industrial center it is tucked away and private. It was very clean and the staff were awesome!

Well it was nice but with it being 100+ degrees outside it was hot in our cabin all 3 days besides at night & you guys dont have a fire pit but besides that I would stay again....

Nice little KOA. The cabin was clean & easy to get to. bathrooms & showers were clean and functional. Office stayed open an hour later for the late arrivals.

This campground is in a beautiful spot, very clean. The staff was very friendly. With all that being said, the disappointing part was while it was stated to me quiet hours began at 10 I was still listening to very loud music hollering singing until nearly 1130 at night unfortunately because of this I won’t recommend this particular KOA to any people in the future, and I will not stay here again

Disappointing stay - water at cabin wasn't turned on, had to go find water from another source which was difficult as we arrived at dusk. Internet also was not working, tried resetting router but that did not work. These things should be working upon arrival if you are advertising them in your price. Also, saw a cracker under bed and a lot of dust when I did a quick sweep before we left. :(

You are right, and we have a totally new staff the old one was not willing to do the job right. We have a new Wi-Fi system being installed but it will be a while before it's here. I do apologize for your less than 5 star experience.

No TV, no internet, no campfires allowed by county. If I hadn't had my grandaughter with me it would of been fine. However, a 7 yr old needs tv and a tablet to keep them entertained after playground hrs are over. For the most part the staff wasn't very friendly. The bathrooms were very clean and well maintained as was out camping cabin.

Bathrooms were not cleaned and no toilet paper. When I brought that to an employees attention, I was told I was being disrespectful. I was illegally videotaped during the concern. The manager offered no support and suggested I was lying about the bathrooms. We will.not be coming g back to that location . Awful experience.i would like to be removed from the employees phone please.

Upon arrival to our cabin, the trash was still sitting in the trash bin. The bathrooms weren't cleaned daily, lack of toilet paper. Overall, this location seems pretty underfunded or mismanaged. But would not stay here again.

We were excited when we got there. There were lots of spider webs which I am used to, but after we got settled about 1-2 hours in bed we started feeling stuff crawling on us. We turned on the lights and found bed bugs everywhere. We ended up having to bag up everything we had in the cabin with us and had to go somewhere else to stay. Definitely will not be returning.

Questionable area, but KOA felt safe. Clean bathrooms with good water pressure. Nice pool. Lots of mosquitos.

The cabins are so close to one another I could hear the family of five all weekend. Cob webs behind beds. No privacy at all. Love KOA but not this one.

Very helpful staff. There are trains that go by periodically and blow their horns at least four times during each passing, so if you're staying in a tent bring earplugs.

I can't rate the rooms as we had our own camper. This campground had friendly staff, clean bathrooms and showers, a refreshing pool after a hot day spent outside and our kids loved the jump pad. Very close to the city but safe (don't let google maps make you think otherwise). Close to train tracks but wasn't to loud for us. We'd stay again if in the area.

Looking for a RV site close to the attractions in St Louis, found this park wasn't to sure about it after reading the previous reviews but we pulled in without a reservation. Desk crew was very helpful and was in a site in just a few minutes. Good gravel interior roads full hookups, cabins and tent sites also. Park is located in an industrial area but once you are in the park you wouldn't know it. Pool, propane, laundry closes at 6pm, clean bathrooms with showers. 10 miles from the Arch 4 miles from Chain of Rocks bridge. Like all KOAs it's a little bit pricey but definitely the best park we found close to town. Seems safe easy in and out WiFi worked great would have given 5 stars if the laundry was open later. First post is from 2024 Stayed again in 2026 WiFi is slower and laundry is now open 9-5. They have done some work on the sites that's a plus
