The check in person was kind and professional. The site and park was exceptionally clean and the bathrooms and hand held shower area was like that of a nice hotel. Very impressed.

This campground was very unkept. There are a lot of permanent or what seem to be permanent residents that leave the area trashy. We were not impressed with the campground at all. The bathrooms also had showers that didn't work. We will most certainly be staying at the other KOA in STL by Six Flags the next time we come to STL. This campground was not up to the KOA standards that we expect.

Easy check in nice small campground with pool. The only negatives I had is laundry room closes too early for coming in early evening, the men's room only has 1 stall which caused lines to form and the men's room seemed to have issues with the ac. Sometimes it was on and mostly off.

We were passing through on our way home after having stayed at KOA’s from the west coast to the east and back .We did not relieve a welcome text or email telling us no one would be around on the fourth of july. We didn’t expect anyone due to the holiday.The fire pit was full of garbage and unusable . The cable cords were uncut so no TV. A bit run down looking.

The KOA itself probably was okay but the location was awful. We parked and headed probably 10 mins into town to grab a bite and see the arch. the area is terribly run down, and did not feel safe. We were only 4 hrs from our next stop so we decided to not stay, we packed up and left, w/o staying the night.

We were not notified that there was no internet and they had our phone # and email. Only given $2.00 discount for inconvience. Site given to us would not accommodate our utility placement, had to request different site. Just didn't feel it was up to Koa standsrds.

Having stayed here before we were disappointed that the overall condition of the park has deteriorated since our last visit. We also went to the office to inquire about problems with the internet and were told it was up and running ok. After stating again that we had no access they finally had someone check it and confirmed it was "down", We were then told there was nothing they could do.

The campground is fine. The location is not as its right beside a railroad track. It also seemed to be in a old neglected area. Campground was fine. We were only there for one night and it worked well for us. Staff was nice as well.

It did the job. By that I mean I had power, water & sewer hookup at my campsite. The site was fairly level. I was very disappointed with the photos on the website versus the reality of the camground. This campground is in a BAD area of town. The basketball court, was a bent pole from Wal-mart with no net. The pool was ok, not big and it was clean. Overall this was the worst KOA I have seen.

I rented cabin thinking we would have cable TV and internet services...there was neither even though I paid full price!!! Then I get an email stating I'm being charged $25 for smoking in cabin...we don't even smoke!! So no tv,no internet,pool was filthy and unsupervised children swimming,then charging me for something I didn't do....not good experience and really wanting a refund

The staff were friendly, but the wifl was out and the company working on it tore up the cable tv, so it was out! No adjustment was offered. The location while quiet was near a train track and in a very industrial area. Nothing to do or see nearby. Just not our thing

The place is pretty run down. It’s surrounded by industrial area. Kind of a weird spot for a Koa. Pool area was clean my grandson enjoyed it with my husband. It rained during the night and the site was very very muddy. Sorry but would not stay there again

They should have told me when I called and told them I was going to the Arch that you needed to purchase tickets to go up in it. Very disappointing as I told them specifically that we were coming to see the Arch.

Park was clean. Our site was level so didn’t have to unhook from the truck. Close to the interstate. Staff was very friendly and there was biscuits n gravy available up for purchase for breakfast.

Looking for a RV site close to the attractions in St Louis, found this park wasn't to sure about it after reading the previous reviews but we pulled in without a reservation. Desk crew was very helpful and was in a site in just a few minutes. Good gravel interior roads full hookups, cabins and tent sites also. Park is located in an industrial area but once you are in the park you wouldn't know it. Pool, propane, laundry closes at 6pm, clean bathrooms with showers. 10 miles from the Arch 4 miles from Chain of Rocks bridge. Like all KOAs it's a little bit pricey but definitely the best park we found close to town. Seems safe easy in and out WiFi worked great would have given 5 stars if the laundry was open later.
