Lots unlevel definitely have a drainage issue walked through water setting then walked through it agin going to car. Next morning not much changed.

Was guided where to park at the site. Had some rain and the whole ground flooded right were door is to go in and out. Made it very difficult for the weekend. They should have guided to have door on other side.

It was smaller than most we stayed at recently but big on friendliness and help. The ladies running it made us feel at home.

0 for the route we had to take. Wouldn’t want to drive there again. Inner city driving was terrible. 5 for the staff. It had been pouring rain and our spot was flooded. The lady got us a different spot on higher ground and we could still order pizza from IMO’s (great pizza & wings). The staff had a terrible night trying to accommodate guests. This KOA needs better drainage

Well it was nice but with it being 100+ degrees outside it was hot in our cabin all 3 days besides at night & you guys dont have a fire pit but besides that I would stay again....

We wanted a tent site, were told none available yet all were was empty during our one night stay. We were charged more to stay in a rv spot that had no picnic table and was on a septic drainfield. We were awaken at 6:30 AM to the very loud sound of multiple chain saws and the smell of diesel fumes to find our spot surrounded by 3 or 4 tree trimming trucks sawing away. No apology or explanation….

Our site had good shade but was difficult to get leveled. The wifi was of such poor service you could not get the internet to connect to use a computer or Roku. Convenient place to stay to see the sites in St. Louis.

Loved the shady sites and the bath house. wish pool had loungers instead of just chairs. I had to lay on the cement. The only negative is some staff. They project frustration and anger. A younger large woman there especially. Another older woman sighed and looked disgusted with what she had to do in her job. I don't know if they were owners or employees but they obviously are not happy people.

The Good: Friendly check-in Staff; excellent Welcome Brochure with directions to attractions, Walmart, and even emergency Veterinary information. The Bad: Not a big-rig friendly campground - it is big-rig tolerable: older large trees between sites, tight corners, entrance/exit to campground is one lane wide; employees walk through occupied sites as a cut-through. Seamed safe; stayed at worse.

Nice little KOA. The cabin was clean & easy to get to. bathrooms & showers were clean and functional. Office stayed open an hour later for the late arrivals.

Staff were very friendly and efficient. The bathrooms were very clean and we loved the soft water. The pool was very good, too.

This is a basic campground but nicely maintained. The pool was just enough to cool off, the sites are fairly level and smallish but good. It’s a perfect place to stay if you just need a home base while exploring St Louis and the area. Also, nice clean bathrooms and showers.

Surrounded by industrial businesses and abandoned parking lots! Felt unsafe. Campground onsite has abandoned trailers, piles of debris, piles of tree branches/limbs etc. All invites for mice and rats, eyesores. Laundry facilities only open 9am-6pm, when most people are out and about. No trash cans throughout grounds. Bathrooms/ showers nice and clean, except for bad campers not flushing toilets.

Only one operational bathroom stall is not acceptable. It was Father’s Day weekend and we were lining up. I’m not complaining but did they have to build it near the industrial center???

My first impression when we turned onto the Rios’s that brings you to the park was not a good one. The park is surrounded by all industrial parking lots of tanker trucks, school buses, etc. When you turned into the park it was neat and inviting. Staff was pleasant and the facilities clean. This is a great location for going into St. Louis for sightseeing and close to the westbound roads.

The front office couldn't figure out how to use my points, so I gave up. The escort to the site didn't even wait to see if I was good on the site before leaving without a word.

The people were very helpful and pleasant. The only complaint that we had was the mats in the shower. They have poke your feet and they hurt. So I only shower 1 day, because I couldnt stand it and I had no shower shoes. Other than that it was a very pleasant stay. Thank you

This campground is in a beautiful spot, very clean. The staff was very friendly. With all that being said, the disappointing part was while it was stated to me quiet hours began at 10 I was still listening to very loud music hollering singing until nearly 1130 at night unfortunately because of this I won’t recommend this particular KOA to any people in the future, and I will not stay here again

It was a good stop for a quick over night stay for us. Sites where easy to get into. Had a minor annoyance with some tree branches but nothing that did any damage. The office staff were cheerful and helpful. Its not a vacation destination but you can go see the arch if you want to brave st louis traffic lol.

The only thing nice I can say is the employees are very friendly. The facility is awful. It’s in a trashy neighborhood. Our parking space didn’t even look like a parking space. It felt like they were just stuffing us somewhere. It was just grass and it rained all weekend so it was mud hole. And we were parked right next to a backyard fence so that was our view every morning.

So much room for improvement!! The dumpiest KOA I’ve been to by far. You should be ashamed of yourselves for charging as much as you do at this place. At least spend some of that money cleaning the place up.

Very helpful staff. There are trains that go by periodically and blow their horns at least four times during each passing, so if you're staying in a tent bring earplugs.

I can't rate the rooms as we had our own camper. This campground had friendly staff, clean bathrooms and showers, a refreshing pool after a hot day spent outside and our kids loved the jump pad. Very close to the city but safe (don't let google maps make you think otherwise). Close to train tracks but wasn't to loud for us. We'd stay again if in the area.

Looking for a RV site close to the attractions in St Louis, found this park wasn't to sure about it after reading the previous reviews but we pulled in without a reservation. Desk crew was very helpful and was in a site in just a few minutes. Good gravel interior roads full hookups, cabins and tent sites also. Park is located in an industrial area but once you are in the park you wouldn't know it. Pool, propane, laundry closes at 6pm, clean bathrooms with showers. 10 miles from the Arch 4 miles from Chain of Rocks bridge. Like all KOAs it's a little bit pricey but definitely the best park we found close to town. Seems safe easy in and out WiFi worked great would have given 5 stars if the laundry was open later. First post is from 2024 Stayed again in 2026 WiFi is slower and laundry is now open 9-5. They have done some work on the sites that's a plus
