The cabins are so close to one another I could hear the family of five all weekend. Cob webs behind beds. No privacy at all. Love KOA but not this one.

Not a bad place to stay a few nights. I stayed in a cabin and was overall good. Beds were a little uncomfy but all i needed was a place to sleep a couple nights.

I rented a campsite for my RV and a cabin for my daughter and her husband. They made sure we were close to each other. The cabin and site were clean and well maintained. The camp bathrooms were also very nice. This is our third time here.

For a family that are using KOA when they can, this particular one won a couple of ,"worst of". [Sorry to say]. It was the smallest cabin I can remember, definitely the smallest store, bed were quite so,so, same as the cabin surrounding. With all do respect, it was kind of a feeling that the owner was Scrooge. Anyway, there are other KOA in the St. LOUIS area. Next time, will check the others.

The location is in an industrial area and seemed a bit hidden. The Kamp Cabin was clean and nicely placed in a shaded and private at the end of a small turn in for Kabins. Close twalk o showers and pool and store. Enjoyed the pool and very clean restrooms. The best part of the location was the proximity to the Route 66 bridge over the Mississippi River, fun and nostalgic and historic.

Typical clean koa with friendly staff, could use more chairs or loungers around pool. The t.v didn’t work but I don’t use it most of the time anyway

The campground is located in a dirty run-down industrial zone. The interstate traffic noise is loud 24/7, there was tractor-trailer traffic immediately behind my cabin from some sort of depot, and there was a train that was so close, it sounded like it was also right next to my cabin every time it passed by repeatedly blowing its horn. The bed was also not intended for any adult taller than 6'.

Upon arrival everything looked nice and everyone was pleasant. I was in Kabin 1 and found myself walking all the way around the playground to use the facilities. The wi-fi only worked the night I checked in and would not allow me to connect at 7 am. I discovered 2 of the boards for the full bed were badly warped which made for a rough night of sleep. It was decent but not worth $77/night.

Stayed one night in a cabin. Staff was not very friendly. A VERY large group was two cabins down from us and were cursing and loud well past quiet hours (midnight) and I never saw staff addressing the matter. Disappointing. Playground is in a sorry state as well. Dirty and overgrown.

Nice lady at the front desk. Close and convenient to St Louis. Clean for the most part, but a lot of junk around that overshadows the good parts, for instance two run down single wide trailer houses right in the middle of the campground or the front lobby cluttered with storage. There's room for a lot of improvement.

I’ve stayed at this campground 3 times First 2 times in the Tent area and 3rd in a cabin every-time they have been wonderful very friendly staff. They accommodated me checking in late every time. The campground is very quiet at night with the exception of the trains passing through but not to the point of being uncomfortable. Very clean restrooms as well. I’ll definitely be back for sure.10/

I've stayed here once a year for the last 6 years. Each year the place gets a little more rundown than the year before. Trash, big sticks and even a mannequin head on a stick laying everywhere and the kids playground is so filthy I wouldn't let my worst enemies put their kids on it. Staff is friendly and the bathrooms are always clean but this place needs a renovation and people that care more.

Very clean and has a great playground. Water spigot is close to cabin, and not too long of a walk to the bath house. 6 person cabin didn't have benches or porch seating like the other cabins and only two outlets, so come prepared. Lots of traffic noise, and bring your own fan/heater for weather. They have one, but it doesn't heat or cool the whole cabin quickly. Overall, good, but come prepared.

Kanin was clean. AC cooled room well fon warm night. TV service was choppy, tried unplugging box to reset but still choppy. Internet didn’t work when I tried to log on,( said not connected). Didn’t stay long enough to be able to inform Kano so don’t know their response.

Cabin was clean. Campground was clean. But there was no coffee in the morning and the store was very lackluster. No Ice and the people working there were not forthcoming or helpful.

Cabin and bathroom were clean, but overall the campground looks "tired" - litter is around, weeds growing, peeling paint. Great potential and nice staff member.

We stayed in the air conditioned cabins and it was lovely. The beds were comfortable and the cabin was clean. The bathrooms were clean and spacious. The playground was a hit with the kids.

I rented cabin thinking we would have cable TV and internet services...there was neither even though I paid full price!!! Then I get an email stating I'm being charged $25 for smoking in cabin...we don't even smoke!! So no tv,no internet,pool was filthy and unsupervised children swimming,then charging me for something I didn't do....not good experience and really wanting a refund

I was really surprised after staying in various KOAs how this KOA appeared. The staff did not appear focused on us when we were checking in, there were so many various bugs and dirt in the bathroom, the beds in the cabins had dust/dirt on them and there were also many bugs and spiderwebs noticeable in the cabin. I’m aware that this was a campground, but I hadn’t seen a KOA like this before.

A lukewarm welcome - nearly deserted campground. Older KOA & looks it. Urinal in the newly upgraded men’s room was non-functioning & no wifi - no explanation and no apology. The trash bag had waste in it. The whole place seems to need rejuvenation. The bathroom/showers are good. The pool looked OK. The sign for the turnoff is nearly invisible. No lights at night. Needs upgrade to meet KOA standa

I really enjoyed staying here, we originally booked a tent site but due to the rain we were able to change our reservation to a cabin with Amanda's help. Everyone was very nice and accommodating when we showed up to check in, bathrooms were very clean, cabin was clean and had everything we needed. Thank you all for such a great first KOA experience! Will book again when we go back to St. Louis! :)

Well this koa was everything I didn’t expect! Pulling up it looked unlike a lot of koa’s I’ve previously stayed at. But we went in very opened minded. The cabin was completely Disgusting, from the thong that was under the bunk beds to the massive amount of dead bugs and lipstick I swept up. I understand staying in a cabin bugs are a huge possibility, you could tell the cabin wasn’t clean a

The cabin was nice but could use some upgrades. Like a small refrigerator and microwave. We stayed at one in Virginia that had that which was super great. They need to put gravel at the parking space. It rained and the parking space was a mud pit .there was lots of standing water all over the campground. It seems like they are not keeping up the campground.
