Was not put in spot that we were charged for. When asked they did move us to 50amp spot. Bugs were terrible, could not be out in the evening without getting eaten up. Would assume maintenance of the grounds would include spraying. Location is wonderful for STL activities. Would have loved to walk some trails as described but when asked front office did not seem to know.

Uncontrolled barking dogs ( at times off lead), we have two dogs and don’t appreciate when others don’t control them (or children). Sites are VERY close together. Okay in a pinch, but only a pinch.

Not exactly the best setting for a RV park. In the middle of a noisy industrial area. The dog park is small not cleaned up very well. I thought the purpose of a dog park was to let your pet run off-Ieash to get some exercise. It served its purpose for the 2 nights we were there. Probably not be going back to this one.

The staff was outrageously rude at check in. They said they would show us our spot. We waited about 5 minutes and they never came out. The rows aren't marked so we drove around a bit until we finally found our spot. Went to do laundry first thing and it wasn't open yet. Sat until the girl came. Asked where the light switch was and got a snarky, I'm getting to it. Just wanted to know where it was,

You have to come through an area of tankers and huge storage tanks. Campground seemed old, tired and needs work. Our campsite was okay for an overnight but not for several nights.

Very noisy with the industrial area next door plus all the trucks, buses going up and down the road. Staff were nice. Strange office hours closed from 11-2 most days Laundry room was clean.

This is a hard one for me to rate. Staying at so many KOAs on my long road trip, you really see the difference. I was going to rate lower but after a full day, finally seeing the staff and they ended up mowing the dog area and the grounds, I can rate higher. The location is surrounded by industrial parks and train, so be prepared for noise.

We were excited when we got there. There were lots of spider webs which I am used to, but after we got settled about 1-2 hours in bed we started feeling stuff crawling on us. We turned on the lights and found bed bugs everywhere. We ended up having to bag up everything we had in the cabin with us and had to go somewhere else to stay. Definitely will not be returning.

Very nice facility. Convenient location. Took advantage of the late checkout option to visit Gateway Arch National Park. The only negative is the closing for laundry - not much time between arrival time and laundry facility closing time. Most places have much later laundry closing or 24/7 laundry.

The place did the job, we had full hook ups and a place to park the camper to sleep for the night. Not super well up kept and really nothing close to eat or see. Staff was okay, not stellar customer service and the bounce pad had to be plugged in next to our site which meant an extension cord running through our site. Oh, and trains and highway noise is abundant.

Like many other KOAs, this one too has fallen into disrepair and upkeep is minimal. Even though it was the Friday of Labor Day weekend, the grass was uncut and there were numerous dead branches all over the grounds. We were also put in a site where the sewer and utilities were at the front of our Airstream. It was at least 20’ uphill to the sewer outlet. Will not return.

Was not overly impressed with the overall condition of the campground, campers with junk around the site, pool was dirty and rundown, the laundry room was locked. The soap dispensers in the men’s restroom needed filling. This was the first time we ever booked a reservation at a KOA, based on this campground, not really sure if I would stay at a KOA in the future.

The staff member that checked me in was rude, condescending and unhelpful. The train that passed by every two hours made it difficult to sleep. The gunfire nearby made me feel unsafe. Loud cars were racing nearby one night until midnight. It was the worst rv park I have ever been to. I will never come to this park again.

Very nice clean park. When you first enter the area there are numerous trucking and storage companies. Initially, I was concerned about noise. But I was wrong. No noise and very secure.

Fine for an overnight stay. Very disappointing that the laundry room closes at 6pm. Most KOA laundries are open 24 hrs. Had to wait until we reached the KOA Kansas City to do laundry.

We just stayed overnight. Left at 6:30am and got home at 11:44am. Later that day we get a call stating we didn't leave at the check out time (11:00am). She said we were still there at 1:00pm. I explained that we were already home and we have receipts where we got fuel and text messages to my family that we made it home. She argued that we owed a late fee. I don't like being accused of lying.

Park was well kept but cost was higher than we have paid at other locations. Disappointed that the trampoline was not inflated for my grandson to play on. First campsite I have ever been that did not allow a rug in front of camper door. Was peaceful.

Small campground. Friendly staff. Sites are close together. Could not connect to wifi, though. Could have been my set up, but it meant I had to hotspot my phone to get internet on other devices. Even so, would still stay here again.

Very nice facility. We wete very impressed with the service, from the golf cart escort to our site to loaning us a screwdriver, to a free late check out due to some technical difficilulties we were experiencing with our new motorhome. Thanks for everything.

Pros: clean, pleasant staff, no problems with any other campers. Walmart 7 minutes away. Cons: no locks to enter the bathrooms/showers. This did worry me because the campground is by an industrial area and the neighborhood in general wasn’t the best. stayed two nights. did not use the pool or laundry. As a Journey, it was fine. Would stay again if coded locks installed on bathroom doors.

Very helpful staff. There are trains that go by periodically and blow their horns at least four times during each passing, so if you're staying in a tent bring earplugs.

I can't rate the rooms as we had our own camper. This campground had friendly staff, clean bathrooms and showers, a refreshing pool after a hot day spent outside and our kids loved the jump pad. Very close to the city but safe (don't let google maps make you think otherwise). Close to train tracks but wasn't to loud for us. We'd stay again if in the area.

Looking for a RV site close to the attractions in St Louis, found this park wasn't to sure about it after reading the previous reviews but we pulled in without a reservation. Desk crew was very helpful and was in a site in just a few minutes. Good gravel interior roads full hookups, cabins and tent sites also. Park is located in an industrial area but once you are in the park you wouldn't know it. Pool, propane, laundry closes at 6pm, clean bathrooms with showers. 10 miles from the Arch 4 miles from Chain of Rocks bridge. Like all KOAs it's a little bit pricey but definitely the best park we found close to town. Seems safe easy in and out WiFi worked great would have given 5 stars if the laundry was open later. First post is from 2024 Stayed again in 2026 WiFi is slower and laundry is now open 9-5. They have done some work on the sites that's a plus
