Experience the perfect blend of nature and comfort in our Deluxe Cabins at Scottsburg Raintree Lake KOA Holiday. These modern, lakeside cabins sleep 4–6 guests and feature private bedrooms, bunk beds, full bathrooms, and partial kitchens with a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Enjoy outdoor cooking on a propane BBQ or Blackstone grill, and relax on your private patio with lake views. All linens are provided, and the master bed is made for your arrival. Cabins are climate-controlled with TV and streaming access (bring your own login). No pets or smoking allowed. A $100 deposit and valid ID are required at check-in. KOA Rewards members save 10%!

Each site includes a Polywood dining set, a 36" Blackstone Grill, and a cozy stone fire area with extra seating. Pet-friendly for well-attended animals (no rugs, tethers, tents, or portable fences). Motorhomes with tow vehicles must disconnect before entering the site. Enjoy lakeside camping at its best — reserve your premium site today!

  • Front Row Sites (1, 45, 46, 47): Approx. 75' long and big rig friendly — ideal for RVs 40'+ with tow vehicles that can stay connected.
  • Site 33: Max RV length 35' + tow vehicle (must disconnect)
  • Site 34: Max RV length 30' + tow vehicle (must disconnect)
  • Site 37: Max RV length 35' + tow vehicle (must disconnect)

Please note: All non-front-row sites require disconnecting tow vehicles before proceeding to the site.

Each reservation includes both sites, with full hookups, a 400 sq ft KOA Patio®, fire feature, and outdoor furniture. Big rig friendly up to 35' with disconnected tow and pet-approved (please no portable pet fences or tents).  Up to 6 guests per site (12 total).?? If bringing a second camper, please provide their name, phone number, RV type, and RV length.

Please note: Site 30 is 30 AMP only; Sites 28 and 29 offer 50/30/20 AMP service. Extension cords available upon request if electric is on rear of RV.
