Bathrooms were not cleaned and no toilet paper. When I brought that to an employees attention, I was told I was being disrespectful. I was illegally videotaped during the concern. The manager offered no support and suggested I was lying about the bathrooms. We will.not be coming g back to that location . Awful experience.i would like to be removed from the employees phone please.

Rude, unhelpful staff. Place is not maintained. Sites are too close together. Really doesn't meet the typical KOA standard. Bathrooms were clean

Site was nice, level. Bathrooms were well-maintained. No spectrum or wi-fi as advertised. We were not told about this until about 2 hrs before arrival. Camp should not advertise they have this service.

If you check the review threads there has been no WiFi or cable for three months. The office gave me a different excuse than my neighbor. Unfriendly staff owner and very dirty. Should not be a KOA.

Upon arrival to our cabin, the trash was still sitting in the trash bin. The bathrooms weren't cleaned daily, lack of toilet paper. Overall, this location seems pretty underfunded or mismanaged. But would not stay here again.

The sites are typical of a KOA which is fine. You know what you're getting. This location has no working wifi. If you don't need it, no big deal. What I found odd was check in is 2:00 and office is closed noon to 3:00. I think the office should be open for check in. I walk in to the office, didn't realize they were closed, am asked how I got in? Guess they forgot to lock it. I didn't feel welcome

The staff were unprofessional when I checked in. One of the staff members lived in a cabin close to our site. He sat out side smoking cigars. We could smell the cigar smoke inside our trailer.

Disappointing. I would mention it is close to St Louis. The campground has seen better days. Looks like a lot of things needing repaired and better maintained. My only interaction with staff was brief and the lady was very nice. The male seemed almost hostile. I would not stay here again.

A campground that NEEDS some TLC!!! Very nice staff and surprisingly quiet despite being next to a railroad track. Really needs some attention to basic maintenance and sprucing the place up. Infrastructure is well used.

This place was fine for one night while traveling. The bathrooms were very clean and well cared for. The rest of the grounds seemed tired and needed some TLC. Location is very industrial but close to a gas station, Walmart and Aldi.

Grass needed cut. Needed grass trimmed around power boxes,water hydrants and sewer lines. Sewer line cap was broken, sites are very narrow in the section we were in. Did not like my picnic table next to the neighbors sewer hookup. Girl in office was friendly the guy not so much. It appears the maintenance is a bit lacking.

Traveling stop. Late arrival. Everything was ready at office "late" box. Host pointed out our site. Mechanicals worked. Owners explained in paperwork that Spectrum was unable to provide the campground with internet and wifi. Not a big deal for us. Nearby race track and some shooting was a distraction, but not awful.

Overall, our experience was pleasant. The hook-ups worked and the park was relatively quiet. My only issue is that the spacing between the sites is extremely close. It was raining so I didn't put out my awning, but I couldn't even if I wanted to without hitting the camper next to me.

Ok place for an overnight stop if you like dirt roads and slightly gravel pads. Just because this is a KOA, don’t expect too much. Park is located in a very industrial area.

Wasn’t the cleanest or friendliest KOA we’ve been to. Stayed on a Thursday night and there must have been racing going on nearby. Was so noisy we couldn’t get to sleep.

There is evidently a motorcycle course nearby. They ran their motorcycles until almost midnight. Also, being near train tracks, trains came through twice the night we were there blaring their horns. We got very little sleep.

Check in person was very nice and informative. There was no WiFi or cable due to provider reasons. We felt there should have been compensation because we booked the stay knowing there would be internet access.

Many of the sites need work. Saw several picnic tables that were unusable the should be moved out of sight. Buildings and Laundry were very clean.

A nice and quiet campground. It’s an older one but very well taken care of. Family friendly. We did not use the restrooms or laundry but they had them. Staff was wonderful

It was 6:03 PM and I was late getting my clothes out of the dryer, but the young lady behind the counter graciously told me just to hurry up and lock the door.. Realizing I left my Bible on the dining room table I knocked on the door and it swung open and it’s very angry angry angry person begin yelling at me telling me he’s the owner and get out. He was so very rude and we will never retur

Really nice. Lots of green grass. Easy to walk a dog which was a bonus for us. Super quiet. Not busy like a lot of KOAs. We were assigned a spot that had someone else in it so we had to figure out our own spot since the office was closed. It would be helpful to have longer laundry room hours. Closing at 6 and locking the door at 4:30 makes it difficult to use.

The only reason I give this an 8 out of 10 is location. I wasn't comfortable with the location, which can't be fixed. MY STAY AND THE CAMPGROUND ITSELF WERE OUTSTANDING! The staff was really friendly and my site was clean and level. My internet service hotspot (mine is AT&T) worked beautifully. The camp, showers, and laundry room were all clean. Laundry room open during office hours only.

A decent RV park for being so close to St Louis. The neighborhood is industrial and there were train horns in the distance, but the park is nice enough and safe for an overnight.

Very helpful staff. There are trains that go by periodically and blow their horns at least four times during each passing, so if you're staying in a tent bring earplugs.

I can't rate the rooms as we had our own camper. This campground had friendly staff, clean bathrooms and showers, a refreshing pool after a hot day spent outside and our kids loved the jump pad. Very close to the city but safe (don't let google maps make you think otherwise). Close to train tracks but wasn't to loud for us. We'd stay again if in the area.

Looking for a RV site close to the attractions in St Louis, found this park wasn't to sure about it after reading the previous reviews but we pulled in without a reservation. Desk crew was very helpful and was in a site in just a few minutes. Good gravel interior roads full hookups, cabins and tent sites also. Park is located in an industrial area but once you are in the park you wouldn't know it. Pool, propane, laundry closes at 6pm, clean bathrooms with showers. 10 miles from the Arch 4 miles from Chain of Rocks bridge. Like all KOAs it's a little bit pricey but definitely the best park we found close to town. Seems safe easy in and out WiFi worked great would have given 5 stars if the laundry was open later. First post is from 2024 Stayed again in 2026 WiFi is slower and laundry is now open 9-5. They have done some work on the sites that's a plus
