workers are great, the visitors are not. a couple of booty hole sniffers from sf were very confused about which picnic table belongs to each site and then decided to start smoking while talking about little boys at the pool. ghetto people will run generators during at 1 am so be ready for that...trashy motorcycle riders will walk thru your campsite while smoking and leaving trash. do better

We have stayed here before and as always, enjoyed our stay. Wish they had a shuttle into the town area as it would have been nice to explore.

Very friendly and helpful staff. CG is clean. It was quiet, except for the train going by. Didn’t use any of their facilities. Stayed 1 night since we were just passing through. We stayed in a 40’ motorhome pulling a Jeep. Our site was long enough for our toad so we didn’t need to unhook. Site was level.

Seligman Route 66 KOA Kampground was fairly basic. I had a two night stay. Staff was friendly and Kampground sites and facilities were very clean. Enjoyed the stay and would recommend to anyone to stay overnight!

We had a pleasant stay. The entire staff were great!! It was reasonably priced. The train was noisy at times. Overall our stay was good and we would return. Again, the entire staff was great!!

Mike and his crew run a really nice KOA Campground. They were very polite, friendly and professional in all aspects. We were apprehensive as this was our first ever time camping with our travel trailer and with KOA . We stayed 5 nights! The campground is well maintained, quiet and organised. Clean bathrooms, laundry facilities and swimming pool . We will definitely stay again one day.

Barking dogs, bathrooms weren't clean! Charged me 10 dollars for 55 minutes early arrival, never ever had that before. Woman's shower backed up, standing in water to shower. Not a good stay!

The first thing you see before entering the office is a Negative Welcome Sign telling you that if you are coming in early you will be charged extra! Welcome to you too! LOL Some camp sites had very tall weeds around the RVs.

This place was exactly what we needed! It's exceptionally clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The entire site is thoughtfully designed, with charming little details throughout that make it feel warm and inviting. It's also very dog-friendly, with multiple well-maintained dog areas that were spotless—without any harsh chemical smells. A great stay all around

Our stay was fine given the area. Very little shade. After hours system of selecting a site was inaccurate. The site we selected from available ones was occupied. One we ended up in had a sewer tank that required a small receiver. First time we had that happen and so we dumped at the dump station. People were very nice and extremely helpful. Office/store was clean and welcoming.

The staff were very cordial and helpful. The park was clean and neat with several things for the kids to do. We would stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the historic town of Seligman Arizona. Get your kicks on Route 66!!!!

We used the campground as an overnight stop between Sedona and Las Vegas. It was perfect for what we needed. The bathroom facility was one of the best on our trip --- clean, great water pressure, and close to our site. We also enjoyed visiting the quaint shops of Seligman & historic Rte. 66. But get to the shops early -- they close around 5p. Thank you.

Our stay at this KOA was great. The staff are very friendly and the place is very well kept. Everything was clean and well functioning. The young man that does the maintenance, is busy, busy all day. Kudos to you young man.

Friendly staff but the property is dirty and ran down. The amount of flies and the proximity to the freights train track proximity is definitely bad. Train every 30 min Won’t repeat this destination

Great staff and nice store that actually stocked brake fluid which saved me a trip to an auto parts store. Camp was clean as were rest rooms. It had been a warm day on the road but when the sun went down we were able to turn off the AC and actually got a cool breeze all night with a cracked window and our Fantastic Fan. I would book there again!

We had a great stay it was a good location to go to the Grand canyon and Hoover dam. Little bit of the drive to each but it was worth it.

Our site was very tight to get into. Railroad ties were in the way of making the corner. They need to be removed or moved for better access with a big 5th wheel.

It was very good. The Campground is run. Y wonderful people! The facilities are well maintained. You do get a lot of noice from trains but we didn't mind.

Great KOA near Seligman AZ which has some great shops. We recommend eating at Westside Lilo’s cafe and then visiting the historic barber shop and review the history of making “Historic Route 66”!

The KOA in Seligman is very well set up. It is clean and orderly. I read a lot of comments about the train noise, but in our case we used some white-noise to dampen the sound. We slept great. Access to the RV park is easy. I do recommend using the east exit to Seligman off I-40 to get to the park. Once you are settled in, do go into Seligman itself to enjoy all the ambience of Route 66!

We were in a spot that was about 300 feet from the railroad tracks. The trains are coming and going constantly. The office was not well kept link the other KOA campgrounds we have been. We will never go back!

I absolutely love this place! Sites are all pull through and level. They recently remodeled the shower house and I must say y’all hit it out of the park!! Outstanding job! The pool is always in great condition. My only complaint is the internet is very weak, but to be fair it’s out in the middle of mountains, so the fact that they even have internet is cool.

I recently stayed in a cabin at this location...The cabin was decorated nicely including the dry grass on the mattresses and a sandy floor at arrival...lol Part of the rustic feeling of the cabin was the dried pieces of foliage and sand once I realized the door isn't a perfect snug fit like a house hahaha, it's a cabin and completes the rustic cabin vibes. There were 2 heaters in the room and no fridge which was fine. The mattress was more comfortable than a couple expensive, because they can be, motels I've stayed in...I was taken aback in the ladies restroom/showers, the shower drain was very unique and the restroom was very clean and very pretty, I wasn't creeped out about showering and the stalls were a comfortable non cramping size with plenty of hooks. I did however feel the staff were very curt and did try to be nice but they were not kind and welcoming as I had read in the comments previous to calling for a reservation...It is quite difficult to reach them on the phone and once I had there sounded to be an annoyance that I called. At arrival I noticed the road and trail upkeep was in full swing, after the rain I've noticed several KOA's run a harrow to help level and maintain the grounds and driveway, which this park definitely was doing and it looked very nice and fresh. Well maintained grounds and a really nice feature of visitor parking on the ends of each row close to the building where the showers and restrooms are, so I could park close and leave my dog in my car while I showered, shady spots as well very convenient and felt like a huge bonus...The 2 trains that went through at night I thought would be louder than they were and really I barely noticed...I'd go back again and ask what it would take to reserve the teepee/wigwam for a great experience and is the little firepit area easy to lite and does it really run on propane? Yet, like I said they are hard to get ahold of...I did find 2 rings in the restroom and tried calling to see if anyone claimed them cause if they hadn't I'd like to claim 'finders keepers' and get them...According to the person in the office she said they were not worth any value yet to me they seemed priceless with memories and would love to get them back if the owner hadn't claimed them...When I called to ask about those 'not valuable' rings, I get no response...Which really bothers me to think they own a KOA yet don't really care to much about the customer service end of the deal...I'm sorry to the owners if it has wore them down, overall it was a very great place to eat my takeout, throw out my dinner garbage and sleep like champ and have a comfortable shower...So hopefully they'll return my message soon, I can be back tomorrow as of this moment and would return again to stay...BTW I had no roaches in my cabin leaving food out or not taking out the garbage is bad enough but squishing them just brings more right away, gross...lolol

Una tappa indimenticabile sulla mitica Route 66! 🇺🇸🛣️ Visitare Seligman è come fare un viaggio nel tempo: auto d'epoca, insegne vintage, negozi pieni di curiosità e angoli che invitano a fermarsi e scattare una foto. Passeggiando si respira quell'atmosfera americana che avevo sempre immaginato, fatta di strada, libertà e avventura. Mi sono divertito a fotografare i tanti particolari che rendono questo posto così speciale. È una di quelle tappe che ti restano nel cuore e rendono ancora più bello un viaggio. Se percorrete la Route 66, fermatevi a Seligman e godetevela con calma. Io porto a casa un bellissimo ricordo! ❤️ RinoInViaggio
