Train was very busy all night long and very loud even though we were far from tracks (site B4). Showers need to be redone in women’s bath.

Enjoyed our overnight at KOA and dinner in town and a walk through town.

We had bad weather with rain, snow and ice. There where puddles everywhere and nothing was done to prevent them from forming. Infront of the mens restroom the roof was damaged so that water dripped on the concrete and formed ice and I slipped and fell on the concrete and injured myself, luckily my head didn't hit the concrete but I had bruses and abrasions...repair that roof and prevent injuries.

the heater was very weak for the cold cold mornings and the train was very loud. but the campground was very nice :) the sunrise was beautiful

It was wonderful. The nite sky when clear is not to be believed. It’s been so cold, wasn’t sure if heaters were working in shorts or just could keep up. I live in N. NV I get it!

We visited in January so colder than we expected. Staff great. Easy on-site propane fill. Good location close to Flagstaff, Grand Canyon. Close to train but not annoying loud.

Love the Seligman KOA, the hosts are awesome! Very pleasant and accommodating! Camp ground is very clean and restrooms/showers are very nice. Love the dog areas and the cleanliness!

With so few campers, we wish there had been more site separation. It was uncomfortable being right next to long-term residents. The bathrooms are very dated and don’t feel very clean.

Friendly front desk person. Clean and well maintained camp site. Sparkling clean bathroom and shower area. I saw bad reviews about the train noise but it wasn’t loud and no horns blared. Great fenced pet area. Delicious pizza place next door in walking distance. Highly recommend this KOA!

Pool needed to be drained for winter, showers not the bathroom part, men and women’s showers need to be renovated,

Arriving late, the reservation noted site B6. We had no water hookup. It was being used by the camp site next to us. When I advised the owners by email I was told the other site had a broken water hook up, and was using the one from our site and sorry for the inconvenience.

Great stop for a night or two. It's located on a wonderful, little stretch of the original Route 66. We stopped in mid December (not very busy) so the restaurants in town had very limited hours. Bathrooms/showers were clean and the shower was hot. Very friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed ourselves.

VERY, VERY CLOSE TO TRAIN! Didn't mind the sound but...it is that close. Bathrooms absolutely need cleaning and repair. Sites level.

We loved the Seligman KOA! It was clean, everything worked as expected, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there again.

I have stayed here more nights then I can ever count. I stop here most times, I'm passing through going east or west. The locals are super welcoming. Service is always good, improvements every visit. The trains people don't like, are music to my ears. The views are fantastic as well as the night sky, sunrises and picture perfect sunsets. See you again in 2024.

Nice park, owners were very friendly & working on doing upgrades. . Only thing was a lot of the # of trains. Great drive on Rte 66 towards Kingman.

The only reason why I give it a bad rating is because of the train tracks being a football field away. I was talking to them in the office when I came first came in and said ...you guys are not right next to the highway like most KOA's are... it'll be nice and quiet....nobody said anything about the train tracks to me.... trains all night long ,all day long .....trains..trains

One night, clean campsite. Nice level spaces. Bathrooms clean and all staff was very welcoming and friendly. Great for a simple campground.

They worked with us when we brought 30 vintage trailers for the Tin Can Tourists Rt66 Centennial Caravan. We even got free burgers at a little BBQ they did.
