No TV, no internet, no campfires allowed by county. If I hadn't had my grandaughter with me it would of been fine. However, a 7 yr old needs tv and a tablet to keep them entertained after playground hrs are over. For the most part the staff wasn't very friendly. The bathrooms were very clean and well maintained as was out camping cabin.

Bathrooms were not cleaned and no toilet paper. When I brought that to an employees attention, I was told I was being disrespectful. I was illegally videotaped during the concern. The manager offered no support and suggested I was lying about the bathrooms. We will.not be coming g back to that location . Awful experience.i would like to be removed from the employees phone please.

Upon arrival to our cabin, the trash was still sitting in the trash bin. The bathrooms weren't cleaned daily, lack of toilet paper. Overall, this location seems pretty underfunded or mismanaged. But would not stay here again.

We were excited when we got there. There were lots of spider webs which I am used to, but after we got settled about 1-2 hours in bed we started feeling stuff crawling on us. We turned on the lights and found bed bugs everywhere. We ended up having to bag up everything we had in the cabin with us and had to go somewhere else to stay. Definitely will not be returning.

Questionable area, but KOA felt safe. Clean bathrooms with good water pressure. Nice pool. Lots of mosquitos.

Everything was great - clean cabin - clean bathrooms. It was an added bonus to watch a Hallmark movie in my cabin after a long day's drive.

The cabins are so close to one another I could hear the family of five all weekend. Cob webs behind beds. No privacy at all. Love KOA but not this one.

Not a bad place to stay a few nights. I stayed in a cabin and was overall good. Beds were a little uncomfy but all i needed was a place to sleep a couple nights.

I rented a campsite for my RV and a cabin for my daughter and her husband. They made sure we were close to each other. The cabin and site were clean and well maintained. The camp bathrooms were also very nice. This is our third time here.

For a family that are using KOA when they can, this particular one won a couple of ,"worst of". [Sorry to say]. It was the smallest cabin I can remember, definitely the smallest store, bed were quite so,so, same as the cabin surrounding. With all do respect, it was kind of a feeling that the owner was Scrooge. Anyway, there are other KOA in the St. LOUIS area. Next time, will check the others.

The location is in an industrial area and seemed a bit hidden. The Kamp Cabin was clean and nicely placed in a shaded and private at the end of a small turn in for Kabins. Close twalk o showers and pool and store. Enjoyed the pool and very clean restrooms. The best part of the location was the proximity to the Route 66 bridge over the Mississippi River, fun and nostalgic and historic.

The campground is located in a dirty run-down industrial zone. The interstate traffic noise is loud 24/7, there was tractor-trailer traffic immediately behind my cabin from some sort of depot, and there was a train that was so close, it sounded like it was also right next to my cabin every time it passed by repeatedly blowing its horn. The bed was also not intended for any adult taller than 6'.

Upon arrival everything looked nice and everyone was pleasant. I was in Kabin 1 and found myself walking all the way around the playground to use the facilities. The wi-fi only worked the night I checked in and would not allow me to connect at 7 am. I discovered 2 of the boards for the full bed were badly warped which made for a rough night of sleep. It was decent but not worth $77/night.

Stayed one night in a cabin. Staff was not very friendly. A VERY large group was two cabins down from us and were cursing and loud well past quiet hours (midnight) and I never saw staff addressing the matter. Disappointing. Playground is in a sorry state as well. Dirty and overgrown.

Nice lady at the front desk. Close and convenient to St Louis. Clean for the most part, but a lot of junk around that overshadows the good parts, for instance two run down single wide trailer houses right in the middle of the campground or the front lobby cluttered with storage. There's room for a lot of improvement.

I’ve stayed at this campground 3 times First 2 times in the Tent area and 3rd in a cabin every-time they have been wonderful very friendly staff. They accommodated me checking in late every time. The campground is very quiet at night with the exception of the trains passing through but not to the point of being uncomfortable. Very clean restrooms as well. I’ll definitely be back for sure.10/

I've stayed here once a year for the last 6 years. Each year the place gets a little more rundown than the year before. Trash, big sticks and even a mannequin head on a stick laying everywhere and the kids playground is so filthy I wouldn't let my worst enemies put their kids on it. Staff is friendly and the bathrooms are always clean but this place needs a renovation and people that care more.

Very clean and has a great playground. Water spigot is close to cabin, and not too long of a walk to the bath house. 6 person cabin didn't have benches or porch seating like the other cabins and only two outlets, so come prepared. Lots of traffic noise, and bring your own fan/heater for weather. They have one, but it doesn't heat or cool the whole cabin quickly. Overall, good, but come prepared.
