One night stop after 400 mile drive. Perfect location to sit back and relax. We had a pull through full hook up and it was nice and level. Bathrooms were nice and clean. Sat outside and enjoyed the trains going by. We will be back again.

Train noise all night and men’s shower floor covered in dirt/gravel with plugged drain. Courteous staff and otherwise nice facility.

Great stay at this location �. Clean bathroom and shower. Easy in and out of location and sites. We needed some air in our tire and they helped us out right away!!

There is a train that runs every 20-30 minutes about 500 ft away from the campground. There was a lady who either worked there, lived there or was just a local that they let use the laundry machines and washers who was washing about 500lbs of laundry in 1 night, the laundry room closes at 10pm apparently. They have a small K9 park but again it's tiny. Not a fan of being woken up all night.

We have stayed several times. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Our spot was good, but not level. Lots of goat heads in the weeds at our spot, they hurt! And our dog brought them into the trailer. A little attention to the landscaping at the sites would be great. **The train runs right along the campground, so if you’re a light sleeper you might request a spot away from the train. We love it.

Other than the very very close train that pretty much ran through the night, the campground is great! It's very clean, staff is friendly and location is perfect to visit Seligman. The store is awesome with tons of souvenirs. We'll come again!

It was nice and quiet and the managers are lovely people. For anyone that may not like trains or noise in the middle of the night you may want to stay elsewhere. I loved the sound of the train coming through, but I can see others may not. Facilities were clean and kept.

We were very cold. The heater in the cabin didn't work well at all. Also, please be prepared that this KOA is right next to the train tracks. Trains ran all night. Also, there is no fridge in this cabin. This is the only cabin we have stayed in without a fridge. Turns out it didn't matter because of how cold it was, we just left everything outside.

Staff was friendly and efficient. The campgrounds are what I expected for desert: wide open expanse and perfect night skies for star gazing. The bath house was large and clean. I noticed many fun amenities like metal tub sinks in some tent sites, a tee-pee you can stay in, cabins, a dog run, an RC dirt track... Will def stop here again if we come back this way.

The tent camp site had trash and no electricity to charge anything. Not worth the thirty dollars. Better to just get a cheap motel.

We had a late arrival only. We have a a 2025 Voltage 5th wheel 47 feet long. Had some issues getting in with railroad ties. Only stayed the night. Wifi not good for streaming TV. Clean facility. Great staff.

Everything is just as KOA has told us it would be. Always great to have a real person there to say hello and to know they will be there if something goes wrong. I encourage you to do your best to improve walks for patrons and dogs. To keep your stores full of interesting tidbits to explore, and to be sure the pool covers are fitted tightly for winter months. Thanks for daily bathroom cleaning!

It rained a lot, buy the gravel was thick enough to keep the mud away. The trains were nice to lull you to sleep running all night long.

Staff was friendly and laundry and restrooms looked clean. The parking lot had some residents that would exceed speed limits and created dust violating the campground signs. Also trains ran all night. But can be compensated by running AC or fan on high.

Welcoming registration and escorted to our site. Large wide pull thru full service. The nearby rail line had some steady traffic, but overall not as bad as we thought it would be. No horns, just engine noise. We stayed in a 39ft 5th wheel.

The staff was great. The campground was clean of litter and dog sh!t. Restroom/showers were clean and well maintained. Only detracting factor, and the staff gave me a heads up, is the campground is located between the road to Slegman and a Railroad...very active railroad. Not a real bother, but might be for some folks. Great sunsets/sunrises, stars and night are great.

If you like trains, this is the park for you. We love watching them that the noise didn't even bother us. It is a lot better than the noise of trucks on I-40. This RV park is clean and spacious. We will be back.

They worked with us when we brought 30 vintage trailers for the Tin Can Tourists Rt66 Centennial Caravan. We even got free burgers at a little BBQ they did.
