We are seasonal campers here, Mark & Marny always go above and beyond for every single camper. The entire campground is beautifully taken care of and they continually strive to make this amazing campground even better. It feels like home being here. We have never been to a better organized campground with the amenities and genuine caring and kindness that you receive here. WE LOVE THIS KOA

We had a wonderful time for the last Harvest Weekend! There were lots of things for the kiddos to do, everyone had a great time. We were greeted upon arrival and continuously supported throughout our stay.

Hello fellow campers. We have stayed at the Raintree KOA campground six times coming and going from Valparaiso IN to our southern destinations around the country. Mark, Marney and their family are the most hospitable camp hosts we have ever met considering we have stayed at over 150 campgrounds. They continually invest in upgrades to the property and the cleanliness of the property is immaculate.

I only stayed one night as I was in my way home from the south, easy to get to from I-65. The owners were amazing from communication prior to arrival, assisting with parking and checking back in to make sure things were going well. Since I was there late in the season I was unable to utilize the amenities. The PAW PEN…out of this world. I would highly recommend this campground and will return.

Site was clean, plenty of comfortable seating & nice fire pit. Your pizza was delicious & even delivered with a smile! We didn’t need to unhook our vehicle & drive back to town. So convenient! The owners were so friendly & helpful!

Very nice. It was a nice layover on our way to Florida. Room for dogs to walk, ice cream fresh dipped at the store. A swing by the water very tranquil. See you in May!

Very nice facilities and very clean. Very friendly staff. A little overpriced and many sites ar unlevel and on grave. Sites are pretty close.

Another fantastic stay! The owners are wonderful and do everything they can to make for such a memorable trip. An awesome Halloween weekend with music, bingo, and haunted hayrides. A well run KOA with nice facilities.

This campground is awesome and one of our favorite camping destinations!! You can tell they take a lot of pride in the campground, as it is always clean. We love all of the fun events they always have going on.

One of the best KOAs we've stayed at over the years! The staff really is attentive and cares about your experience. Mark, who took us to our site, seems very proud of their campground and wants to ensure all guests have the best experience.

Stayed on harvest weekend, the weekend before Halloween and the activities they had set up were amazing! Including haunted hayrides! The campgrounds was spotless, the staff and owners friendly and helpful. Plenty to do on the campground, it was above and beyond the KOA Holiday experience you would expect!

Level sites with a view of the lake. Caught 3 bass around 12-13". Staff/owners very welcoming and friendly. CG close to Louisville where we visited the Churchill Downs and H&B Louisville baseball bat factory/museum. Also many bourbon tours on the main Street.

Beautiful campground! The entire property including the bathrooms were so clean! Had the pleasure talking with the owners for a bit. Great hospitality! Enjoyed zucchini fries and a milkshake with our dinner. Yummy! The place was decorated so cute for the season. There are great amenities here that I could see not even having to leave the campground. There’s so much to do. Would definitely return

Favorite KOA! 2nd trip in 2 1/2 mo. Large, level premium patio site with lake view. Concrete patio, chairs, table, fire pit and blackstone grill. Grounds very well kept and constantly improving! Large fishing pond, pool and playground areas for kids. All staff very friendly and very visible. Very good pizza delivered hot to site! Mark and Marny have sone a fantastic job! Will be back!!!

Although it was just a stopover, we were greeted by friendly people who cared. Campground was clean and well maintained. The staff took pride in their camp.

We love coming to the Scottsburg/Raintree Lake KOA! we've never been anywhere that takes such good care of their guests. The grounds are beautiful and well cared for. Mark and Marny are great. Thank you and we will be back!

The owners are very friendly and very helpful. Extremely clean campground. Premium sites included a flat top with propane. Well maintained.

Nice campground. We arrived during a fall weekend with planned events and the campers were really into decorating and enjoying it. We were just passing through and didn't decorate at all, but the spirit of fun was in the air. The sites were a little closer to each other than we prefer, or maybe it's just needs something to separate and add privacy, but otherwise a nice campground.

Awesome campground. Very helpful, responsive and friendly owners. We visited in October and we bet this place is hopping in the summer. We truly enjoyed our stay.

We were well pleased with this campground, it was so clean and well manicured, lovely place and the staff was great, I would definitely stay here again, if I had to nitpick it would be there are no signs anywhere from the interstate to it and it's about 4 miles off of it, also there are no kind of discounts for senior citizens, good sams but I would not let that stop from another stay

Just spent the night, but very welcoming and helpful. Beautiful park. Met the owners and we were very impressed with them and what they had done with the park. Would definitely go back if in the area again!!

There are two owners, ( a couple). When we arrived about an hour or so early, which they knew about, the first words out of the female owners mouth were " well you know you are checking in early" in that tone customers don't care for. She really needs a husband talking to about customer relations. This was not a weekend visit, it was a early week visit. Not busy. Everyone else, site was great.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Check-in begins at 3 PM so departing guests can enjoy their stay, too. This guest arrived nearly 4 hours early and was argumentative when their site wasn't ready. We offered alternatives and did our best to accommodate. We value every guest and ask that our hospitality be respected.

The staff were great and friendly! The made to order pizza was one of the best we have ever had, even had cauliflower crust!! The site was spacious and would been perfect if we could have stayed longer, since we were only there for one night.

What a fantastic campground! I cannot say enough good things about the camp hosts Mark & Marny! Besides keeping the grounds clean & safe & decorated for fall & Halloween ....Mark & Marny are so very kind and caring! After the first night we requested to move sites due to acorns dropping from the tree above our camper. M&M were extremely helpful in getting us on another site without any difficulty!

This campground is about 4 miles off of the highway but well worth it. The owners were amazing, from answering questions on the phone prior to arrival to checking in to make sure our stay was going well. Overall very nice campground for an overnight stop, I wish I was able to stay longer to enjoy it. Paw pen site was spacious, easy to back in with hookups easily accessible. The dog park was large and with lush grass

There's a river also with beautiful scenery. There are so many great amenities here that I could see not even having to leave the campground. We only stayed for an overnight (spot 46) on our way to Florida but would love to stay there longer another time. This campground is definitely one to try out!
