The only complaint would be a bathroom complaint, because the only bathrooms are attached to the office. They do need another location within the campgrounds. Other than that, it's the usual experience, very nice! Great Staff!

Came in after hours and was left a map marked to find my site! Very relieved to have a KOA that I can go to halfway thru my trip! Not far from gas stations.

The property was heavily rain saturated which did not do much for the appeal. I also reserved a spot with 50 amp service. The one given to me was only 30amp. I never heard from the location on resolving that (relocation to a 50 amp site or some form of compensation).

The campground is very nice and well kept. We were a little dubious about the location which is surrounded by industrial /commercial type development. It did turn out to be the perfect location for our visit to Chain of Rocks Bridge.

It's definitely not the most beautiful KOA but the VERY caring staff jumped into action during medical issue with my Uncle. Very appreciative of their kindness and compassion.

We reserved a 2 room cabin for 2 nights, but the air conditioner broke so moved to 1 room cabin with air. We were a little tight with 3 adults and 1 kid in the 1 room cabin but we made it work. The campground was very generous and comped us 1 night because air conditioner wasn't fixed for the 2nd night. We would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Quick 2 night stay to visit the Gateway Arch in St. Louis. Nice family run park. Roads and sites have been recently upgraded with fresh stone. Wifi worked fine and we had absolutely zero problems. Plenty of off air TV channels. Good cell phone coverage. Another bonus is a Waffle House right down the street. We would stay here again if we ever come back to visit St. Louis.

Very nice staff, clean park but improvements being made. No real downside except the race track nearby. But to be honest, it wasn’t that bad. I’d easily stay here again!

Friendly staff, campground is mostly gravel and quiet. The train comes by once in a while but I found that enjoyable.

Very convenient location. Drone view looks like it’s in the middle of a huge industrial area. It is, but it’s surrounded be trees so you can’t see that area. It’s quiet and nicely kept. It’s on our list of ‘be backs’.

I can’t say enough about the staff at the. St. Louis/Granite City KOA. We had a broken leaf spring on our trailer and ended up having to stay an extra 4 days. Schelly was Very helpful and accommodating in giving us suggestions on who the contact about getting the part we needed. We would come back in a minute.

The pool was shut down hours before dusk and with the high humidity, it needs to stay open. Very cool stuff in the koa store! The staff was extremely helpful. Very nice staff!

Yes the pool was closed due to a blown gasket on the pump. We cant run it that way so we closed it. We got the part the next morning and replaced it. Unfortunately with the weather conditions it took 2 days for the pool to be clear and safe for campers to use. Safety first. Sorry.

Need more KOA signs. It was hard to know we were going to the right place. Bath rooms were clean, and had quality toilet paper!��� Staff was very friendly.

Very clean campground. Staff were very friendly. Heated pool. Only negative I would say is location. Set behind industrial park. You could not see it because of fencing and brush around the grounds. So it wasn’t that bad. Get place to stay if you’re going to the Gateway park. Our site was up in the shaded area near the fenced Dog Park.

We just stayed overnight, but this is a great place to stay if you want to visit St Louis. It is close enough to all attractions but far enough to just enjoy peace and quiet. The flyer they give you has all the attractions on it plus how to get to each one.

Super hot and the wonderful office staff made sure I had a spot with shade. Only about 20 minutes from the Gateway Arch and quite with clean bathrooms.

Just one night; Put me in a pull thru long enough to fit Motorhome and catamaran. Though the area had substantial rain, my site had standing water and mud on my door side; If I had seen it before leveling, I would have asked for a dryer spot, since many were still open, to include the following morning. Pool was great, along with restroom. Staff was very friendly!

The KOA is located in an industrial area but close enough to make a trip in to see the attractions in St. Louis. The parking area is gravel, and the grass could be better maintained, but overall, not a bad stay.

Very helpful staff. There are trains that go by periodically and blow their horns at least four times during each passing, so if you're staying in a tent bring earplugs.

I can't rate the rooms as we had our own camper. This campground had friendly staff, clean bathrooms and showers, a refreshing pool after a hot day spent outside and our kids loved the jump pad. Very close to the city but safe (don't let google maps make you think otherwise). Close to train tracks but wasn't to loud for us. We'd stay again if in the area.

Looking for a RV site close to the attractions in St Louis, found this park wasn't to sure about it after reading the previous reviews but we pulled in without a reservation. Desk crew was very helpful and was in a site in just a few minutes. Good gravel interior roads full hookups, cabins and tent sites also. Park is located in an industrial area but once you are in the park you wouldn't know it. Pool, propane, laundry closes at 6pm, clean bathrooms with showers. 10 miles from the Arch 4 miles from Chain of Rocks bridge. Like all KOAs it's a little bit pricey but definitely the best park we found close to town. Seems safe easy in and out WiFi worked great would have given 5 stars if the laundry was open later. First post is from 2024 Stayed again in 2026 WiFi is slower and laundry is now open 9-5. They have done some work on the sites that's a plus
