What an improvement to the facility! We have camped at this KOA during the past 20 to 30 years in tents and trailers and this overnight stay revealed the effort put forth to improving the stay. This KOA reflects its environment so it is not a tropical forest. The sites are clean, raked, the breakers flip off, and the fire pit cleaned. A path toward the rail lines is well marked next to the dog

We loved the ease of pulling in and hooking up to the amenities. Great little area for our fur baby. Very clean laundry room.

Beautiful KOA with spacious, level sites. Hook-ups were at rear of site which was different. Still all do-able though. JulieAnne in the office was very helpful snd informative getting me checked in. Perfect for passing through while traveling Route 66 east to west.

Great location, great people and service. Ladies bathroom & shower area clean. Felt safe. Cabin was lovely and check in was quick. General store looked well stocked. We had one issue with cabin that was quickly resolved. Our second time to stay at this KOA. Will stay again when in the area.

Every one there were friendly and very helpful! We had a problem with our rv and they were helpful to assist in helping solve the problem, again very nice and friendly. The park was very well maintained.

Only thing would change is the price of ice, I like the staff all very nice even the new staff !! ... You also have like 5 tent camping sites at the end with no upgrades I would keep them that way other than a pick nick table and a fire pit as those that camp in their trucks or VW those are great spots and for those that bring their own water don't need all the upgrades

Your place is looking up & looking better every time we visit. The new trees, clean & WARM bathhouses, the constant upkeep & grooming of the sites was really nice to see. Save us space F5 for next year in May for the FunRun!

We've never stayed at a KOA until we planned this 40-day trip through 15 states. We stayed at 6 KOAs during this trip, they were all unique but all very enjoyable and accommodating and we enjoyed every one of them. We definitely will use KOA campgrounds in the future! Nice place for a one nighter or two! The showers were nice, big and clean! Gentleman and Gentlelady that checked us in and escorted us to our spot were very nice, polite and efficient! We would stay there again. We walked the 1+ mile to town and had a wonderful time!

The Seligman KOA is very well cared for and easy to get in and out. The site was big enough for our 40 ft RV with 4 slides. Be aware that about 100 trains pass through Seligman day and night and they are all right next to the RV park. Sometimes there were freight trains going in both directions and they are noisy! Day one couldn’t sleep but by day four it was background noise.

There are train tracks right next to the KOA. At least they did not blow their horn going by. Very flat and level sites.

We stayed here multiple times perfect for our overnight stay. Nice long level site, no detaching our towed vehicle. Definitely on our return to list.

Whenever we look at the KOA website, it always says there are only one, two or three sites available. When we get to the park, it is half full. When we leave the park is half full. Why is that? I don't like to reserve sites and it's one reason I try to avoid staying at KOA sites.

The location to Seligman was great. The entrance and grounds being little gravel mostly dirt was disappointing. The staff were awesome, friendly and accommodating. The park had a nice dog area and walking path. The price was a little steep at $57 a night considering the train noise all night. We’ve stayed in numerous KOA’s and will continue. Happy Kamping to all!

The facility was nice, the campground was clean but I was greeted very rudely upon my arrival. I parked in front of the building thank not at the stop sign. Woman running the place rudely greeted me five steps outside my truck and informed me of what the stop sign was for. There was no marked parking area. I almost left right there. Told her I did not appreciate the greeting. Will not return…

We had everything we needed. Which included hot showers, a dog run, great hook ups. Nice people and good views. We wish it was less expensive for just one night. But, we were pleased with our stay.

Small town, great vibes, nice people. Dogs loved the 2 dog parks, kiddo enjoyed the park even though it is very outdated. Clean restrooms, nice hot showers, Cool little store on site. Will definitely be back through.

Nice campground but lots of trains. I've stayed here before but never heard so many night trains. My site was in the lane closest to the tracks.

There is a train track about 200 yards from the edge of the campground. The trains ran all night long and the noise was intense. The hosts were lovely and the campground was up to KOA standards but the noise of the trains was a major drawback.

Most of the employees were helpful and kind, others were not.so much not even a smile. The rules did not seem to apply to the employees, i.e. animals are not allowed in buildings, unless they are the owners or employees pets that goes for picking up poop too. I know the KOA can't control the trains, but a heads up would have been nice.

Great KOA - clean, quiet in a serene location. Hearing the train go by is lulling for sleep. Staff is friendly and helpful.

They worked with us when we brought 30 vintage trailers for the Tin Can Tourists Rt66 Centennial Caravan. We even got free burgers at a little BBQ they did.
