Front desk personal was not very friendly. Site was not level. New gravel but it was not very wide we ended up half on the gravel half off after sharp turn into site. We were in site 19 and somebody else had a hard time getting out leaving several ruts in grass. Other sites without new gravel look wider and more level.

It is close to the highway and easy to get anywhere but the biggest plus is the people behind the desk. They were helpful with making suggestions and just overall very pleasant to converse with.

I gave a low score because the lady who took my reservation and met us when we arrived was very unfriendly and unprofessional. I have worked in tourism and at campgrounds and her attitude spoke volumes. The park itself looked to be well maintained and clean. Easy in and out. Level spots

The property was easy to navigate, seemed well kept and the staff was friendly. We just needed an overnight place and it did a great job. Would stay there again if we were passing thru again.

Great place to stay in St Louis, close to Gateway Arch, Cardinal Stadium, downtown etc. Perfect place for World Wide Raceway !

To start, the woman that took our reservation via the phone was curt. Like she had no time! Their store and facilities look like an old sleep-away camp! The campground itself is old and unkept. Picnic tables are rusted and beat up. The smell from the sewers is here and there as you walk around. Plus the spots are very close. The place, including the employees, needs a complete overhaul.

We checked in after hours, 2 nd time staying here on this return trip. Heard 2 explosions of some sort throughout the night. The entrance and grounds could use some touch up as this KOA is hidden behind what looks to be a junk yard and and old parking lots! Scary looking!

Campground is a bit dated but clean. Showers and bathrooms need to be tore down and rebuilt. Just to bring them up to date. But they are usable and clean. This place will work for a nite or two.

I wish I could say good but when we pulled in there was garbage over flowing the dumpster. Only a few parking pads for way more tent sites. When we left the next morning stopped in the store and were not even greeted and no coffee available.

The Wifi was very weak, so it wasn't usable and/or kept buffering for much of our stay. There was a nice pool. Sites were so close together that we could not put out our awning or sit outside. There are no fire rings. Picnic tables were there but not enough room to use them.

We very much enjoy this KOA park. It is very well maintained, clean, safe, with lots of amenities and a great staff. St. Louis arch and Cahokia Mounds is nearby.

This is an older campground in an industrial area. It was very adequate for our overnight stay. Even over Labor Day weekend it wasn’t very crowded. It was quiet except for an occasional train.

Our stay was great! The campground was clean and well maintained, surrounded by trees. It was a peaceful, relaxing place for our overnight stay. The bathrooms and showers were spotless! We will definitely stay again.

We stayed for two nights. We were in town to see the cardinals game. It was a quiet campground and it was easy to relax. we got an Uber easliy to SL but had a little wait to catch a ride back. It's about 20 minutes out of the city. Close to a Walmart but nothing within walking distance.

Upon check in, we were told this was the hottest day of the year. So they drive us past all the shaded spots to an "open field" with only 1 your immature tree. We were miserable and our camper AC unit couldn't keep up with the heat of 101 degrees. I'm sure they don't like 1 night stayovers......but please, we are people too. very dissapoinging.

The staff were very friendly, and the campground was nice. We were right by where a big dump truck unloaded a truckload of dirt at 8 am which was really loud. Loved that IMO’s Pizza delivered right to our site!

The camping area was nice, the staff was nice. It was like a little piece of heaven in the middle of a sad sad town, shopping local made me miss home, i would not mind staying again but i will make sure i have what i need and to never shop local.

We’ve stayed at 6 KOAs in 6 months with great experiences—until the St. Louis N.E. / I-270 / Granite City KOA. Our cabin had cobwebs and felt run-down, the grounds were unkept, staff unfriendly, and the pool was green and dirty �Ͻ. We won’t return. For a great stay, try the Eureka, MO KOA by Six Flags—we’ve been 3 times and loved it!

Very helpful staff. There are trains that go by periodically and blow their horns at least four times during each passing, so if you're staying in a tent bring earplugs.

I can't rate the rooms as we had our own camper. This campground had friendly staff, clean bathrooms and showers, a refreshing pool after a hot day spent outside and our kids loved the jump pad. Very close to the city but safe (don't let google maps make you think otherwise). Close to train tracks but wasn't to loud for us. We'd stay again if in the area.

Looking for a RV site close to the attractions in St Louis, found this park wasn't to sure about it after reading the previous reviews but we pulled in without a reservation. Desk crew was very helpful and was in a site in just a few minutes. Good gravel interior roads full hookups, cabins and tent sites also. Park is located in an industrial area but once you are in the park you wouldn't know it. Pool, propane, laundry closes at 6pm, clean bathrooms with showers. 10 miles from the Arch 4 miles from Chain of Rocks bridge. Like all KOAs it's a little bit pricey but definitely the best park we found close to town. Seems safe easy in and out WiFi worked great would have given 5 stars if the laundry was open later. First post is from 2024 Stayed again in 2026 WiFi is slower and laundry is now open 9-5. They have done some work on the sites that's a plus
