This KOA was very nice. It was clean and comfortable. I stayed in a cabin. I appreciated that they started the AC before I checked in. The showers/bathroom was very nice and clean. The staff was very welcoming, especially Jill. They have wifi available on-site and a pc in their general store. I will be going back to Seligman in the future and will definitely stay at Seligman KOA.

KOA has yet to disappoint. This was no exception. CLEAN. WELL RUN. A pleasure to stay at especially at the end of a long day.

My air conditioner was off when I arrived and it took many hours into the night to cool off the front room. IT appears the AC is good for the bedroom but not potent enough for the front room of the cabin.

We loved our little log cabin. It was clean and comfortable and had just what we needed. The bathrooms and showers were clean and well maintained. The camp store had everything we'd ever need and more. Thanks so much ! We'll be back !

The cabins didn’t have bathrooms or any running water. AC didn’t cool front room well due to poor door insulation & strong south winds. The managers were absolutely terrific!

This location was one of the worst places that we stayed in on our trip. A majority of the vehicles that were parked where residents. No one is taking care of the grounds. There is nothing growing there except for weeds. And the tables and fire pits were disgusting. And you should see where they want your kids to play. It’s unsafe There is a junkyard outside of the office area.

Though we only stayed one night, we found the staff friendly and helpful. The grounds neat and tidy and accomodations clean and convenient.

Place was clean. Restrooms and showers were clean. Peaceful and quiet for a good night’s rest. Pool looked to be in great shape. Would stay again if in the area.

Host and hostess were very nice. You're about a mile from a very quaint town which was part of the old route 66. Nice small restaurants and general store. We stayed a week, but seemed most people used it as a layover stop

Very easy to book, no hassle to hook uo. Liked that the bathroom had a code to ensure safety. Very clean.

Host was very helpful and friendly. However we as many travel with pets and this KOA is not pet friendly. Dog area was unkept with stickers and areas around RV sites and tables were full of stickers. You really could not enjoy your space outside.

Michael the owner operator ...from the moment he met me at the office door was amazingly accommodating, so welcoming. Jill the welcome host when walking into the office/store/cafe was a breath of fresh air with positive vibes, Steve who went around the outdoors endlessly to make sure everyone was satisfied and grounds were clean, the maintenance man i met by the crystal clear/clean pool was grea

The staff were friendly and welcoming. It was fine for an overnight stay. It’s located next to train tracts so you do hear the trains. We didn’t use the facilities, so I can’t comment on them. The children’s play area and dog park could use a little TLC (weed clearing), but other than that, sites were level and long, so if you’re in a big rig and towing, you have plenty of space.

It needs a little help with TLC, but the main problem is the train tracks which seems to be more active during the night. Some people think the sound is smoothing, it’s not for me.

Great stay passing through Seligman! The KOA was clean and spacious. Two nice dog run areas, although we only used one. Also a pool and play area for kids. The best part was the staff! Friendly and helpful! The phone reservation was easy and it makes people feel welcome after a good conversation. Very close to I-40 and directly on old Rt. 66. Restaurants and points of interest nearby. Will return!

Easy in and easy out with my big trailer! It was well kept, site was level, very clean, and the most interesting stay I have ever had. Apparently they also store RVs, so we got to see some older RVs that are kept up! Even some antique vehicles were stored! Great location for seeing the South Rim of the Grrand Canyon, too!

It was close to the Route 66 historical area. The trains went by all night so you heard train noise.

We have a 45’ motor home towing a Jeep on a trailer and this rv park was easy to navigate with our long rig. Water, 50amp service and water hookups made camping in hot weather very comfortable. Staff were very helpful and courteous. Great place to stay for visiting Seligman, Peach Springs and other areas nearby in our Jeep.

They worked with us when we brought 30 vintage trailers for the Tin Can Tourists Rt66 Centennial Caravan. We even got free burgers at a little BBQ they did.
