Easy access from I40.,pull thru sites. Kind office folks and helpful. Easy after hours check in. Clean bath rooms. Only negative is the train noise. But I slept through it…..advantage of a long days drive.

Seligman KOA is a delightful place to stay. We had a spacious site with a view, which was perfect for our needs. Although we had a minor mix-up with our travel time, the staff was incredibly accommodating and even guided us to our site. It rained while we were here but our site didn’t flood. There are trains close by but that didn’t bother us. Our dog loved the two dog parks.

We didn't like the proximity to the train track, as it disturbed our sleep at night because trains passed by and it made a lot of noise. The proximity to the train track was not mentioned at all during the booking process.

Sites are small every one was have to disconnect and move their vehicles to park. Staff are nice people and camp store is well stocked the town is a fall back to the old route 66 period.

Adequate for an overnight stay. We needed a jump for our towed vehicle, staff said they had a jump box and would be over as soon as they could. That was never and we got our own jump box charged up so we could go into Seligman. Just tell us you’re not coming.

Very basic campsite. Lots of weeds and no visual appeal. The train going by every few hours all night was a big negative. We did not use the shower house or pool. Full timers with ancient RV’s, laundry hanging and Xmas lights in September were a negative.

Friendly staff. Easy off and on to Interstate 40. Level sites with good space between sites. Clean and well maintained. Frequent train noise maybe a problem for light sleepers but it did not bother us.

We had a great time! The staff was friendly and helpful. The other campers were just as friendly. We felt secured and safe. We will go again in the future.

All the staff is great here! Very helpful and kind and they keep the whole place clean. From the bathrooms/showers to the pool and even the walking path! We will definitely be back and do highly recommend this KOA to everyone!

Friendly, clean,everything you need for a night or two. Yes there are many trains but it didn’t bother us. Only drawback is the $10 early check in. The place was pretty empty, don’t know why there is a charge. We were just under 2 hours early. Other than that we would return for an overnighter!

This KOA was a little above our normal expectation. The staff was great, the park had some trees, and the walking trail was fun for our dog and us. An aside, they had Blue Bunny Bunny Tracks flavor ice cream; you know if you know! I would hope that they plan to redesign and update the restrooms. They work but a bit awkwardly.

Didn’t like the flies or the Jekyll and Hyde act of the camp host. All smiles at the front counter, when I turned my 18 ft van to face north instead of south in a pull through to shade my side opening, she came out to ask if I hadn’t been led in to face south. Nice shaded spot with good views of the mountains, Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice little trail to walk the dog. The weather was nice, cool and had a little rain which helped me catch a really cool picture of a rainbow. After the rain cleared and night fell saw an amazing sky of stars!!

Other than the constant freight trains rolling all the time, the stay was relatively pleasant. We felt bad for the neighbor in the next site, as we had to leave early the next morning. We told our host that, but yet, we were put right next to another guest. The park was half full, so there were plenty of other spaces to put us in. Made no sense!

The campground was clean and relatively quiet in spite of the train. The restrooms were very clean. We had an emergency situation with our travel trailer and the managers were very understanding and accommodating. Great place to camp! Thank you.

The workers were wonderful. I adored the trail hike. Wish I had not waited until the last day. The only reason I gave a 4 is the closeness of the train tracks. It wasn’t really a problem until Sunday. The trains were blasting by one after the other. It doesn’t d not slow down until after 11:00. That being said we would still stay there if we cone that way again.

Nice place, people and staff. Trains weren’t bad like some people had said. We had no issues. Internet and cell service are a little spotty but not an issue. We loves the little walking trail. Office and laundry were clean. One of the nicer places we’ve stayed for sure

It was absolute awesome- campground clean - some shade, pool was clean, laundry room was clean- staff was awesome. now their is a train that goes by a lot but we got use to it!!!

They worked with us when we brought 30 vintage trailers for the Tin Can Tourists Rt66 Centennial Caravan. We even got free burgers at a little BBQ they did.
