We were welcomed by a very friendly gentleman who then escorted us to our site. Overall, this campground was one of the nicest KOA's we have stayed at.

Mark & Marney do a super job! The camp is beautiful and well maintained. We don’t use the facilities except showers which were clean and newly maintained. The lake and pool are very inviting but we were in the area to visit fam.

Mark and Marny (owners) were very polite and inviting. The atmosphere was very peaceful and relaxing with plenty of couple and family activities. The camp grounds allows for away to escape the battles the world throws at you. Though sadly they are closed during the colder season we intend on making it back just before shut down to experience the changes of the season

Great stay! Enjoyed the pool, ice cream and pizza! The mini golf was not for serious golfers- we had fun with it! �ϜEverything was very clean and well maintained! Looking forward to staying here in the future!!

It was top of the line. It was the nicest campground I have ever stayed at. The owners were superb! They had everything you would want. We loved it! It is 1/2 hr from our home. We will be back often!!! Thanks a million!

Always get a friendly greeting upon arrival. Site is clean and well maintained. Many nice patio sites with grills or griddles.

The hosts were so understanding and helpful when we had electrical problems. They were out at 11:30PM working with us to fix an issue that ended up being in our coach. Besides the hosts being terrific, the site was wonderful. Large sites, very clean, a great pool and other amenities. One of the best KOA's we've been to. Will definitely be staying here again.

This was one of the cleanest KOA is that I have ever stayed at family friendly live music fishing pretty much anything that you would want to do is at this campsite. Great staff very helpful very friendly. We will stay here again.

Wonderful stay, enjoyed the site, the friendly atmosphere and maintained grounds. Mini golf is due for an upgrade and was told it was in the works. Look forward to our next visit.

Lovely KOA with great owners. Mark, Marney and family who care very much that all guests enjoy their time while at their campground. Lots of events for the 4th; pool party with great trivia and music, raising of the flag, popcorn all day, parade, ice cream, popsicles, snowcones, yard games, trainr, fishing, canoe or kayaking...the fireworks were OUTSTANDING! It's just a little heaven on earth!

The BEST KOA we have ever stayed in! Top-notch staff and amenities! So much fun at music bingo and the fireworks for the 4th! We will be back for Halloween weekends in October!

Quick easy check-in, even with a last minute reservation! We only stayed 1 night so didn't get much time to try out the pool or walk around the campground, but the owners were amazing and very friendly. Our site was a nice larger one with a patio and gave us plenty of room to stretch out and the grounds were extremely clean and kept up. Will def stay again when we're back in the area!

Mark and Marny and staff are just great. Very accommodating and made the holiday weekend a lot of fun. We tried a breakfast sandwich for the first time and it was so good and delivered to our campsite. We love it there.

Site31It’s beautiful there,my husband became ill and we had leave before 7-5-2026. It was heat related, we noticed how well your staff made us feel welcome. One of the staff (don’t remember his name) we had a canopy up with netting around it and a cicada got trapped inside the net and he was sweet enough to help me get it out to fly away He checked us in1st. We had some mechanical problems on our way to this campground that would delay our arrival until 9:00 PM. We called them to make them aware. They switched our site to one that would be easier to get into in the fading light. It was a nice site on the end of the row so that there was minimal disruption to other campers. Staff here is always very welcoming and helpful.

We use KOA as on the road stop over spots. Always convenient, always reasonably priced, always friendly and always neat and clean. Scottsburg KOA goes above and beyond the already high standards. We look forward to our next stay with them.

terrible location to put our camper. it was in the middle of the entrance to the camp. exposed to everyone who drove through. super clean restrooms all things considered everything outside of the camp site was very good. the site location made the stay undesirable.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

This was a full-hookup site selected online by the guest themselves. We escort every guest at check-in, and they wanted to be near the restrooms. Had they shared concerns during their 3-night stay, we would have tried to accommodate. Hearing it after departure gave us no chance to help.

This campground is about 4 miles off of the highway but well worth it. The owners were amazing, from answering questions on the phone prior to arrival to checking in to make sure our stay was going well. Overall very nice campground for an overnight stop, I wish I was able to stay longer to enjoy it. Paw pen site was spacious, easy to back in with hookups easily accessible. The dog park was large and with lush grass

Beautiful campground! The entire property including the bathrooms were so clean! Had the pleasure talking with Mark and Marney, the owners, for a bit. Great hospitality! They offer a take out menu with a good variety. We enjoyed zucchini fries and a milkshake with our dinner. Yummy! The place was decorated so cute for the season. There's a river also with beautiful scenery. There are so many great amenities here that I could see not even having to leave the campground. We only stayed for an overnight (spot 46) on our way to Florida but would love to stay there longer another time. This campground is definitely one to try out!
