Nice campground with a great little walking trail, right on Route 66. We stayed 2 nights and spent one day visiting Seligman, that has a lot of Route66 history and had ice cream at the Snow Cap. Would definitely recommend this campground for a stop while visiting the area.

Nice park. Town of Seligman was smaller than we thought. Bought DEF for $29.99 at a local service station. Seligman Grocery hs less stock than most gas station stores.

Very nice campground. For some, the train noise might be a problem. I just roll over, put my deaf ear up and go right to sleep! I don't use RV parks much, because for me the whole idea of camping is to be in nature, not towns. But sometimes it is very helpful to take advantage of the amenities offered.

The stay at this KOA was a great experience, I had always wanted to try a KOA campground and was very pleased. The facilities were clean.

This campground is very clean and quiet not to mention conveniently located right on Route 66. The managers and staff are very friendly and professional. It is awesome to experience the trains going through the are also!!

The camping cabin is nice just like all the other KOA camping cabins. I do wish that it had a small refrigerator and microwave like some of the others. The staff is very nice and helpful. Always enjoy walking the grounds with my dog.

Brief overnight stay. Never interacted with staff. Facility, looked clean. Used dump station, it was clean and operational .

Very nice and clean facility. Very nice little walking path, Friendly staff. Many options for stay and just dumping or replenishing water if needed. It’s just a bit noisy for those wanting quiet (train close by)

A train went by every 4-5 minutes, often with horn blaring, all day and night - no exaggeration. Each train had 4-6 locomotive engines. I used to live in Antelope, California (home to a massive railroad switchyard - look it up on Google Maps or Earth. I grew up on Strategic Air Bases, home to B-52 "BUFs", and I served six years on USS Enterprise, at the time the world's carrier. This was worse.

There are so many positive things to say about the Seligman KOA: great staff, well-maintained facility, and more. There is one major drawback, however: the constant passing of freight trains right next to the campground. You kinda get used to it after awhile and using noise-cancelling earbuds helped at night. If not for that this KOA would get a 5.

Love the nature trial and two k9 areas!!! Loved our F1 lot size! So close to town and easy to access. It is right by the railroad, which we didn’t realize but actually enjoyed.

We liked the hiking trail with the route 66 theme. That kampground had everything we needed for one night. Nice staff, laundry and well stocked shop. Bathrooms were ok; a bit more clean would have been nice.

Róisín was very friendly and helpful with my check in. All facilities were clean and well maintained. I very much appreciated a hot shower in a clean and spacious bathroom. The laundry facilities were also clean and in good operating order. Thank you!

They worked with us when we brought 30 vintage trailers for the Tin Can Tourists Rt66 Centennial Caravan. We even got free burgers at a little BBQ they did.
