The trains are so close and so loud. And so often. It was one of the loudest places we've stayed, and we're fulltimers.

Great stay and staff. Site are easily accessible with plenty of space. Staff here is amazing and helpful. The town is a gem of Route 66 and we enjoyed meeting a few locals. Would definitely stay again.

Nice friendly st, clean bathroom and shower. The 2 items needing addressed would be the shower nozzles and the dog poop around the campground.

Our site was a puddle and was very wet. Other drier sites were available. Didn't like our view either. Should have been looking at the mountains and the prairie. Surface roads needs gravel in low spots.

Very disappointed in advice given at check in. When we checked in it was warm outside in February. The gentleman at the desk had a red note on the check in sheet and told us to ignore it. The note said to disconnect the water at night as it could freeze. Since he said to ignore it we did not disconnect and that night it did freeze and we froze up and broke a pipe in our unit.

We were traveling back home and decided to delay our travel by a couple of days to avoid severe winter weather. The Staff was very friendly, even escorting us to our site. Being off season the park was fairly empty and therefore was very quiet day and night. The dog parks (there are two) are clean and inviting and their new walking trial was a pleasant surprise. Great job guys!

Great place, very clean and The staff was excellent. They also have a wide variety of item in their store. The only down side was the train noise throughout the night.

Trains, trains, trains. Too many, sometimes too fast. RV shook with them. Sites could gave been kept up better. Sure, when you leave cleaned up and raked, but weeds around tables and such should have been removed. Very dusty and windy.

There is not much scenery here. Right next to the train tracks (which didn't bother me). After-hours check-in was perfect thanks to the envelope that was left for me. The campground seemed clean. Nice bathrooms, showers, and laundry room. Cool store. I wish the spots had a bit more privacy and spacing from each other (like utilities). It wasn't busy so there was no issues with noise or crowding.

site was basic, yet very usable. host was extremely nice and helpful. They were super friendly to a man. Train runs nearby, but it was actually a nice sound, not annoying in any way. pretty at night with the big clear Arizona sky. Will stay at again as the need arises.

The camp ground is ok everyone is very nice but the train every half hour is awful it’s so close to the camp and there’s no sound barrier wall.

We stay here every year while we bow hunt for javelina and deer. Mike, the owner and his staff are super accommodating! Accept for the trains, this campground is super quiet. After awhile, you don't hear the trains...

The folks at Seligman KOA never disappoint!! They are always the most accommodating when it comes to finding the site that fits your specific needs!! This is our goto KOA while travelling between Texas and California!

Staff was friendly. Check in with reservation was very easy. Rates were reasonable. We were led to our site. Did not have to unhook our jeep from our Class A. We camped in cooler weather but Staff gave us a friendly reminder about nightly freezing temperatures and to unhook our water hoses. There were trains passing nearby . Might bother some but did not bother us. We will stay again.

Very friendly and nice staff. Clean facilities and restroom clean. Shower are provided for free. Spaces for RV are spacious.

Kamping kabin heat completely unacceptable! Barely kept the cabin in the 50 degree range although turned all the way up.

The staff was amazing. Wifi worked great and the dog of leaches area was wonderful. If your a heavy sleeper the trains may not bother you.

It was so much fun to experience a “cowboy” style cabin on Christmas morning. The KOA was VERY clean. What a great little get away.

They worked with us when we brought 30 vintage trailers for the Tin Can Tourists Rt66 Centennial Caravan. We even got free burgers at a little BBQ they did.
