Very convenient especially for a one night stay. The staff was very friendly.enjoyed the pool as well. The park needs attention to the grounds. Mow the grass, weed wack areas, and trim the trees/bushes. Some progress is being made with new site gravel. Could be a very nice park. But again, needs attention to detail.

We were glad that we had the use of a covering at our tent camp site because there were severe thunderstorms while we were there. The staff made us feel very welcome. The pool was very refreshing when it wasn’t raining. They locked it during the thunderstorms for safety reasons.

Campground definitely needs some upgrades. Not at all well maintained. Without a doubt this was the worse KOA we have ever stayed at. Not worthy of the KOA name. It is right beside a railway track and located in a busy industrial park with big trucks roaring by all the time. Peaceful is not in the books. The staff were very friendly when we checked in

We enjoyed our stay there. Nice campground, not many places locally you can take your dog to. But pool was great, laundry room nice and clean. Whole park is clean and well kept.

The location is awful in a horrible part of town. The campground is ok, but they dump gravel in the sites and dont spread it iyt so there are water catch basins as a result right where you step out of the camper. Turned into a muddy mess when it rained.

The staff was very helpful booking our same day reservation. Our site was clean and the campground had nice amenities- especially the laundry room. We appreciated and took advantage of the rep’s advice to book tickets for the Gateway Arch tram ride. If it weren’t for her, we would have missed out on a great experience. Once again, KOA didn’t disappoint.

The manager, Shelley, was very helpful and even stayed late to make sure we would get into our spot OK. Very easy pull in and has a lot of good amenities.

Staff was Amazingly HELPFUL the only thing that wasn't perfect was the Dog Park: No Poop Bags and the Poop Bag disposal bin was SO FULL of waste bags Flys were swarming in it !!!

It was quiet and clean. Amber and Shelly in the office were friendly and helpful. The pool was delightful. Very relaxing evening on the road.

We have traveled to several KOA’s through out the country and would definitely recommend this one to others. Although it sits in an industrial center it is tucked away and private. It was very clean and the staff were awesome!

Nice quiet camp ground. Area very clean and kept up. Rest rooms very clean. Showers had plenty hot water and pressure

It was the last minute reservation, campground was clean and quiet, staff was courteous. I did not use any of the facilities.

Dog park needs some equipment, like agility dog walk, weave poles, etc., and more space. Adding mini golf would be nice, too, for people. Showers are nice but spray is super fast only.

Sites were close, fine for overnight. Roads were tight to get around in a big rig. Pool was ok. Not a nice area, thought we were driving into an industrial area.

Needed to find a mobile RV repair person and they pointed us in the right direction to someone who was fantastic. Office was very understanding of our situation and worked with us on keeping us comfortable until the repairs were completed.

My second stay here. The staff is really nice. Gave directions to the arch. Not far from St. Louis. Bathrooms are clean. Sites are nice and level. Escort to the site must of been having a bad day. We all have them. He not very friendly

Really nice staff, but it seems the wifi gets shut off or gets turned down in strength when office closes and get turned back on temporarily when office opens. Very frustrating. Also, although the patrons here were very quiet, it's an industrial area and they work all day and all night making heavy equipment and big truck noises. Did not sleep well here. Liked the shade trees.

Easy check-in, staff was helpful. Showers and bathrooms were new and clean. Internet was almost nonexistent as I couldn’t even check my email on it. Sewer hookups are old school as they are at the very end of the site and you need at least 20 foot of hose to hookup. Only stayed overnight so wasn’t as big a deal as if we were there a week to see the town.

We rolled in and we spent the night. The reservation system was easy and I made it about five hours earlier before our arrival. The bathrooms were very clean and supplied well. We only spent the night but everything was just fine. I would stay here again if I were coming this way no problem.

Stay was fine. Location was quiet. Campground is not well maintained or customer presentable with piles of gravel and various equipment around the campground.

Great campground was very nice with new cement pads for the table & chairs, two rocking chairs and a Weber grill. Friendly staff and very helpful.

It was a good stay for one night as we traveled through. Campsites were a little small for a large fifth wheel and our front door was adjacent to our neighbors front door with little room between. The staff was extremely friendly. Campground was clean and the bathrooms were fine.

The place was fine. However, the office staff needs to be a bit more knowledgeable about where to get propane for motorhomes. We were sent to ILMO. Had to go to Coleman.

The location is awful. The facility closed and hour earlier than advertised. Their recommendations were terrible. Their dog area is a joke. The entire place is a little run down. We will not be returning and this is not a place I will recommend in my travel business. Little surprised it's a KOA.

Very helpful staff. There are trains that go by periodically and blow their horns at least four times during each passing, so if you're staying in a tent bring earplugs.

I can't rate the rooms as we had our own camper. This campground had friendly staff, clean bathrooms and showers, a refreshing pool after a hot day spent outside and our kids loved the jump pad. Very close to the city but safe (don't let google maps make you think otherwise). Close to train tracks but wasn't to loud for us. We'd stay again if in the area.

Looking for a RV site close to the attractions in St Louis, found this park wasn't to sure about it after reading the previous reviews but we pulled in without a reservation. Desk crew was very helpful and was in a site in just a few minutes. Good gravel interior roads full hookups, cabins and tent sites also. Park is located in an industrial area but once you are in the park you wouldn't know it. Pool, propane, laundry closes at 6pm, clean bathrooms with showers. 10 miles from the Arch 4 miles from Chain of Rocks bridge. Like all KOAs it's a little bit pricey but definitely the best park we found close to town. Seems safe easy in and out WiFi worked great would have given 5 stars if the laundry was open later. First post is from 2024 Stayed again in 2026 WiFi is slower and laundry is now open 9-5. They have done some work on the sites that's a plus
