Park was clean. Our site was level so didn’t have to unhook from the truck. Close to the interstate. Staff was very friendly and there was biscuits n gravy available up for purchase for breakfast.

We’ve stayed at many KOA’s across the country and this KOA would be tied for our least liked. The staff were friendly, they have a nice pool and park for kids. The sites are very close to one another, there was some trash around the very small area of grass, at our site, and the KOA is in an industrial park area.

I was only there for a couple of hours because it was sooooo hot, but that is not the campground's fault. The front desk was very nice.

The campground was located in a very unappealing area. The campground was not kept up at all. There was no activity in terms of upkeep on a daily basis. We assume it was the owner's quarters near the office, very run down. There were some sort of tanks by the pool. We were extremely disappointed. We were busy with outside events so we were glad we did not have to spend much time there.

Decent campgrounds. Clean. Chemical smell from nearby business would have kept me inside if the heat didn’t. I am very sensitive to smell so maybe it was just me. Only time it was o k was when no wind

After reading some reviews, I was a little apprehensive about staying here. There were a number of “worst KOA we’ve ever stayed at” which made me think the author’s didn’t have much camping experience. It was ok. They padlock the pool ar dusk. I understand that they don't want kids going swimming at dark, but an adult should be able to go swimming anytime. Some showers were hot, others were kinda cold. Inconsistencies in the showers. 1 of the women's bathrooms was clogged up. Not the best KOA that we've stayed at.

Boise at night. I was told it might be the company behind the campground working at night. Would be nice to open before 9am too for access the store before leaving. Maybe 7:30 or 8:00.

Very very rough. Place does not meet KOA standards. No internet. Limited amenities. Bad location. Too far from St Louis. Very disappointed.

This camp is down an rather industrial looking road, but it is amazingly quiet. There is a train track not for but again no issues with train noise. The staff is friendly and efficient, we were guided to our spot which was nice, level and pretty roomy. I would stay here again if in the area.

One of the worst KOA’s we have stayed in. Did not justify the KOA name or cost! Poorly kept sites and roads in bad shape. Because of extreme heat and arrival in early afternoon, we asked to move to a shady spot. Told because we booked on line, we had no choice, and they were completely full for the night. Which was not true. Eventually another staff member allowed us to move.

I was really surprised after staying in various KOAs how this KOA appeared. The staff did not appear focused on us when we were checking in, there were so many various bugs and dirt in the bathroom, the beds in the cabins had dust/dirt on them and there were also many bugs and spiderwebs noticeable in the cabin. I’m aware that this was a campground, but I hadn’t seen a KOA like this before.

We are KOA members and stay at KOA's across the US. This was by far the worst KOA that we stayed at. Cars coming in and out of the campground all evening. NO wi-fi when the website said it does have wi-fi. Not very clean. Staff not friendly.

Not very friendly staff. Doesn't seem like there has been any reinvestment in the property for quite some time. Was not completely horrible but will pick another location next time.

The wifi was down for supposedly 4 days prior to us arriving. It didn't work for the 2 days we were there. The excuse was the staff couldnt get ahold of the service provider. The park and jumping pillow were covered in mildew. There was trash all throughout the park area including old shoes, socks, cups, paper plates, and trash that was run over by the lawn mower.

A lukewarm welcome - nearly deserted campground. Older KOA & looks it. Urinal in the newly upgraded men’s room was non-functioning & no wifi - no explanation and no apology. The trash bag had waste in it. The whole place seems to need rejuvenation. The bathroom/showers are good. The pool looked OK. The sign for the turnoff is nearly invisible. No lights at night. Needs upgrade to meet KOA standa

Looking for a RV site close to the attractions in St Louis, found this park wasn't to sure about it after reading the previous reviews but we pulled in without a reservation. Desk crew was very helpful and was in a site in just a few minutes. Good gravel interior roads full hookups, cabins and tent sites also. Park is located in an industrial area but once you are in the park you wouldn't know it. Pool, propane, laundry closes at 6pm, clean bathrooms with showers. 10 miles from the Arch 4 miles from Chain of Rocks bridge. Like all KOAs it's a little bit pricey but definitely the best park we found close to town. Seems safe easy in and out WiFi worked great would have given 5 stars if the laundry was open later.
