Terrain négligé et mal entretenu, L'accueil est très ordinaire. Très mauvaise réception internet et le personnel n'a pu nous donner de meilleures explications que c'était probablement nos téléphones qui fonctionnait mal!!! Mauvais souvenir, nous n'y retournerons certainement pas.

We were placed in a "actual" site..I think. No real driveway into the site or driveway out. Right next to the dog park. We did not have a dog. Next to us on out lrgy...they had 2 yap-yaps. On our right...a small sliver of grass, chain link fence covered with vines, narrow road and then a truck yard. Noise all day until early evening. Saturday the car races start and run until 1 am. BOO!

Looks like a junk yard. It is very unsettling. We stayed in our rv the whole time.

Filthy and scary!!!! It was really a horrible eye sore when you have a double wide sitting in the middle of your campgrounds that was falling down and it’s guts falling out. I look at the reviews and I am not the only one to write a bad review. When you open the door to go in it looked like a storage facility! No lights either. The lady had to call out to me to come in so I could find check in.

customer service 0 > very unfriendly staff. Lots of things need updating. Narrow slots for bigger rigs. Signage by the road needs updating. Charges top dollar for a run down Koa.

Loved the greeting that we got, also was nice that you had the on site restaurant (even with delivery to your site) We took advantage of coming to breakfast since we just did an overnight stay. Loved the biscuits and gravy.

Nice lady at the front desk. Close and convenient to St Louis. Clean for the most part, but a lot of junk around that overshadows the good parts, for instance two run down single wide trailer houses right in the middle of the campground or the front lobby cluttered with storage. There's room for a lot of improvement.

No fire pits allowed, no mats. Feral cats running around all over getting into things. Kids area needs mowed, seems very run down.

I’ve stayed at this campground 3 times First 2 times in the Tent area and 3rd in a cabin every-time they have been wonderful very friendly staff. They accommodated me checking in late every time. The campground is very quiet at night with the exception of the trains passing through but not to the point of being uncomfortable. Very clean restrooms as well. I’ll definitely be back for sure.10/

A unique location that is far more tranquil than first impressions. An excellent base to explore the surrounding metropolitan area of St Louis.

Cosy campground.nearly al plots have treecoverage. Big rig access is oke. The plots after the enterance to the right arethebest protectedby the noise due to a lot of trees/wood. If the wind is from the higwaydirection some noise. Overall a goedcampground.good campground for a few day

With almost 120,000 koa points we are no stranger to KOAs. This koa looked like a koa when driving in but it was not kept like one. Trashy looking buildings, the bathrooms were down a dark alley, wood piles and tree branches piled in the field, pooly maintained dog park etc. Very old and unkept place. Bottom two KOA's that we have ever stayed at..

Not sure how KOA can still put their tag on this one. We have always booked KOA without bothering to check reviews - after staying at this one we now need to rethink that. This one had rude staff and in my opinion misleading description of sites and amenities.

Our recent trip across the country we stayed at this KOA. It is understaffed. Could not even say they have landscaping. One person working in the office at time of check in and she had to then drive the golf cart to our site. Give the poor girl some help. She was very nice and helpful. Loud beeping from Simi trucks baking up all evening. Hope to never need to stay here again.

This is the worst KOA we ever stay in. We have stayed here over the years because it is the only campground close to where we need to be. The laundry was closed after 6:00 each day and not open again until 9:00. Very hard to get laundry done. The sites are not very neat. The dog park is a mess and they did not dump the overflowing trash can at the dog park the whole time we were there.

I didn't realize the campground was near multiple railroad crossings, so that was unexpected to hear in the middle of the night. There were also a number of cats running around the property and I was concerned we might get one in our tent. Both of these items were a surprise more than a nuisance. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the facilities were clean and well maintained.

Worst KOA I've ever stayed at. No one was wearing a uniform, trash all over the place, didn't feel safe at all. Told us to set up in any spot we want but sites were so weird we had no clue which was which and was very confusing. The laundry had very short hours and the game room, if you can even call it that, was a joke. Bathrooms were clean and my kids enjoyed the jumping pillow.

I've stayed here once a year for the last 6 years. Each year the place gets a little more rundown than the year before. Trash, big sticks and even a mannequin head on a stick laying everywhere and the kids playground is so filthy I wouldn't let my worst enemies put their kids on it. Staff is friendly and the bathrooms are always clean but this place needs a renovation and people that care more.

Nice campground. Clean bathrooms and level sites. My only complaint was the sewage smell from the dump port on site. Probably needs emptying. Overall good KOA.

Just an overnight stay, in route back home to NC, as well as a convenient location for a quick visit to downtown St. Louis and the Gateway Arch NP.

Pleasant stay, friendly staff. Would have been a 5 except for the hour I spent trying to get the cable to work. (Never did)

If I was KOA I would not allow this location to remain a KOA. They were the rudest staff. The campground sites were OK. This location is not a good example of KOA campgrounds

We stayed 2 nights. The restroom area was very clean & easy to get to! The area is super for walking a dog! Lots of grassy areas & shade. Our site was easy to get in & out with a nice tree. The employees were very friendly and helpful & the store was stocked with lots of neat items!

Have visited this Cpg regularly over yrs (1990's to present) 1-2 x per yr)until Covid. The cpg is definitely showing age. The grounds are neat but elec boxes & water hookups need upgrading. IMO the worse eye sore (even health issue) is the # of cats running loose. Counted at least 13 before they all split & they use the "playground" as a litter box! Have dogs..challenging to walk them!

We made a reservation last minute on our cross country trip, and they made it easy! Found or spot and got set up lickity split. It's not a fancy place, but the Wi-Fi was great, the shower was clean and hot, awesome all around!

I made reservations; notified of late arrival. The desk person, took my credit card and told me that our papers with the space info would be by the door. Arrived at 9:00, no paper or space. We parked in a space; went to the office in a.m. My husband was called liar, thief, trespasser. They found reservation, payment; mishandled by them. No apologies from the daughter or mom for rudeness.

The signage could use an upgrade. The KOA sign at the highway was nearly impossible to see. Needs a paint job and a light. Similarly, the camping space numbers were very difficult to find and read at night. We were a late check-in after management had left for the day. We could not find our check-in pkg, so drove around a lot. Otherwise, a good place. Would go back.
