The cabin is good for what we needed! We are at our sons most of the time while we are there. One thing I’d like to mention, the shower curtain is too short, therefore your floor is going to get ruined. It would be nice to provide some paper or styrofoam cups for coffee and some paper towels, n plastic silverware. Most people come from out of town. It was very clean. Thank you

The first time we stayed was great but this time wasn't pleasant. Spots were blocked off because of a tree that was hit by lightning. So we couldn't us the BBQ pit and of course there wasn't any stove,so that meant no cooking. I know weather isn't there fault but we could have been informed before we Got there. They told us the ac was on in the cabin and it wasn't. It was 99 degrees outside.

My only complaint is the TV is too difficult to set up!!! I had to call my daughter to help me. I really think it should be set up before check in time! Other than that iwas perfect in every way!

There was a terrible storm the night we stayed last week on Thursday. We were safe and grateful for the cabin that kept us safe! Your restrooms are clean and well stocked. We will stay again on future trips!

Thank you for accommodating us when the water heater went out in the ladies room. We were very satisfied with the upgrade and appreciated this new opportunity of a visit very much. Your staff is great - while overworked - and they treated us with respect and kindness.

All was good- we were comfortable using both available beds in our little cabin. I registered, saying we would arrive late in the evening - and called in the afternoon to repeat that notice. Still, the porch light was not turned on and the AC was not turned on so it was very stuffy inside. Of course, that did not last long, but that lack of preparation for our arrival was a surprise. Thank you.

The cabin was wonderful. It could have used a brighter light bulb. There were lots of signs saying no smoking but that was not enforced at all. Even the staff were going around with cigarettes hanging out of their mouths and people were smoking next to the pool.

No cabin linens provided. When asked, as we departed the next morning, manager stated it was due to Covid restrictions but they would have happily RENTED us linens (despite the now non-existent Covid restrictions). We came off the road at 1:00 a.m. in the morning and had to sleep on the few doggie blankets we had. What fun!

Very nice staff. Nice campground, but drainage issues with rain. Tremendous amount of rain for the one night we were there, in cabin 3 we had to wade in ankle deep water to get to vehicle.

Overall great stay. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is signage. We have stayed here two times now and both times had issues finding our spot. This time the cabin has zero signage stating which cabin number it was. Most of the cabins here are down a dead end road that has a DO NOT ENTER sign at the beginning making you believe there must be another way in. Was told a new sign was coming

Very clean, nice staff. It was a little awkward trying to drive in and out of K1. The pine pollen on the porch was very thick. If there’s a way to wash it off before the quest arrives, that would be great.

We stayed in the small cabin with our dogs and had a great time. Very peaceful property and we loved walking our dogs around the property. The staff was so helpful and very friendly. Thank you.

Loved our deluxe camping cabin!!! Really nice sofa, dining table, blinds and dresser in queen room!!! 5 plus!!! Super clean inside and out!! Love the extra large patio!!! Great staff!!

- Overall very convenient for a stop over stay when travelling. Safe and close to highway. - Young couple that run the place are very friendly and most helpful. - Approx 25% of CG is with rigs that don't move. Some borderline unsightly. This does not ruin the experience, but it was enough to deserve a mention. - Sites are a bit narrow and close to each other but we were on the end so had a little extra room. - Location is less than 10 minutes from all big box stores and groceries. - Location is within a few miles of exit 8 from Interstate 20. Very convenient. - General area is not busy at all. - Interior roads are a bit narrow but they do accommodate Class "A" as well as our 36ft 5th wheel. There are no stumps/roots/low branches to cause issues. - Some sites are more in the trees thus more shaded than others. Everyone we asked recommended "Orlandeax" for lunch/dinner. They are a seafood place right on the big river; very scenic and food is really good local cuisine. Be prepared to wait for seating, this place stays packed.

I gave only 4 stars because we could not use our satellite. Trees. Other than that, the campground is really nice. Pretty trees and bushes. Basic, but nice, big concrete spaces. Recommend if you're in this area.
