Staff was extremely helpful and friendly, gladly refunded one day off our stay when we had to leave early. The facilities were clean and well kept, the grounds also well maintained, our dogs love the dog activity area, they provide free poo bags to pickup after your animals and a disposal canister. Will stay again when we are up that way.

I have never seen such a run down campsite. People were nice enough but would be better if they had something to work with. The grounds were terrible. The store was ill equipped. No grass just weeds. I believe we stayed at 10 KOA,s on this trip and this was the worst. I would not ever stay here again.

Decent proximity to St Louis, and Cahokia mound site was awesome (just minutes from campground). Sites level and long, but tight and narrow. Had to pick between our picnic table over neighbor’s sewer and water connections, or at the end of site by driveway. Bathrooms OK. Laundry hours limited for a Journey (9am-6pm), especially with 3:00 checkin, and small - could use more machines.

Something was messed up with our reservation, as we arrived a day earlier than noted. The staff hustled and bustled and found us a spot, when the reservation system said none existed. This was a big help to us as other options would have been limited and we may have cancelled our entire stay. Really appreciate the help.

Bad location - different from most parks that have been stayed at. Advertised cable TV but when connected did not have voice only picture when asked was told it was new high tech cable and probably had too old TV (2 yrs old) try and mess with settings, nothing worked. Have not had this problem at any KOA and we stayed at alot from Michigan to Florida to Arizona and back to Michigan.

Park really needs some upgrades. It is old and tired. The dog park is very small and the fence is not in good shape. The was a lot of dog feces on the ground. I was back by the maintenance shed. Not very attractive. Small sites.the picnic table was old and full of splinters .However the people were friendly and the bathrooms clean.

The free WiFi was amazing! Best free WiFi we’ve ever experienced at an RV park in 10 years of travel! Friendly staff. Love the escort! Wish everyone did this.

Upon arrival everything looked nice and everyone was pleasant. I was in Kabin 1 and found myself walking all the way around the playground to use the facilities. The wi-fi only worked the night I checked in and would not allow me to connect at 7 am. I discovered 2 of the boards for the full bed were badly warped which made for a rough night of sleep. It was decent but not worth $77/night.

It was very nice. The kids enjoyed the pool and the jumping pillow. It was a quiet park and very well kept, I’ll certainly be back.

Our site was great and the location is good. The overall feel of the campground is that it lacks upkeep. The staff was great. Seems like it is more of an overnight stop than a camping destination. We would definitely stay there again when going through the St Louis area.

Somebody should tell you that you are parked where fuel tankers are and near a racetrack which is loud. Why would you put a campsite in that location I don't understand

Signs to the park was hard to find. Once there getting into the correct area to park was difficult. Had to leave park and come back in to get to correct area.

Place is very unkept. Looks rundown. Thought office was closed on arrival. Very dark inside. In an industrial area. Probably the worst KOA I have ever stayed in. Recommend you either close it or remove the KOA franchise from the campground.

Ok for one night or two no more price to high wifi good but cable no good not friendly cable system you cannot use unless you have a new tv 2020 and newer They should support all tv with cable not the case and staff does not care.

Nice and clean place but did not feel secure, no fencing could walk 60 ft to the open roadway. No coded locks on the shower rooms.

The best KOA we've stayed at. A lot of activities for kids and adults alike. So so happy there is an on site saloon with fabulous food and drinks. They also have a little ice cream shop. The RV Spaces are very nice and large. Best of all we got to see fireflies in the open field at night.

Looking for a RV site close to the attractions in St Louis, found this park wasn't to sure about it after reading the previous reviews but we pulled in without a reservation. Desk crew was very helpful and was in a site in just a few minutes. Good gravel interior roads full hookups, cabins and tent sites also. Park is located in an industrial area but once you are in the park you wouldn't know it. Pool, propane, laundry closes at 6pm, clean bathrooms with showers. 10 miles from the Arch 4 miles from Chain of Rocks bridge. Like all KOAs it's a little bit pricey but definitely the best park we found close to town. Seems safe easy in and out WiFi worked great would have given 5 stars if the laundry was open later.
